While I was traveling, my wife attempted to pick up my prescription on my behalf. I personally spoke with three different pharmacy employees from an airplane trying to determine where my medication was. I was repeatedly told the prescription was still at my health clinic. That was wrong. My health clinic confirmed the prescription had been sent back to the pharmacy hours earlier. Despite that, the pharmacy still claimed not to have it, and my wife was unable to pick it up. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication, prescription tracking, and basic pharmacy procedure. Had this been insulin, seizure medication, heart medication, or another time-sensitive medication, the consequences could have been far more serious. South Carolina law requires pharmacies to maintain proper prescription records and dispensing documentation. In my case, the pharmacy could not accurately account for the status or location of my prescription and repeatedly gave incorrect information. Patients deserve accurate information, competent service, and confidence that their medication can be located when needed. Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Sweetgrass Pharmacy and will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

She supposedly called MUSC pediatrics in Mount Pleasant and said despite two people confirming it was sent to Walgreens it somehow got sent to sweet grass Pharmacy on 1952 Long Grove Dr.. at that point I said I'd pick a prescription up. I drove around for five minutes. I could not find a pharmacy at that address. I then parked at Musc pediatrics parking lot and walked around in the rain and could not find it. I then called sweet grass. They told me they'd moved. I got the directions and drove up the street past the restaurant, basil. When I got there I heard the voice. I talked to on the telephone and they started take care of me when I asked them when they moved. They said four years ago I told them I looked it up on yelp and this is the address I got and I've been driving around all that time once I heard the word yelp they seem to be friendlier. Everything essentially went well. They had a problem with the prescription I had to pay cash for it, but thank God it was generic I I can't believe then four years. I'm the only one that got the wrong directions from Yelp that was the only downside of the entire experience.

It is a regular as well as a compounding pharmacy, the latter when you need to have some prescription formulated which is not readily available in pill or other form. I cannot have an idea of the selection available as the compounding side certainly might seem to increase the availability and selection of medications. Also, interestingly enough, they have veterinary medications also available, plus a bit of dog and cat toys near the counter for you to look through if you have a minute or so to look them over. Also at the counter are gummies, with a good selection of CBD sleep gummies. You enter into a bright airy store where it is open all the way from the counter to the back wall. With that openness, you view all of the employees hard at work, and some scurrying about. Unusual to say the least but it brightens your day in seeing the difference from your chain pharmacies.The counter has the consulting, dropping off a prescription, and pick up stations, where you are quickly and efficiently served. The pharmacy is a short walk down the main hallway on the left, and they give the vaccines on the right- in a small office across the main hallway from the pharmacy- there is a sign and you can't miss it. If you make a reservation you will probably be more likely to get prompt service but you don't HAVE to make an appointment. So easy! The pharmacy itself is very full service- they will even mail you your medicines. But, of all of MUSC's pharmacies, I think this one is the busiest (and so least peaceful). But, COVID vaccine!

This Publix is larger and nicer than many grocery stores in the area…read more It is laid out and arranged a bit differently than the Publix locations in West Ashley, but it's easy to find essentials like groceries, pharmacy, and of course, Publix Subs. It is also a great stop for those from out of town heading to Folly Beach. The buy one get one free specials and Club Publix electronic coupons can save you a lot of money. If you're not already in Club Publix rewards, you can enroll with your phone number. However, you do not need to be a member or "have a card" to get the sale prices here. Publix shares its parking lot with quite a few businesses, so at times you may need to park further away and walk.
