Great service every time I go to the store. Nice and welcoming every time you walk in. A nice "be well" every time you walk out. The pharmacists are not really welcoming and not as nice. They should get the same training as the employees at the store. read more

Absolutely, consistent horrible horrible service. If you have easy medication that can do automatic refill and you really don't ever need it. It's perfect. But if you have anything that's remotely sedative (controlled or not) they make you go through the hoops and degrade you and put you underneath a microscope. There could be four Pharmacist and each one will give you a different answer as to when you can have it filled. It is the most ridiculous place. It's all subjective. They have no consistent protocols. It is absolutely pathetic and if you need to call in to have your prescriptions ready the same Dane rather than their default pick up of three days later, you wait 45 minutes to talk to someone. 45 minutes consistently horrible horrible horrible place. My insurance only allows for this store. read more

The staff here is never overly friendly in general, but I am focusing on the pharmacy. Every time that I go to this pharmacy I am asked my birthdate and address 15 times and then stared at in bewilderment. I repeated my name 3 times yesterday and the gentleman looked at me and said "Natasha?" after we had already gone over my name, dob, address and what prescription I was there for. He then insisted that I live in Waterford, even after I explained to him that I have never lived in Waterford. They are in a constant state of confusion. Then he told me to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn't ready. I came back in an hour and, after cashing me out, he informed me that only half of my medicine was available and that they would try to have the rest in a couple of days. I CANNOT go without this medicine. Now, these aren't even their biggest faults. Their biggest fault is that they NEVER have anything that the doctor prescribes and they look at you like you should know what to do. They are just the most disorganized, ill prepared, over staffed but under stocked, sorry excuse for a pharmacy. I am having our prescriptions transferred to Clarkston and will drive the half an hour to avoid this dumpster fire. read more

I tried to pick up a prescription in the drive thru, but they said the doctor wrote the wrong dose. So I parked, checked the app, and it looked correct. So I go inside the store this time and when I get to the pharmacy counter, I can hear the pharmacy employee making fun of me to her coworker because I look like a woman! But I'm a man, at least on the outside. I just have super long hair. She also said my last name like it's some sort of joke. And she didn't know I was listening. She realized I was there, stopped talking, peeked up from the little window into the back, and knew she had been caught red-handed. I'm going to have to have a kind word with her when I come back about open mindedness towards and tolerance of other people's gender identities. read more

Worst pharmacy within a 25 mile radius. Pharmacists are rude and inept. Scripts are lost or unfilled. When they are filled, they do not notify by text, phone, or Walgreen app. Pitiful read more

I've never had a problem with this Walgreens. My scripts aren't very complicated thankfully, but I feel well taken care of and the pharmacist counseled me on a few meds & taught me something about them I was unaware of. Pharmacies are oftentimes very busy and hectic but I never feel like a burden as a patient. read more

My husband tried to get a prescription filled at the Union Lake Walgreens and the lady behind the counter was not helpful. We finally had to go to CVS to get it filled. It took CVS about 10 min and we were on our way. Plus CVS was 10 bucks cheaper. read more

Pharmacy staff NOT helpful at all. I have a severe toothache and the Google search stated that Walgreens had the remedy. I went to the "consultation" window and asked where I could find it and the woman behind the counter barely acknowledged me and haphazardly pointed to the medicine section and said if we have it-it would be there. Thanks for the "help" . Then I asked what she would recommend and she looked at me blankly and said "Motrin?" Again not overly helpful. After spending 20 minutes searching the aisles on my own I found the remedy with the toothbrushes. Not in the medicine section. Every review states the staff is not helpful. My recommendation is to not go there. The other Walgreens employees, not in the pharmacy., were very nice. read more

I just moved to the area and switched to this pharmacy. I am extremely disappointed. The pharmacy staff is always behind on filling prescriptions, there is ALWAYS a wait, and they have not been kind to me a single time I was there. One time, they gave me a different generic version of the same medicine I have been taking for 4 years, and I asked why the packaging looked different. The lady had the biggest attitude that I was asking a question. She said it's the exact same thing but a different company, and the only thing different is the packaging. Apparently you are supposed to know that as a pharmacy customer. I absolutely hate it here and next month will be switching to CVS. read more
