This place has higher prices, dusty merchandise that you would never want, and closed on weekends? They take forever to get back to you if ever at all. Take days to refill a prescription that has stated availability of refills, and they don't let you know when it's completed or ready. Tried to show up when they open at 9am, and surprise, no one shows up or opens the pharmacy. Changing from this place as soon as possible, hopefully to never return. I can see why independent shops get shutdown and lose customers. This one is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. read more

Very nice, helpful staff. They don't carry many snacks, which I came in for, but they have so many cute gifts for all ages and aesthetics. Much of the jewelry and knick knacks are expensive but they are fun to peruse if you are waiting for your prescription to be filled. Really loved the quaint Parisian items. Large greeting card section, too. Snack prices are fair. I got this cute popsicle pen, for only $1.75! When I have more time, I want to look at the gift section and maybe treat myself to something. read more

Very rude and not helpful... when asked what the medication is for or which is more important they said they dont know go ask your doctor ... then asked can you explain and translate which medication to use when and how ...they said its not their job...wth?? Why be a pharmacist if you cant tell the patient what the medication is for??? Then the last pharmacist I went to told me it had to be a higher dosage... so I e mailed my dr & told her.. she called me & gave me So Low drugs address & told me tti go thEre & they would fill it!! I was stoked!! I go there... they look at the script .. say she told uS this was for 350ng... it's only for 250... She says hang on I'll call her...less than 30 mins later she called my name!! I walked up there with a handful of stuff... the total on the pills is $6!! You can bet I'll happily be going back heRe!! read more

This family owned pharmacy and gift store is awesomely unique. They take most insurance plans, but you can call and verify. They will work with you to get medication not covered on your insurance plans to either get authorization or help you with a cash plan. They will match the cost of drugs at your insurance preferred pharmacy. They have worked with me to save lots of money on prescriptions They have been most helpful to me trying to balance getting drugs requiring special order in a timely manner or get an appropriate substitute. They deliver. This store has the best selection of cards for all occasions, better than a speciality card shop. They carry great gifts from stuffed animals to jewelry, purse pads, calendars, etc. All of the pharmacists and staff provide excellent customer service. read more

John was very helpful when I called asking for assistance. They were out of my armour thyroid meds but said they have another throid med in stock called naturalthroid I wasnt sure if I should switch,altho it could work better for meI believe things happen for a reason.john agreed to send me 30day of the new throid,bill me for 90 days,then let me try new throid to see if I like it,then I choose which one I like and they send me the remaing throid. They go out of there way when all other pharmacies slap you in face when trying to fill controlled meds. They'll call ur doctor and insurance and make extra sure your scripts are filled properly. I'm never taking a prescription to Walgreens or cvs ever again. They have too many customers to care for the individuals even if they can tell you need it, big corporations usually slap me in the face when I need a controlled substance filled w few days early. These guys really take care of there patients and the aleve they recommended for my backpain is already working! Even Devilworshiping vigilantis steel scripts and lie to other pharmacies when you request YOUR medication transferred. They break rules, lie, and have no regard for the mental health or history of the people who trust them. If ur looking for a pharmacy to fill ur script once, maybe. But putting all your eggs in one basket and getting back stabbed by the owner of the place, can affect your mental health for a long long time. I honestly think the sudden cut from 150 mg adderrall spaced through the day to zero in an instant may have caused permanent damage to my brain and i hope the board of pharmacy takes there violations seriously enough to do the world a favor and shut this place down. These guys go above and beyond. There's nothing worse than coming out of the hospital after surgery and having to drive around looking for meds. They deliver. Their staff are courteous and very helpful. Nothing too big or too small to handle. Bottom line is you're not just a drive thru number like the big corporate pharmacies who will sell anything that'll make a fast buck. This family owned drug store is the GREATEST!! Full service which can compete with all the big chains but with a personal touch. They accept most insurances. If you need to pay cash they give you better prices than the chain stores. They deliver if u are too sick to pick up the prescription. They coordinate closely with your health care provider to give you the best service possible in a timely manner. I won't go anywhere else for my health care needs. Also they have a full selection of over the counter remedies.....and the best selection of cards and gifts!! read more

this is the best place ever. I doubt they violate the laws of the pharmacy department. I ended up getting sick and tired of their bullcrap and educated myself a bit. did you know that any drug prescribed by a psychiatrist for mental health reasons has no limit on the amount per day or pills per month? I didn't, until I was explained by a doctor. all the ignorant piece of dog poo that shorted me 30 d amphetamines which I love and depended on was call my insurance and they would have authorized full coverage on my order and it would have gotten filled properly. its funny because she denies the fact that she made a mistake, I am going to be mailing a packet of violations (after I did a little digging on the pharmacy department website) and hopefully they agree that I have been getting abused by them ever since I started getting my fills from them. did you also know that replacing a brand name with a generic without patient consent is another reportable violation? Wallgreens is going to regret messing with me after im done highlighting the facts and mailing them a thick packet of violations explained one by one. If god is on my side and the department agrees with the clearly violated regulations, they'll assign a lawyer for me on contingency so I wouldn't have to pay and take them all to court. if your tired of being abused by wallgreens, cvs, or any other major pharmaceutical distributor, just give these beautiful people a visit. I personally promise they will take care of you to the best of there ability and im sure they are more up to date on mental health medication laws then wallgreens pharmasists ever will be. they deny refills to people who depend on there prescriptions to stay sober. before I met dr young who pretty much saved my life by prescribing me legal stimulants, I was on all sorts of illeagal street bullhicky. I used every day for over three years and I am over 2 months sober. I don't even smoke herb anymore. all I need is my adderrall and il be happy and productive all day :) anyone who needs a compassionate psychiatrist who may be stuck in an addiction they would like to get out of, please see him, get tested for adhd, tell him the truth and he will take care of you. only problems I had after that was getting my fills. If you would rather support a pharmacy who cares for their patients and their history and do their best and are up to date with the laws and regulations, this is the place to be! i don't even like supporting walgreens department store after they abused me so many times. if you suspect your being abused by a giant phamacutical company, go to the pharmaceutical department website and read up on the laws.
