Came in to do some couponing, however when I can me back for a second transactions using the register rewards from the previous transaction, the lady said I could t use it because it was only for certain products listed on the register reward. The Pharmacy here is great. I've been going for years. Now if you purchase cosmetics, make sure you keep the packaging if it doesn't work out. I purchased cosmetics and returned the next day. Tok me 3 attempts and the manager a (white guy) wasn't very nice. I will NEVER purchase cosmetics at Walgreens again and will instead go to Ulta or another like place where I can try one and test the product. read more

Super close to my house and I have never found they are out of what I need. Cashiers and friendly and fast and recognize their patrons. I was behind an elderly woman with a walker who had been ill and unable to stop by, and she and their cashier were mutually delighted to see each other again after the absence. I don't use the pharmacy per se, but anytime I've needed behind the counter meds it's been fast and friendly. read more

The person who brought out came out to bring my item for pick up didn't walk over to the parking spots designated for pick up. She scanned without seeing, even when I was yelling and waving. I ran into the store and she said she had gone over to the parking spaces even though I had witnessed that she didn't. No apology, no acknowledgment of missing me sitting in the "blue Toyota hatchback" designated on the website drop down menus I completed. Why do a curbside pickup and have designated parking spots when your people don't participate? read more

A perfect location for anyone in the Forest Hills neighborhoods. This chain store has what you come to expect from Walgreens. Most of the staff are very friendly...an occasional sarcastic tone from the pharmacy...but hey they're dealing drugs so what can you expect. My wife loves the makeup selection and is able to usually find what she needs here. Biggest complaint is the pharmacy hours. Close at 9pm weekdays and 6pm on weekends. The store itself closes at 10pm. Also, the lines can get backed up at the checkout, especially in the evenings. There is a CVS across the street (next to the Post Office) so be sure to compare prices if you're getting a script filled. They do have a dual RedBox machine outside, which ALWAYS seems to be busy! Overall not a bad place to shop and a convenience for the neighborhood. read more

Love this Walgreens but the rating is for the pharmacy. Understaffed and apathetic. The staff in the pharmacy is GOD AWFUL!!!! It'll take at least 45 mins to pick up a filled prescription. I was forced to change my prescriptions over to Walgreens due to changes in my insurance. I'll be switching them over to somewhere else even though this place is within walking distance. read more

This Walgreens location is much like so many others: under-staffed, crowded, and very busy. The shelves are usually well-stocked, but they'll sometimes be out of staple drugstore items. The pharmacy is a complete cluster here. Nice staff, but they're completely overburdened by the number of people trying to obtain drugs. As I said in a tip, you could get old waiting in the drive thru line, and going inside won't help you. Sickies roll seven deep in the line in there regularly as well. Not a bad place to stop if you're in a rush and need to pick something up from the shelves, but steer clear of the pharmacy unless you've got an hour to burn (just on the drop off). read more

I walk up at 9:53 (they close at 10 ) to buy something that would have required about 2 minutes in and out . The lady closes and locks the door right as I'm about to walk in. I point to my phone indicating it's 9:53 and she shrugs . I understand employees wanting to get home of course but that's enough a turn off not to ever come back. read more

Staff are friendly, but the pharmacy is an absolute disaster. There's never enough staff to deal with the volume. It sucks to have to wait behind 4 people picking up prescriptions just to drop off a prescription because they don't have drop off and pick up windows. Only one drive through window too for both drop off and pick up. I'd go back to CVS in a heartbeat if my insurance would allow it. read more

I hate coming here to the pharmacy. Sooooo slow and never enough people working. It takes forever and they don't even care. Horrible

PHARMACY -- drop off prescription for 3 things at 6pm, wait a long time in line, give my insurance card, they tell me to come back at "8 or 8:30" ...;I come back at 8:30, still not ready, then they say only 2 of 3 in stock...ask for my insurance card AGAIN...then say they won't take my insurance!!! (which is high end from work) ... want me to pay $100+ for the 2 they have You think you could have told me at 6pm you didn't take my insurance??? ...so instead go down the road to CVS pharmacy, get in 10 minutes before closing, cool lady there gets it done, with insurance covering huge portion (2 of 3 FREE to me) GO TO CVS PHARMACY INSTEAD! Nicer people there read more

Don't answer their phone. Prescriptions called in were not filled. Didn't receive prescriptions that were faxed. Not reliable.

The black lady that's working tonight got a real attitude when I asked her to open the bathroom for me. Mind you I just had knee surgery yesterday so I'm limping and in pain. I hope she likes the surprise I left in the restroom for her :) read more
