ALONA was extremely rude and had the worst customer service. She insisted that what I wanted was a silk press, not a blowout. I explained that I knew exactly what I wanted, and it was a blowout. ALONA continued going back and forth with me, speaking in a belittling tone, as she is much much older than I am, claiming a blowout couldn't be done on my hair even though I've had it done many times before. She still demanded I pay for the wash, even though it was part of a service that was never completed due to a stylist's lack of expertise. As a frequent visitor, Alona's attitude and lack of professionalism may keep me from ever returning.
