The man is the one who assisted me. He asked if I had Insurance, I gave him my medical card, while he is putting my information in, he and staff tell the people behind me that they are closing up for lunch so they will need to return afterwards (this is when I should've known my experience was about to be ruined). He gave me my insurance card back telling me my medication wasn't covered so I would have to pay $108 and I will have to come back Monday to pick up my prescription (it was a Friday). An hour later, I get a notification saying my prescription is ready for pick up however, I was already very far and could not go back till the next day. I just arrived to pick up my medication, a different associate gathered my information, she was very lovely and helpful. She put my insurance information in and what do you know? Magically the medication is covered under my insurance!! $108 to $6... whoever is the man behind the counter at the pharmacy, stay clear from him. Very incompetent and rude

The PA was extremely thorough with his exam and was very knowledgeable. He prescribed medication that I was able to pick up at this CVS location. I also asked the PA to send some of my other meds across the street to the Walmart pharmacy (they had some better prices). You really have to shop around and use the Good RX app for coupons. I would definitely make an appointment online to avoid this long wait in the future. Walk-in is not the best option for this location.

We made a little small talk while they got my prescription, nothing weird or forced, it was actually welcome since a lot of people now barely greet customers. I paid, which was exponentially cheaper than the previous pharmacy I used, and went on my way. They saved me almost $60! While I waited, I looked around and aw they have a big selection of pharmacy items and DME. The store was also very neat and clean. And it was well stocked, carrying the various OTC medicines that I needed, with the equivalent house brand (i.e. Up&Up) offering significant savings. There were plenty of registers, including self-checkout. One of the product purchased was controlled, so an attentive associate came right away to ring me through (just needed my birthdate). One interesting side note: we noticed a crowd of young adults doing cosplay near the side entrance. I recognized a lot of them wearing 'Team Rocket' uniforms from the Pokemon universe, including a young man dressed up as Giovanni. We asked one of the store workers about it, and she stated that they were here for the Pokemon card drop that was going to happen quite soon.
