The place is clean, and although it could be better staffed, the folk who are working there are hustling to keep the show going. If I could give a NEGATIVE star they would receive a negative star. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to encounter. I unfortunately have to go here since rite aid closed up the street. They always seem to be understaffed. The employees always look like you're troubling them. The pharmacy today. I made an appointment for myself and my 2 kids. At 5, 5:15,5:20 that's the increments it gives you when making the appointment. I checked us in at 4:47 incase I needed to fill out other papers or have our stuff ran through with insurance and such I figured best to get there early!! There was aLONG line I finally decided I better get in line to see why they haven't called my name. (This is at 5:20) After being there and getting someone to give us our shots we were there for 45 mins when it took only 1 min to give all 3 of us shots. Worse pharmacy experience ever. My prescriptions are electronically filled through my doctor but unbeknownst to me it doesn't fill unless you go online into Walgreens website to confirm to proceed. Just a really odd unnecessary bureaucratic step that makes prescription filling more challenging. When I'm unwell and need medication I should be able to get it filled without the extra unnecessary hassle. What's more is that when I got there only 2 of my prescriptions were filled. They missed the third one and left it completely off. Then they told me to wait 20min until I get a notification that my prescription is ready. 40min passed and no notification so I went to the counter to politely inquire and one of the clerks was like "omg I didn't know you were still here and thought you were long gone already". I explained that I never got a notification for my prescription and was wondering if it was ready. Well it wasn't ready It took another 15 min before I could actually leave with my prescription. The only reason why I'm at Walgreens is because Riteaid closed. But now I need to be on the hunt for another pharmacy because the walgreens experience totally sucks read more

Over the past several weeks, I have visited the Walgreens location in Cypress on multiple occasions and have consistently encountered subpar customer service. Notably, the front registers are no longer staffed, and customers are instead directed to the photo department at the rear of the store. During my visits, I observed three young employees who appeared more engaged in socializing with one another than in assisting patrons. When I inquired about the lack of service at the front registers, I was told that the photo department was "very busy." However, two of the employees were clearly not involved in photo-related tasks and were instead joking and laughing amongst themselves. I will be going CVS moving forward. read more

this place is so nearby that I always get my prescriptions here. every month I go to get my adhd medication, and every month they are judgmental, take over 20 minutes at least just asking questions, talking amongst themselves, etc, they make me out to be a drug addict for wanting my prescribed meds. Last time I picked up my prescription, they claimed they were low, and after waiting 40 minutes, gave me a 15 day supply rather than 30. this caused me to be short on days I have to work, so I will be unable to pick up my other half of the medication. I called asking for a one day bridge emergency pill, and they said they simply can't do it, put me on hold, then called again claiming they just can't do it. they would rather we go through withdrawals than try to help us get our medication. read more

I was sent of to Walgreen's in Cypress from the Rite Aid closure and wow it is bad. They call me to tell me to get my rx's , then text me to get them and call again to say hurry up or we won't keep it long. So I go and I wait forever in line to be told they are not ready and to come back in an hour. I do so and I still am waiting at a window and then asked how many cars are behind me. I finally turned my car off and said i will be waiting right here. Not to mention I cannot hear, or see who is behind that glass window as they have made it so user unfriendly. My rx came with half my rx and I will need to return in two days for the full amount. I am truly not happy here at the store and this is just one of the problems, the other is automatic refills have a glitch and I must call in every rx. I think they are understaffed. CVS is the same. I would avoid the pharmacy if you can. Ever since the rite aid got closed, all the records got moved to this pharmacy. I was on the phone with the worker starting at 11 am and I could not get my prescription and the issue happened until 1:00 pm. There was some issue with my insurance not allowing me to get my prescription, the worker did not seem to know how to resolve this issue. Wish we could give zero star because everyone working here are so slow and not too bright. Except Randy. Randy is the only one who knows what he's doing and take care of it fast instead of taking a million hours like everyone else here. So here we are 2 years later. I've had the opportunity to use this pharmacy 2 or 3 times which includes a couple of times that I had time to sit, wait and observe the pharmacy staff. Even though there were something like 5 people working the pharmacy they all seemed rushed. The lines consisted of no more than 2 people waiting, but they still seemed to be rushed. I just feel that the staff could be a bit more courteous and work with the customers in a more understanding way. I've been coming to this walgreens forever. I live in Cypress. The worker I had today at Walgreens was so disrespectful, should be removed from her position. Extremely disrespectful attitude while I was returning something, giving me dirty looks, and not communicating with me what she was doing (I got store credit instead of refund). She did not say hello, goodbye, thank you, or anything the entire time even though I said hello. First, I can't believe I waited so long to write a review. One of my favorite pastimes while in Walgreens is explaining to people waiting in line at the pharmacy that Walgreens has the greatest pharmacy staff, the issue with the lines and not having enough medicines is with the corporate office, not the staff. The pharmacy staff is awesome and does a great job with the resources they have. But, I am taking my business to the competitor down the street. When I went into the store earlier this week, customers and staff weren't wearing face masks, and the one staff I saw who had one on her face wasn't covering her nose. Sick people come here to buy medicines and supplies. I don't care about your politics and discomfort, if you are serving sick people, try to protect them, they are supposedly your core business. I am sure your competitor will be happy taking my business of hundreds of dollars a week, they are all gloved and masked over there, including the customers. read more

Joy stayed with me and help me get what I needed. Although the staff were not trained on how to get my image to that size their customer service is outstanding. Thank You so much. Walgreens, I have tried many different times on my computer and on my phone to get the image I needed to a "landscape" position using my computer, then my phone to do this. The rotation button on your program needs to be more user friendly or customers will be thinking their images are fine to print, but when they get there, parts of their photo are cut out. The previews showed all parts of my photo were contained in the image. You have the right people there who know customer service, please give them the training in your photo dept, or make it user friendly to us customers who use computers on a daily basis just to get what they need done! Find another Walgreens, don't go to the one on Ball in Cypress. I always had some problem or other at the pharmacy AND register. I apologized to the customer behind me for taking so long and he commented back that he always has an issue, too. Get this. The cashier actually said, "Yet, you all keep coming back, don't you?"
