The folks at this place are VERY friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely not as cold as other places. I started getting my safety glasses here but now I just got all of my glasses and my kids glasses here. Working in construction for many years, I do have situations occur where I lose my glasses, they fall out of my pocket, they break, etc. ANY time I need a pair of replacement glasses, they are always so understanding and hook me up with a new set in short time. As far as the value, I feel like I get a MUCH BETTER PRODUCT here as opposed to the other places I mentioned earlier. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anybody needing glasses to visit Reiters.

When they were ready she tried to charge me 500.00 bucks and I told her that wasn't gonna happen. I was walking out with no glasses and all my money. She changed her tune to 350 $ so I paid it. 3 months later one earpiece came off. Took them to her and next day she says they ready. When I put them on it fell back off. Next day she calls me back in and says she can't fix them and I just need to buy a new pair of frames... Needless to say she was told where to go and she lost my business. I had my first cataract surgery in April and my second one in May and let me just tell you the experience has been life-changing. I have my vision now and I can see perfect, with no glasses needed. I'm so happy that I went to Berkeley Eye Center and met these two people. I can't say enough wonderful things about them and the rest of the staff is just as wonderful, always professional and pleasant so nice to deal with. God has truly given Dr. Marshall a gift.

The only good thing at this place was the doctor I saw…read more I ordered a pair of glasses with Frazier after my appointment in May. I didn't get my glasses until mid-June. Once I got them, the lenses would come out at the top and then about mid June, the right lense fully popped out. I took them back in on July 14th asking if they could fix them. I was told that the lenses were too small and they needed to be sent back. They insisted that they would be expedited and that I needed to wear my old glasses with my outdated prescription in the meantime. I asked for a printout of my prescription and the tech said "you're gonna order glasses online?!" And acted as though it personally offended her. She provided me with the printout once I explained that I would need a back up pair in the event one pair was to break again. After 3 weeks of waiting for my "expedited" glasses, I called to ask about them. They advised me that they were in but just hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. I asked if I could just get a refund instead, and was advised that it was past the cutoff for a refund since the original appointment was in May. Even though I've had the glasses for less than a month, and here it is August. I won't be purchasing glasses from this place EVER again, but wouldn't mind seeing the doctor if needed.
