This is my usual Walgreens pharmacy. I will say, the drive thru line is always slammed, but they seem to move the line relatively quickly. The inside of the store is a little run down, and you can never find a worker for help when you need it, but staff is usually nice. Had a creepy cashier one time, but other than that I've had pretty decent experiences. I've also ordered photos and photo albums from the photo lab and it wasn't the best job ever, but wasn't terrible. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. I've had many problems here with not having script even started hours after it was called in, to them saying they didn't receive a script. Today, I should have went to another pharmacy, but thought I'd take advantage of the drive thru here. Big mistake. Drive thru was blocked off, so had to get out of my vehicle anyway. I am very sick, so I wanted to avoid that all together. Lady with gray hair said it would be another hour and a half. And she said she signed me up for text notifications. Then told me one of my scripts was actually OTC. So spent some time looking for that, unable to find it. Another guy working in pharmacy tried helping. Turns out they don't even carry it and told me to go to CVS. It has been nearly 3 hours since then and still haven't received text saying script is ready. read more

Thank goodness I don't need prescriptions often. This is the worst store to try to get anything in a timely manner. I have been using this store for over 4 years and the wait for any prescription is ridiculous. Today is the last straw. The slowest drive through, waited 30 minutes to get to the window with only 2 cars ahead of me, only to be told my prescription was not ready, to go back around and wait in line again. My doctor called this in before 12:30pm. It is after 5pm. If this was a one time occurrence I could forgive, but it is every time. If I park and go inside to stand on line, the cashiers ignore you. Walgreens, do better. Time for me to take my business to Publix. read more

Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to move my pharmacy. Every time I come to this Walgreens on the corner of Royal Palm and Riverside and Coral Springs. There's six cars lined up in the driveway and the pharmacy is just horribly horribly serviced. Such a waste of time it's not convenient at all. read more

Worst Walgreens in the area. Typically As you walk in and glance to the left to realize theres no employees at the register (Not a good sign). They re usually stocking goods in the aisles or in the photo dept helping other customers. The worst dept is The Pharmacy, not unusual to walk in and see 4-5 people just waiting in line. Last nite was the WORST. I got in the line at the drive through hoping that the meds i ordered 4 days prior had arrived.I hadnt received a text or email but i hoped for the best. There was a Black Pickup at the window who was waiting for 25 minutes and it looked as if he drove off without his medicine. I pulled up and 5 min later a woman walked by and said we ll be right with you. Right with me was 20 minutes later although i observed 3 other employees inside. Worst Service EVER.. When i left i observed 3 cars behind me still waiting. I look forward to going to the Publix Pharmacies in the area. I will happily now use read more

Pharmacy is either closed or open but I guess they play favorites here. I had one question and got heckled by the previous customer who hung around and called me names and who kept saying they needed to go to lunch. I like a certain product from Similason that I collect/save coupons for. I cannot buy this product at cvs, only at walgreen's. I have been needing said product for awhile yet kept putting off a trip to Walgreen's because I dreaded the idea. Last time I shopped here for this I was reprimanded by the Cashier who could not keep up who told me "next time cut your coupons beforehand." I went in on 12/31 to check for the product and I saw about ten units I wanted to buy so I detached ten saved coupons, bought some other items and headed for the Cashier. Earlier in the day I had "migrated" to the NEW myWalgreens loyalty program so I was also ready with coupons I had "clipped" in the app. I bought ten so I gave the Cashier ten $1.00 off paper coupons that are actually cardboard from inside of the product packaging. For a long time she spoke to herself and it was annoying but I figured it would be over soon. I waited patiently. She seemed to be counting- over & over again- my ten products. Nothing was accomplished so she finally asked me "how many did you buy?" "Ten," I said. Then she asked "how many coupons you gave me?" "Ten," I said to that. She counted to herself some more then told me she needed another coupon. I looked in the bag I brought and quickly produced one more coupon. As I started to give it to her she told me "no, I have it." So I put it away in my purse. 30 seconds later she says she "needs it" and I questioned that because she'd just told me otherwise then she started screaming in a hysterical manner that she "needs the paper." She yelled at me as she made this demand repeatedly. So I went in my purse, got it, and actually gave it to her this time. Then she mumbled some other words I did not understand so I asked what she was saying. She went into a long speech that did not sound pleasant IN SPANISH even though she had spoken to me previously in English. My response when I figured out she was not speaking English was "I don't speak Spanish." I paid by card for almost $200.00 worth of merchandise. She refused to thank me. I left remembering why I dread coming here for my medical-related supplies. This proves no matter how prepared I am with coupon clipping, the Cashier did not know her job very well. Also rude! So I ordered through Walgreens website.Paid delivery and even provided a tip.Received message stating that order was rescheduled.So I decided to go pick up order. Only to get to store to find that although I used the stores website, they utilize door dash as the delivery service. The problem here is that although I picked up my order I was still charged a delivery fee and tip per my receipt. There was no way for the cashier to update order because it was through door dash. FYI please note that there appears to be a loop hole in door dashes service delivery.Although I picked up my order, once order is picked it is assumed the door dasher picked it up. So now I'm getting the run around for $8.99.Walgreens says call door dash.Door dash says it on Walgreens. read more

This is the Walgreens I visit the most. It is located on the corner of Royal Palm and Riverside Dr in Coral Springs. I have to say that I'm impressed how neat this store always look. I've never been to the restroom here, so I can't attest to those. I usually come for items on their sale ad, and I don't always find them, I don't know if it's ordering issues, or they are just that busy. Its not busy when I come in. They are not out of items all the time, and it doesn't bother me as much to go elsewhere. Sales associates are helpful, not friendly but they answer questions courteously. I've never had any issues at this store, pretty unremarkable visits, which in a retail store, I consider a win. Definitely be back. read more

A few years ago, my husband and I went to Walgreens. We were looking for a sleeping aid (Zzzquil). My husband's first language is Spanish, so he needed to learn how to pronounce the product's name. To our surprise, the "young lady" and Afro-American women started "laughing" about my husband's mispronunciation with another employee; they realized I was behind them. After a while, I went there again to buy some stuff and found her in a "Management" position. What's the point? Walgreens should always make sure that their employees are capable of being professional, respectful, and non-discriminatory policy to anybody, mainly because they are a big company, and this type of situation could end in serious legal trouble and ruin their image, just saying. read more

My neighborhood Walgreens. Oh, how I love you. You have everything I need, and even more things that I don't need, but will still buy. I love the people that work here. Everyone is very friendly. I have never had a bad encounter with anyone who works here. You're always here when I need you; whether I need a bag of potato chips, not feeling well and need to go to the clinic or want to get my passport photo. You're there when no one else is, Walgreens. Thank you. The parking lot is very well lit at night which I think is quite a plus. Sign up for their rewards program so you can get those deals. It's worth it, especially if you're here as much as I am. PS Buy the candy from the cashiers at the register- they get commission from those sales, albeit small, but something is better than nothing. read more

Absolutely pitiful customer service representative. My 5 year old son and I were looking at floats in the toy section. My son tossed me a football and I tossed it back. A worker quickly comes around the corner and very rudely says "there is no playing in the store". I respond with "are you serious" thinking she must be kidding. I'm a 35 year old man. She was not and followed up by snapping, "you can buy it". Needless to say, CiCi (worker) you should be ashamed. Avoid this place if you can. read more

This review is based strictly on the pharmacy. There is only one person who works both the drive through and inside orders. She moves like a snail and has no sense of urgency at the lines grow longer and longer. Something needs to be done about this, it's completely ridiculous. read more

Five stars mainly because it's Walgreens..you can't really go wrong unless the people working there are really horrible, and I haven't had such an experience at any Walgreens so far. This is where I usually get my prescriptions refilled because it's close to where I live and it's almost always empty. The people in the pharmacy are very kind and knowledgeable. This location has gone down hill. Was there this past tusday.its on my walk path.On way back went in to take advantage of there buy two get one sale. got too the register the woman who rang me up has been there for quite a while. She s made mistakes before(who doesn.t)but last time.was down right horrible. First she didn't use my rewards coupon and called a manger after she rang my split order. So I couldn't get it benefit. Then she was too lazy to count out 99cents so she gave back my dollar .For a moment I thought I gave her to much(at this time the manger came over).I said you own me my change. She was like no you owe me a penny.In her mumbling voice. I just said No. I gave the dollar over cause I didn't have change obviously. And if that wasn't bad enough. While I was checking and orginzing my bags in the store. she proceeded to tell the next customer. Making me sound like the bad guy. The manger right behind her allowing this action. The way this was going I just wanted to get out of there.it felt like they were holding a raciest grudge against me. So I just left. instead of him tring to accuse me of doing something else.
