The delivery people are decent enough when they bring you their equipment, but not super informative if you have questions. However, they never answer the phone or return your call once you've left a message (or three). As of right now, it's been a week since they were supposed to pick up their items since our care program switched carriers. They haven't bothered to stop by or call, and we are stuck with this extra equipment while we wait to be acknowledged by the company.

Previous to the accident, she was quite active, including weekly golf. She refused to enter an assisted living facility even while in recovery. This medical equipment company was very helpful with our needs to make her comfortable with the suggestions of her physical therapist. The staff was wonderful with her. Within an hour of calling for a portable wheelchair, it was delivered. When it became necessary to provide a hospital-type bed, the delivery person took extra care in removing her bed out to her garage. Caring for someone as special as my Aunt Katie was difficult, but I really appreciated how this company helped her and us through that time.

I sent a copy of that review to Walmart Help email address online, in less than 5 minutes I had a response, and 10 minutes later, I was told they had already processed my full refund, it was really quite impressive. Now, this does not change the fact that the situation created obvious setbacks that I still have to deal with; but, it does show that Walmart does care for their customers and a case of negligence due to one employee does not speak for the company customer care in general. I will continue to use Walmart and am very grateful for their understanding that issues like these can hurt their image among the public. Thank you again, Walmart, for your understanding.

Came for a simple perm for my husband. The young lady who did it did not know what she was doing…read more We paid $130 plus I also left her over $35 in tip because it looked good when we left. 2 hours later the curls started to fall for no reason. We came back for her to do the perm again and fix the issue just for it now to completely fall out after a week. His hair is back to being bone straight. I spoke with a manager and was told I would be refunded to then get a whole $23 back. Never recommending this place or coming again. DO NOT go here for perms, coloring or any chemical treatments. Now we have to find another salon to completely redo his hair and pay all over again.
