I can't imagine how this CVS has a 2 and a half star rating. They don't deserve it. They don't open until 9 am then close for lunch at 1:30. The drive-thru is a total joke. Went there today to pick up 2 prescriptions and got halfway home before I realized the girl only gave me 1 of my prescriptions. They should just close this site up for. good read more

Worst pharmacy ever but I had to use them since no one else have the meds I needed. Took over 30 mins on being on hold to just to check the status of my prescription. People always friendly here. I do not normally go inside to pharmacy for patients meds. The cashier with the nose piercing was so not helpful which is very disappointing for this cvs. I work with elderly and mentally disabled so I'm always picking up medications so when you ask questions then quickly dismissed it is very disappointing. I know better to go inside for now on, I'll go through the drive thru. I love the front cashiers and they are always so kind to the people I bring in. read more

Unfortunately, my insurance contracts with CVS in a way that I have to use them for maintenance medications. This CVS Pharmacy has very frequent issues & often cause frustration when I have to go here Pros: - Open 24/7 - Close Location Cons: - Poorly run pharmacy - Staff is frequently confused - staff can be very rude - do not call on phone as they often will hang up on you before fully helping you. This has happened about 4 times to me. - A very expensive pharmacy I'm done with this place. I just don't have space in my life for a business that consistently causes so much frustration in my life. read more

I just transferred my profile from this store to HEB on Northpark Dr. They gave the wrong prescription to HEB. I called and and spoke to CVS pharmacist. He told me the correct prescription. I had HEB pharmacist call CVS back. They told him they deleted my prescription. This is very sad that they would do something like this. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. Rude staff. They closed for lunch but you could hear them trash talking customers. There was a diabetic customer in line and was already rung up on the cash register but the attendant had a question for the pharmacist and asked the customer to step aside while the attendant waited in other customers. Then the attendant pulled down the counter gate and said she was leaving for lunch. This was extremely rude since the customer had been there at the counter since 1:10. If the attendants were not so slow and would professionally handle all customers efficiently there would be less issues. #1 lesson In customer service, do not trash talk your customers when other customers can hear you. ALSO they are trash talking the pharmacist/manager regarding policies this person is requiring the pharmacy staff to adhere too. Maybe less disgruntled employees would lead to better customer service. read more

Customer service here is hit or miss. I absolutely hate the pharmacy and am really glad that I don't have any regular prescriptions right now because I honestly don't know of a good pharmacy in Kingwood. One time I was given a new generic of a medication I had been taking but was not informed of the change and another time my prescription had someone else's name/info sticker was under mine. Luckily for them I'm not the type of person who would try to use that information for anything and I called their customer service number as soon as I saw it- I don't want that to happen to my info! Their pharmacists are unfriendly overall but I did encounter a friendly one the other day so maybe there's hope that they can improve. Also, from what I remember, prescriptions were never ready when they said they would be. Sometimes it would take a few extra hours and sometimes an extra day. I do come here a lot for other items. They usually have fairly decent sales and I've never had a problem using coupons or having items ring up for incorrect prices. It's always exciting when you get extrabucks back from your purchase! The lines to checkout are usually not very long but every once in awhile you can hit it at a busy time. read more

Omg. I just give up. Please teach your staff how to use the app. We had the phone with the app. Scan ready and number ready and she still didn't do it. She claims it doesn't work for two different prescriptions but we are in the same family and use the same app. I've have literally done it lots of times. But it's hit or miss at this particular CVS. Took so much longer giving out birthdates for both people. If you don't know how it works , please learn. It's an awesome fast app!!! read more

This CVS is clean and neat, which nice customer service. The cashier Steve rang out my purchase and had a very cheerful attitude for it being 9pm on a Tuesday. The aisles are clearly labeled and well organized. I haven't dealt with the pharmacy (a very important department, I know) but I'll update this review if I do. For now, I had a good experience and I'll certainly be willing to come back. read more

I am just reviewing the pharmacy part of CVS. The store itself is fine, it's just a run of the mill CVS store. The pharmacy however is hellish! I have yet to get my prescriptions on time, they have two or three people working yet they are always focused on phone calls or the drive thru. Every time I walk in there is a line that they don't seem in any hurry to attend to. If this was just a one time problem I would let it slide but it is always an issue. Save yourself some time and head to the town center CVS. read more

This CVS Pharmacy has very frequent issues & often cause frustration when I have to go here. The clerks/Pharmacy techs have an attitude that the customers inconvenience them. They never have an explanation as to why, when things go wrong. I got an obvious eye roll from one yesterday. Their customer service skills are extremely lacking. I would prefer to use Walgreens closer to my home but due to higher out of pocket costs I'm stuck with CVS. read more

If I could give this place a ZERO I would! the pharmacy was TERRIBLE they lost a script that is regulated by the DEA, first the computer system was down, then 2 days later there is NO record of it anywhere which means it is sitting in someones pocket! they are completely clueless and unorganized! never again will they receive our family business! read more

I really and truly hate this pharmacy. Every. Single. Time. I use this pharmacy, I have issues. I'm 34 weeks pregnant with a UTI. I feel like I've been hit by a train. I dropped my prescription off at 3 p.m. and was told that it would be ready by 4 p.m. (same day). When I went to pick up my prescription at 4, I was told that "they don't have it". Turns out that someone just "misplaced" my prescription and it was never actually filled. The only reason that I chose to use this pharmacy today was that my chosen pharmacy was out of the specific antibiotic prescribed to me. - Past problems include a tech arguing with me over medication prescribed to my by my physician (she actually refused to give it to me because I'm pregnant until a pharmacist stepped in) - Refusal to accept that I did not want to refill a prescription. For months I received both automated calls and calls from a pharmacist stating that I needed to refill even though the prescription was transferred to a less terrible pharmacy. - Another tech questioning whether or not my 3 year old son "really needs those epi pens". - Question my insurance REPEATEDLY. I've not had this issue any place else but here. It's absurd. I will never come here again. Ever. I'll just wait for whatever I need to be ordered. read more

Today, I received a call from this CVS location. They have been filling my medicine monthly; however, today, the medicine, I needed would not be available until Monday. I will be out tonight. The caller, Elizabeth went out of her way to made several calls to other locations to help track down the medicine for me. By the afternoon, the other location was calling to say, my medicine would be filled. I am very appreciative for Elizabeth this morning who went above and beyond to help find my refill. read more

First, I worked for two years as a Pharmacy Tech so I understand how things work. I have been using this CVS for MANY years. In earlier years, it was on occasion when I had the flu or something minor. Now I have a couple monthly prescriptions I fill. Two others are "as needed". It is a nice store in front, but the PHARMACY has SO many issues. 1) be prepared to stand in a long line because they always seem to be busy. 2) They AUTOFILL prescriptions even though I told them 30 times not to. I will turn it off on my online profile, and the next time I bring in a new prescription they put it on Autofill. 3) I get more texts from this pharmacy than I do my family. Seriously! They are either texting saying they filled something [without my permission], asking if I want to refill something, or in some cases the pharmacist will call me wanting to talk to me about refilling something. DRIVES ME NUTS!!! 4) I was on my way out of town and needed my medication asap. I got there to pick it up and they had not filled it because they wanted to discuss with me about Mail Order Service. NO NO NO!! I then had to wait 30 minutes for the meds which made me late getting to my destination. Poor Pharmacy Management! Run far away from this Pharmacy. read more
