All Walgreens are not created equal. The front cashier's register froze and I noticed the photo counter had cleared out. I only had a couple of things to put a gift together for a baby shower and asked the cashier there if they could help me check out, no... he was busy... well now he's even busier because the other cashier couldn't do anything at her register and called him to help now that she had a growing line of customers. She seemed very kind and sent me and another patron to the liquor store to check out. Cashier there was also really nice. To the guy behind photo counter... if you're not into providing customer service when there's clearly an issue at the main register and think ringing up a gift bag, ribbon, and card is too much to handle... maybe don't be in customer service... You tried to hang your team member out to dry. Lazy. Not a team player. read more

Most items available although the shelves a bit messy in the first aid section making it harder to find - the item I wanted was actually behind other items that didn't belong on the shelf though was similarly shaped as a canister. read more

Terrible and rude pharmacists!! Even if you have a simple question, they act like you're bothering them!!!

Because I always wait until the very last minute to do everything. This year was no exception so I went around a few Walgreens in my area looking for a specific Star Wars items I've seen earlier in the month. Unfortunately for me this store didn't have it, but it did have other things that I didn't know I wanted until I saw them here. Like a really cute lipstick and a set of nice moscow mule chrome colored mugs. What is pretty convenience about Walgreens is that you can also buy gift cards for all kinds of places like restaurants, Amazon, and even high end stores like Nordstrom's. I ended up buying a few gift cards here as last-minute presents. This particular store is located in the sample Road in Coral Springs. I came in on Christmas Eve morning and for being so close to the holidays it was pretty clean neat and orderly. However they were short on help there was a line to pay for items and because she would keep calling for IC3 which is short for: I see three or more people in line (former Walgreens asst manager here) other than that everything was A-OK. Mind you I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't need anything from the cosmetic area which could have been a problem if they were really shorthanded. This is not the store I frequent and I wouldn't go out of my way given the fact it I have plenty of other at Walgreens closer to me that are also as neat as this one. But if you live or are in the area this is a great store to shop at. read more

Pharmacy tech tells me it'll be done in an hour and a half. Go to pick up just for them to tell me its out of stock. Why couldnt they call me to tell me that instead of wait for me to show up? I heard something good- once- about this Walgreen's so I have been wanting to try it. The good compliment I am aware of for this Walgreen's had to do with its Passport Photo services. If you need passport photis taken, I believe this service is still offered here. Well, I picked yesterday (10/21/2016, a Friday) to visit this store. Walking in right away along the left Cosmetic Wall I saw a,work-in-progress paint job that was a real turnoff. Several buckets of wall paint were set out on the floor on top of a Drop Cloth with some paint brushes and other painter tools. Besides being unsightly, it is dangerous to have paint buckets on the floor in high traffuc areas where customers walk on a busy Friday afternoon after work (approximately 3:30 p.m.), even if there was a Drop Cloth SORT OF giving ppl. a warning should a customer be looking down at the floor. I made my purchase selections and headed to the Cashier- a very nice young girl was cashiering- and presented my Walgreen's loyalty card that I keep on my key chain when I noticed that the medical devices I had selected may be the wrong size. I left the cashier at her suggestion that I buy the correct size. Sadly she did not seem remotely familiar with the product as, until I mentioned it, seems she was not aware the product is sized (comes in different sizes, as manufactured). So I go all the way, again, to the right rear of the store but sadly what I believe is the wrong size for me is the only size in stock. I return to the Casier and the line has grown and once I reach her again I had to start all over again with presenting my loyalty card and re-ringing items even though I was only able to buy- and did end up buying- the original items I took to the Cashier to begin with. Just a slight inconvenience and perhaps there is no way around having to re-ring when a customer has to leave the line. She gave me and the customer ahead of me I heard a nuce script about how you can get an Flu Shot here and how it doesn't take long at all. But going to the Cash Stand the second time my path was blocked (2nd time, that is, with the unattended paint buckets being 1st blockage) by n9ne other than a female manager carrying on a long conversation with a young male employee with a huge cart full of stock (products) after I already heard her tell him to get the cart out of here because "[she didn't] want to see it." She saw me coming and wouldn't budge (get out of the way) and the young man with the cart also stood still. I stopped and fully expected they would separate more as there wasn't much space between them and the huge dangerous looking cart was STILL THERE. She hollered at me to "Go Ahead." I decided to make a Wide Left to go around them and that ridiculous cart in a high traffic area. So rude me thinks. After paying, of all places for me to encounter a Painter (man) lifting up a huge ladder and swinging it about his shoulder in an Unsafe Manner. For the 3rd time I felt as though my path was blocked I stopped in my tracks and waited for him to walk away (towards the left Cosmetic Wall) before I felt the exit to outside was clear and safe enough for me to actually exit the building. The entire experience for me here was like an obstacle course. Yuck! read more

The pharmacy at this location is terrible they say your prescription is ready but it's not. It is very inconvenient and I would rather go further just to use another pharmacy. This pharmacy makes you do their job you have to call your doctor to make sure that the prescription label is correct and if it isn't you have to get another one then they make you call your insurance for ibuprofen I swear this pharmacy just pisses me off and also the workers that work at the cash register move like molasses they act like you have nothing better else to do than sit there and wait. Also I had a discrepancy at this location before I was next in line for just a pack of cigarettes and the manager came over and stated that their was a register that opened up in cosmetics so he asked the guy behind me if he needed cigarettes and he said yes so he had given him his cigarettes and then decided to ask me when every one behind me already went to cosmetics if I needed cigarettes and I said yes so he had given them to me and by the time I got to cosmetics literally every one that was behind me was now in front of me. So after 15 mins waiting in that line I decided to have the manager called back over and told him his customer service sucks and make sure that when someone is standing in line next to ask them what they need first. All together this Walgreens location really sucks. I must say though the store manager always tries his hardest so maybe he can fire all those retards that just got out of college because they suck. read more

I actually like this location a lot. Have been coming here for 5 years. They text you when they prescriptions are ready. Usually after I leave the pediatricians office mess are usual ready before I have even gotten home,which is around the corner. Liquor store is just ok. Not a new g selection but they have the basics read more
