I offered to read it to them, but was told they must be able to read it themselves. I understand that language barriers can be difficult, but communication and basic competence are essential in a pharmacy setting. After wasting two hours, I took the same handwritten prescriptions to Martin's Grocery, where they were filled without issue in just 15 minutes.
