Worst location. Pharmacy staff is unfriendly, unprofessional, and just rude. Someone needs to look at this whole location under a microscope and see whether or not it's actually worth being here.... look at the reviews this location has been terrible for YEARS. It's dirty, disorganized and that's saying a lot considering 90% of the store requires a key for theft issues.... Do better or close up shop and get us a different brand. read more

I love this Walgreens 87% of the time and then it's Meh about 10%, and 3% horrible. It's obvious that the store has some pretty low performers and then some rockstars. The store is going through a remodel so things are a bit mixed up and a bunch of empty shelves. It took a bit to get greeted at the pharmacy and when the drive-thru clerk came out I said "good morning". He replied "We'll get to you when we can". It was clear that I was a bother to him. A few seconds the debit clerk and pharmacist came out to help me. They both were super pleasant and they made me feel valued. I did pickup a few snacks as I walked out and a manager was on the register and greeted me and was super pleasant. She even explained to me what they weee doing for the renovation over the next two weeks. So - this is my point in the first sentence. Poor performers diminish the customer experience and then it takes really great interactions to make up for that one poor performer. read more

I had to pick up some prescriptions on this trip and there was 12 in line and people were very upset because of the wait. Just left Walgreens....the manager on duty at 9:50pm on 1/23/24 was hostile and rude. She asked me the same question 3 times about when I submitted my photo order. I said "I did not just submit it, I got a notification it was ready earlier" and again and again repeated it. I finally said "listen I answered you three times. My order is ready" and she tossed my photos at me and mumbled something. Insect to the cashier and said "is that the manager" and she starts yelling saying I was talking shit about her. I replied "I asked if you were the manager" and she continued to call me a "Bi!ch a$$ nig#er" very loudly. I threw the stuff I was buying on the ground and walked out. Someone needs to give SHARON a training course on Customer Service. I came in early this morning around 7am to grab meds for my son and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the register. If I was a dishonest person, it would have been very easy to just walk out and not pay. Sharon walked to the register with a TERRIBLE attitude. Clearly she was interrupted by whatever it was she was doing in the back of the store. She didn't say anything the whole time, but gave me the price of my item. She snatched my money, and threw my charge on the counter. I'm sure Walgreens has some kind of Customer Service training upon hire. She's going to throw money at the wrong person one day. Don't waste your time or money at this location. The cahiers are almost always clueless when asked a question, and there's usually only 1 with a line of like 10 people. They are SLOW. I even went there around 2 am one time, and while there, asked to use the restrooms. One of the female associates told me that their bathrooms were closed. Closed? In a 24 hour store? Just plain lazy. Just left Walgreen's literally a few minutes ago, and they wouldn't take my check. I had used checks before at this same location, less than a week ago. They tried to give me some excuse about them not accepting checks for alcohol purchases. Excuse me, what? It's money, MY money, and you will take it if you want your business to make money. Well today, apparently they didn't want money. They instead insisted upon trying to embarrass me in front of other customers by telling me that my check had been declined. BS. And I have the screenshot of my bank account balance to prove it. Funny thing is, right when I got home, my new debit card came in the mail. But will I ever use it at Walgreen's again? NEVER. I live right behind the parking lot of this location, and would frequent this store 3-4 times A WEEK. Now I will never step foot into another Walgreen's again. I have no idea how Walgreens's stays in business. I have avoided going in Walgreen's because they are grossly understaffed. Whoever is in charge at Walgreen's corporate office should be fired immediately for the years of incompetence that management has been guilty of. They prefer to try to have a profitable business by delivering the fewest number of service employees possible to serve the general public. Long story short I had to go and pick up some comfort food and I made a trip here because it's the only thing open nearby late at night, tbh I can see what some of these other reviews are saying about the gentleman, however I felt he was kind and respectful. Speaking only on the pharmacy, this place is terrible. Every single time I've gone to pick up a prescription it hasn't been ready. When they say "It'll be ready in 15 min" I say be back in a couple hours. Come back in a couple hours and it's still not ready but it will "be ready in 15 min" Today While I waited in line (the drive thru window is broken) I watched 0 out of 6 customers ahead of me leave with what they came in for. I dealt with Jessica the pharmacy manager and she was so rude. 2 of my prescriptions got cancelled on the app and I was frustrated and she was immediately rude and had a bad attitude towards me, one wasn't ready so I asked about the other and she loudly says "I was getting to that." My brother heard her say it and he was in the waiting room far away. So I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different Walgreens. I see why they have such low ratings. Rude to frustrated customers at all and she is the manager!!! This Walgreens is so slow and always has 5 people In line with a huge wait like 20 mins per person, my prescriptions are never ready and now the app keeps canceling my prescriptions and they aren't helpful in person either. read more

I put my refill request in Sunday night and it is Wednesday and my refill has not been processed. I go to pick it up because obviously it should be ready, right? NOT! This was my first time going through the drive-through the line was long, and when I get to the window.Coy who had a fake friendliness until he went to the back and noticed my prescription had not been filled yet. Coy stories to tell me in a nasty rude way that my prescription is not feel and why did I come to pick it up if I haven't received notification that it had been filled. I told him that it's been almost 3 days it should be and this is the third time that this has happened. The last two times I went to pick it up. They told me that it was at a warehouse and they do not transfer the prescription until the person comes to pick it up. When I wasn't going for that, I asked for the pharmacist. Coy proceeded to tell me I needed to tell Walgreens that they need to her more help and it's short staff, which is 0% not my problem. Coy also told me that I can go to a different Walgreen'. Aliyha the pharmacist who came to the window looking unbothered that my prescription was not filled told me that it's not filled yet come back when it is. I then told Cou to give me the corporate phone number and walked off.Then Coy had the nerves to tell me when I called to complaint to let corporate know that they need to hire more help they are short staffed. Sir that sounds like a y'all problem. I called corporate and talk to Tiffany a customer service rep who says she's been having problems with her not being able to hear the customers that call in to complain. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 5 minutes at the counter. Sure the pharmacy staff were all actively at work, but no one acknowledged either myself or the customer in line be hind me. A "we'll be with you in a minute," would have been fine. Acknowledge your customers is basic customer service. I have since been waiting 20 since my scheduled vaccination appointment. Frustrating. Horrible. Uploaded 1 hour photos that I needed... in one hour. Paid more than Walmart and Costco bc it is closer and I needed them... in one hour. Arrived in 1 hour and 25 minutes after the 1 hour promised time and nobody was working in photo area. After ringing bell, Kevin told me "everyone gets confused by our system". And they hadn't been started. I could have gotten them elsewhere cheaper or come in and used the machine if I didn't mind a standing and waiting. I paid more for this service and was given horrid service. I recommend to NOT get your photos done here. Slower and more expensive. To make it worse, Kevin wanted to see my email from Walgreens to show me it said "approximate" time, to blame ME for him not starting his job until I arrived to ask for my photos. Now I'm been standing here for 15 minutes longer than I should've had to, and got blamed for them not getting the job started until I asked for it. read more

Walgreens, in no matter what city you go to one, should be a quick convenient way to grab ancillary items or pick up a script quickly. It defies logic why it takes the pharmacy so long to check out people in the auto line and at the cash register. Why in the world do we have to wait? If the delay is because of customers dropping off their scripts, create two lines: one for those who are turning in a script and another for those whose scripts are ready for pick up (received it Walgreens's text message that prescription is ready). 75-85% of Walgreens's revenue is generated from Pharmacy. I would strongly suggest they find a way to reduce wait time before Amazon or someone else comes along and does it better quicker. read more

I took some pictures over Christmas on 35 mm film. They said it would take a week but I had to go back several times. The second time someone assured me that they would call me back and they never did. The last time I luckily dealt with the photo manager and she did a little researching and found that the photos had not been sent back. She told me she would call the people who developed the film because it was Saturday. On Monday, she called me back, explained what happened and let me know what the problem was. Never again will I ever shop at this location! After getting out of the ER it took over 40 minutes to drop my prescription with only two people in front of me. The employees are so nonchalant and have no interests in doing a quick and efficient job. I returned three hours later and waited nearly a full hour to pick it up. I got home took my meds and was out. The next day I noticed I never got my insurance card or ID back. I called the store and even though they were still open they refused to look for it and told me to call back. Not happy I waited until this morning. After being on hold for 15 minutes and being transferred four times I finally got to a rude "manager" who was in charge of the pharmacy. I asked for the store manager and he said I would have to just keep calling back because he couldn't transfer me. He then continued to say that I need to call back in 3 hours because the person who lost it isn't here. How does this make sense? Your telling me a company like Walgreens doesn't have a policy for how to handle situations like this? You would think he second it happens the ID/Insurance Card gets directly placed in the safe. Or better yet, since I've been a customer for so long and since they have my last name on my card, why couldn't they call me? I called and complained to Corporate and they asked for two business days. Never again will I shop somewhere with such horrible customer service. Wish me luck as I try to get my cards back! Stay away from here! Update: the pharmacist didn't share that he threw the cards at the bottom of the bag which found it way into my garbage. After digging luckily I found it. Never going back. Last comment: Pharmacists here are rude, inconsiderate and lazy. Especially the younger Asian guy, he has no idea how to communicate. Customer service non-existent Received 2 texts saying prescription was ready and when I arrived to pick up told me they had not heard from vet yet! Had two texts from vet saying script had been faxed. When questioned Ashleigh said this was an automated system over which they had no control over texts going out. I guess they just send random texts out that scripts are ready to anybody in their system. When posed with that question and showing the texts she stated blankly at me. I normally receive good service at this store. Although today has been the second time that I've gone to pick up my prescriptions only to find out they weren't ALL ready. And that's after receiving texts and emails stating they were. The manager was so rude and put me in an impossible situation. I was out of town for a work trip in another state, so my fiancé went to pick up my prescription. He paid with his card, was handed the prescription/receipt, and left the building. The employee who handed him the prescriptions said thank you, and he drove off and was good to go. He then headed back to work, as he has a finance job that often runs late into the evening. An hour later, I receive a call, again I'm out of town, demanding that I come in to pay for the prescription due to a system failure. I let her know I'm in the middle of dinner at a steakhouse for a sales meeting and she says, "you have to come in now." And I say I can't and my fiancé is unable to come back in again as well because he's back at the office - 30 minutes from the pharmacy. I offer to pay by credit card. She insists I need to come back in this second and again I say I can't today and neither can my fiancé. I was in the middle of a sales meeting and said I need to go, but please use the card on file and we can handle later if there are issues. The next day, I NEVER get a call saying anymore payment is needed. The only calls I ever got from Walgreens after that was saying I had a prescription ready, which I assumed was one of my other prescriptions not picked up that day. I figured she was able to process the payment and everything was fine, since I never got another call demanding payment. Again, he left the store with prescriptions in hand and a receipt. We both had every intention to pay and would never purposefully not pay. It is not our fault the computers crashed and I was out of town at a sales meeting and he was physically unable to come back in that very moment she demanded it. When I called to refill my prescription today, I was shocked to be told I would be unable to get a prescription today she refused to fill the prescription due to me not paying last time. I said, I handed the card and was under the impression it was taken care of since we had not been called again and told any payment was due and only received voicemails saying "prescription ready for pickup." I offered to pay the balance that I was unaware hadn't been paid yet, and she still refused. In summary: 1. Card was handed to employee and employee accepted payment and provided prescriptions 2. Employee calls an hour later says the computers aren't working now and demands return to the store 3. I am out of town and fiancé can't come back again - both physically unable to due to work obligations/being in another state 3. Offered to pay online again said please use the card on file and let me know if you have any issues 4. Never get a call again saying anything due so think everything is fine. 5. Offers to pay outstanding balance and do whatever is needed to make it right - since we thought the issue was taken care of. We assured her we have never purposefully not paid something in our lives and we just could not pay that night as she demanded it due to work obligations. Since we never heard about payment again, we thought everything was fine. Jessica was unreasonable, rude and unable to to empathize, saying "you refused to come in because you were at a steakhouse." Yes, I was at a steakhouse for work out of the state, and could not teleport to Walgreens to re-do payment after the computers failed on your end - once receipt was already given and provided and we were under the impression payment was made. She is using her power wrongfully. I am hoping someone can resolve this issue. It seems unfair that I should be deprived of the healthcare I need due to a system failure on Walgreens end and no communication after the date of issue indicating that payment had still not been processed. I have used Walgreens and been a great customer ever since I was young and never once not paid. Please help me reason with her. read more

Loved this location until I had to report Brigitte the pharmacy tech for some reason... She was denying my refill when she had doctors orders to do so. She took it extremely personal and started shouting out my medical information in the drive thru intercom and said "I'll make sure you don't get this" 10 minutes later I did at the McKinney location which is 5 minutes away and has exceptional service and is very clean. read more
