I wouldn't normally review on a Walgreens but I have to say this location was awesome with our passport service. We had to get last minute passport photos for our 9:30am appt in Miami. Walgreens passport photo service available during regular business hours @ 7am-11pm. We arrived around 7:30am and they took the photos and printed everything within 10 minutes. We had 3 passport photos total. We told them our situation with the last minute photos and that we were headed to Miami Passport Agency for an appointment @ 9:30am. With morning rush hour, the drive down to Miami could easily be 1 to 1.5 hours! The two ladies working were wonderful hustling and helping us get outta there super quick! These guys do a great job every time I've been there they've been accommodating. My daughter got her antibiotics. It was the last 10 minutes before they closed and they took the time to stop and pull her pharmacy prescription and processed it for her so she didn't have to stay sick. They're very nice. read more

This is a great Walgreens. It's a breeze to get to and it's never disgustingly busy! This is the spot for all your basic needs. I've stopped here for the last minute grocerg run when all the other stores are closed. Or even the late night medicine pickups. Even something as simple as candy for the movies, pre-covid, of course. The main things that stand out upon entering this location is how clean and organized this place is. I have yet to see it look a mess-even during their busiest times. There's a wide variety of products at great prices. They usually have multiple deals going on so always be sure to check when you shop! So whether you need that gallon of milk, medicine or last minute birthday gifts- this is the best spot. Additionally, I am always impressed by their medicial clinic. They provide appointment slots with plenty of flexible times. The nurse practitioners move around from one Walgreens location to another but each one I've met has been nothing but helpful and kind. It's great for when I want to go get a super quick checkup that doesn't warrant me going to my own primary doctor and deal with that whole mess. The best part is any medication you're prescribed will be waiting for you right there at the phramacy. It's a great bonus to this Walgreens. This is a great location so be sure to visit! read more

This Walgreens is a great location .you can go in and out in minutes it's fast pace the people who work there are so nice . They ask you if you need help and they always tell you to have a great day customer service is the key. You can always find great items on sale. From candy to hair products to things you need essentially . And most of the things you can pay for a dollar or buy one get one free and the quality's are good . Also they have a reward program. So you always gets points and dollars off it's a must . They also have a clinic if you get sick a pharmacy to pick up subscriptions. And so on. . I go here at least once a week and I'm be fed disappointed they get all my stars. read more

This Walgreens is in a lovely community so it is particularly disappointing that it is so awful. Regardless of the hour they rarely pick up the phone in any of the departments. When I wanted to check on Covid vaccine availability after 4 hours on and off on hold I finally just went to another Walgreens which is 5 minutes away. There used to be a really nice man who worked there and he is never there when I am. I have a few bad experiences in this location so try not to go there but when I'm walking, it is most convenient. A few weeks ago I had placed multiple online photo orders and was notified by email they were ready. When I got there a woman said it was too late to come but I said I just got the emails and the store is still opened. She literally ignored me and went on with whatever she was doing so I walked around and found a manager. The photos were paid for so they just had to hand them to me. The manager said I shouldn't have come so late and she couldn't find the photos. Eventually, they did. Early today I place an online photo order and got an email saying it would be ready in the afternoon. It was for one greeting card and at 7pm I hadn't received confirmation so tried reaching the photo department for an hour. No one picked up and I was transferred to another department where no one picked up. I finally went in person at 8pm and the folded card was printed on a 4 x 6 single sheet. While they were redoing it (took 45 minutes in the store) I figured I check out the 50% off Valentines merchandise/candy. The items rang up full price even though literally on the shelf next to the sign. That same manager said they weren't on sale and could be sold for Christmas. I'm not sure what she meant but she wouldn't honor the sign. This was not an isolated misplace item. It was one of 8 items! None came up 50% off. Most significantly, while I was there, there was a verbal altercation between another customer and this manager. There was yelling an accusations of bait and switch, etc. I just wanted to leave so paid and left. The photo card was not done correctly! read more

Ever since Adam & Dee left the pharmacy. It has been a nightmare with the new pharmacist he picks phone & will leave you on hold at times if lucky under a half hour. I've seen ppl come in with their cell phone showing an hour on hold making it impossible to do anything but to show up at the pharmacy and still no resolution. This store has gotten so bad! I've been going here for years and now I have had the worst experiences ever! I went inside to get a prescription and there was a line with one person at the counter. I decided to pick up a couple things in the store and go to outside pickup. When I got to the register the woman didn't know how to operate the register and kept trying to ring the guy for 15 minutes! All the while they were calling for someone to go to the cosmetic counter and no one showed up. I left my basket and walked out. I drove around to the prescription pickup lane and was behind one car. I turned my car off it was taking so long. Two cars behind me finally had enough as it was now about 20 minutes and this guy still was waiting. The cars behind me pulled out and so did I! On my way home I get the automated call from Walgreens that I have a prescription to pick up! I cannot stand this place and am moving my business to another store! It's completely ghetto! read more

The pharmacy made me call urgent care so they could switch the medication. I was told by Urgent care that is the pharmacist job to call the doctor. What a very easy Walgreens to get into and out of! It is located off of Stirling road and there are multiple entrances that you are able to turn into to get to the parking lot. The staff is friendly and they have many different things to buy if you may habe forgotten something and are traveling. They have isles dedicated to candy, makeup and toys, amongst over items such as food and beauty products. My only quip with this Walgreens is that no matter how busy it gets, there is only ever one associate working the front register, thus always creating a line at any time of the day you happen to walk in to this store. They always have the main center of the store dedicated to whatever holiday is coming up and right now it happens to be Easter. There are so many different Easter items to choose from and oh boy don't get me started on how many different chocolate items they have themed to this holiday! I recommend taking your time and looking at every item they have here because you may find new stuff you never knew existed! Overall though the prices are great and the staff is very friendly and I will definitely be back! read more

The UHealth clinic is over pricing.. I have been attending this clinic for over 5 years for a sick visit. When i didn't have insurance, they charged me about $100. With insurance, they typically charged me $35. My last visit on March 12, 2020, they charged me initially $7 for a sick visit and then they mail me a bill of $202. The two customer service reps were defending the bill without allowing me to speak with a manager. I know the times are tough, but I would not recommend anyone to endure what i went through at this clinic. read more

In June, the pharmacy manager quit and now I am unable to get my prescriptions on time since then. No one answers the phone now and if they do, you get hung up on. Completely disappointed when you are playing with people's health and medication! They had the audacity to tell me they called the doctors office and that the doctor said I had to make an appointment to get my prescription refilled for my blood pressure medication. I asked can you please tell me when and who did someone speak to in the doctors office they said they couldn't tell me.... obviously you can't tell me when you didn't CALL! So I handed them the prescription which I had in my hand... this is the last time I will go there... As far as the UHealth Clinic concept goes I'm all about it! Ended up getting sick out of the blue and knew it was Strep Throat. Didn't want to waste my time trying to get an appointment with my doctor so I looked up the Walgreens & CVS clinics nearby. I initially went to my local CVS with a Minute Clinic and knew it was a bad idea from the start. With 2 people ahead of me still needing to sign in/fill out info on the kiosk I watched the wait time go past an hour. I looked up the nearest Walgreens Clinic and made an appointment for 30 minutes from then while the first person in line was still filling out his information on the kiosk. I got to the UHealth Clinic and waited for my appointment. I was taken 3 minutes after my scheduled time and was maybe in the exam room a total of 20 minutes. Now I've had strep enough times to know that's what it was so I really didn't need a thorough exam. She basically checked my vitals, entered all my info on the computer, swiped my throat to test, took my copay, wrote me a note for work & prescription and I was on my way! Had I stayed at CVS, I might still be there waiting my turn. And had I made an appointment at my doctors office, I definitely wouldn't have been seen anywhere close to my appointment time and it would have taken longer than 20 minutes. Which is definitely why I love the concept of the UHealth Clinic in Walgreens and will be back if needed! I will say if you're looking for a place that has in depth checks or detailed exam, I can't guarantee this is for you. Granted I knew what was wrong and I just needed a prescription so there wasn't much to exam on my end. But the physician definitely did more typing on the computer and inputting information than she did actually examining me. As far as the pharmacy goes, I will agree with other reviews and say they are extremely slow. While I was waiting for my appointment I kept hearing the staff tell people their prescription wouldn't be ready for another 2+ hours. That's why when I got my prescription I had them transfer it to a Walgreens closer to my house. I wasn't more than 5 minutes down the road when I received a text saying my prescription was filled and ready to be picked up at the Walgreens at Nob Hill in Plantation. So visit the Clinic in Walgreens but transfer your prescription to a different location! read more

If there was an award for the worst customer service, this place would have a trophy case full of them. Standing in a line of a dozen or more people because there is only one register open is inexcusable, made even worse by the customers with fistfuls of redemption coupons that make the transaction take 4 times as long. Hire more damn people, and make the customers with coupons wait in a separate line. read more

This is the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. They never have stock in any meds. None of what I'm filling is exotic. Just basic meds. They half fill my prescriptions and say they will order the remainder and they never get it. I call to see if the remainder has shown up as they promised and the phone is picked up, I'm placed back on hold over and over until someone finally hangs up on me. I waited an hour and 50 minutes on hold before giving up. Today in the store they asked me to wait while they got it ready. I waited 45 minutes to then be told they hadn't checked in their order yet. I had to get back in line and ask again to find this information out. No one was ever going to address me sitting there waiting. I think I could have sat there all day and they would have ignored me. And they look at you like you're crazy when you get testy. No one wants to wait unnecessarily for 45 minutes in a pharmacy. They are giving Covid shots right in the same area for the pharmacy pick up. Why they think it's acceptable to have all these people congregated in one small area in the back of the pharmacy is a mystery to me. And anyone who has had a Covid shot knows there is a 10-15 minute waiting period after the shot for observation. No observation going on here, People are walking right out after that shot. I hope they don't find anyone in their parking lot that's had a severe adverse reaction due to their negligence. Again, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. read more

Despite others, I have never had a problem here but I don't fill prescriptions at walgreens. The staff is always soo sweet and soo patient with me when I have a bunch of coupons and multiple orders. I also love that they put out newspaper coupons taped into items. So helpful!! read more

Going to fill a prescription for a person who is ill and being told it will not be ready for another two and a half hours is disappointing. Asking if it can be done sooner and being told two hours is also disappointing. When asked to speak with the pharmacist, you get told to wait it will be soon. We all know that there is work from online and called in to the pharmacy, but there are also emergencies when you can't wait for two to two and a half hours. There is not even an inch of compassion from the customer service personnel in this store for their customers. I've lived in Cooper City pretty much my whole life. I was raised here and moved back here after starting my own family. I've reached the limit of my patience with this garbage pharmacy. They used to be great for years but since Covid began they've gotten worse and worse. Now I can't stand it. They're slow to answer the phone, constantly dropping my call while I'm holding. There's long lines that take insanely long to get to you and their vaccine "appointments" are worthless. I came in with my wife and kids for our flu shots and had scheduled an appointment for each of us. We arrived 5 minutes early and there was a 3 hour wait. I asked why they wouldn't see us before walk-ins and they said 90% of the people here have appointments but there's only have 1 person able to give shots. We went to Publix as a walk in and we're in and out in 15 minutes. I could write about other garbage experiences I've had here as of late but suffice it to say this walgreens straight sucks. read more

This store is ok as long as you don't need any help. The majority of employees seem to take lunch/breaks all at the same time so good luck trying to find someone to help you. Photography section is an absolute joke. The man refused to take my passport photo because he didn't want to get the camera ready and print the photos. Had to ask someone else to do it. Can I give less than a star? Twice they gave me the wrong prescription. There is always a wait and always an issue. They never have what is required and apparently are unable to maintain their customer load. Luckily I realized they were giving my daughter the wrong prescription....
