OMG what is going on with Walgreens? New Rx sent on 9/16. Not processed until 10/7 only to say it is too soon, then there is a insurance issue and now they can not get it in stock. Wow. Did they do anything right? Now they show one Rx claim was submitted but we have not picked it up. Time to find another pharmacy because this is a nightmare. read more

Pharmacy manager is condescending and very reactive. Not able to keep on track or solve problems.

Went to this location to get a vaccine and flu shot. Waited 15 mins in line and couldn't get them.

I think they are permanently closed. I've tried calling twice in the last two weeks and there's a note on the door that says closed

Wish I could trust them when Walgreens Pharmacy tells me that my prescriptions will be ready. Never have my prescriptions been ready at the time indicated by when I call them in. This has been true for the last 4 months. read more

I scheduled a flu shot (made an appt online) n when I arrived the QR code said I didn't have an appt. The short curly-haired (very curt) lady behind the pharmacy counter said I didn't spell my name right, so I'd have to come in as a walk in (there was a line). I asked how I spelled my last name n she couldn't find it. I showed her in the Walgreens app that I did indeed have an appt n did spell my name right. She said it wasn't in the system right now I said I've been getting Rx's here for over a year. When she checked again, she said yes it was there, but I would have to go as a walk-in and fill out the paperwork again. I asked to speak to someone who could tell me what happened n again she was very curt n said I don't know who it'd b someone in IT. So I asked for a phone number of IT , but she instead said she could get me out in 40 min if I waited. Which is what I ended up doing. I got the shot 30 min later. Apparently scheduling appts means nothing as their system does not work. Additionally, she could use some extra training in customer service relations! read more

I've never had people just straight up refuse to do their jobs before but then I came here for the first time a few months ago. Every couple of weeks I throw a few hundred bucks on my cashapp. I know the limits for the app. I'm definitely not getting close to that limit, as I don't need that much on the card for bills. I've read these terms about a hundred times. Every few weeks they refuse to add my cash. Never give me a reason. Can't help but wonder if it's because I'm gay or maybe my appearance? Dyed hair and tatted friends don't come here I guess There's a cashier there, scrawny blond chick named "Spring", she's failed to do her job multiple times this year, causing me to drive around town to find someone else to get the job done. Yesterday the girl even had the audacity to tell me she's never helped me before even though I go to this store about 2-3 times a week my wife got a good kick out of that comment. I asked for a manager to come assist me the second I saw her, knowing she's incapable of doing the transaction as she has been every time for months now. She didn't want to get the manager. I told her I wanted to have the manager do this, since nobody can ever help me. She again refused. I told her very simply, I only wanted a manager to do the transaction as I know for a fact less than 24 hours prior she couldn't get done what I needed. She then proceeds to tell me about cash apps limits like I don't actively do this and have read the terms multiple times. After about ten minutes waiting at the register and listening to her drone on and on about how she's never helped me, she definitely can help me right now and yet again, cashapp terms, a "manager" arrives... Introducing the incredibly underwhelming Jacob! Two days in a row this kid gave me trouble putting cash on the app. Two days in a row he couldn't tell me why he refused to do the transaction. Two days in a row this 19 year old child who's "managing the store" gave less than adequate customer service, attention to detail and literally couldn't follow store policy. Long story short, I've called corporate. They seem to know exactly who I'm talking about, which should say something off rip. I've filed complaints against both parties who work here, they say they know them well! Uh oh! If you guys end up ever checking your reviews and read mine, I truly hope y'all do better and I PRAY you don't treat your families the way you do your customers. Less arguing and more problem solving, I ask simple questions very calmly. Don't immediately argue and get defensive. We can talk like adults. Waiting for my third call with corporate to finish up these transgressions with "Jacob and spring" NOW TO THE GOOD PART OF MY REVIEW David! The only store manager who acts like he cares! The only man in the entire store. Literally can't leave a better note about him. Never refuses to do my transactions, always gets them done. 100% satisfaction with this man. If I have questions and he doesn't know the answer he will stick with me till he figures it all out and explains it to me. I truly won't be back unless my guy is around cause these other kids just don't compare. Dude is stand up all the time. Be more like David! read more

Came for a prescription called in the day prior got there still not complete and had to wait an hour for it to get done fix this please

Every employees here are very nice and always ready to help. I came this morning, the manager and one of the employee were very helpful, they gave me advices I was looking for. Everyone here is very nice and personable. I've walked in here a few times for random toiletry buys and pharmacy needs. I needed to get a TDAP done for school, so I came here. When I was in the waiting area, I noticed that the pharmacist and the pharmacy cashier greeted everyone in a timely manner. The pharmacist also knew some of the customers by name, which I though was really cool. When it was time to get my immunization, the pharmacist was kind enough to tell me to relax my shoulder. It's funny, I don't even realize when my shoulders are tense! But I've never had a clinician, nurse nor doctor tell me to relax my shoulders. When you do relax, it lessens the pain of the shot in the muscle. I will definitely be coming here again if I need any more vaccinations! read more
