It's so cute, well organized, and chock full of amazing goodies. Soaps made from scratch with a huge variety of scents, organic sunscreen that smells amazing, wonderful bath bombs, skincare that has helped clear my skin up quickly, and a fantastic owner. Raechel was incredibly kind and warm, telling my girlfriend and myself all about the different kinds of soaps she creates. Since we didn't have any plans for the day and were playing things by ear, we took up Raechel's offer to make some of our own soaps! What a fun way to spend a couple of hours, I recommend trying it out! I love Lush, but I like Raechel's concept better because not only is it less overwhelming (sometimes Lush gives me a headache if I'm there too long!) but it is also locally made and you can feel good about supporting a small business owner. I know this shop will quickly become a staple when I visit New Smyrna and I highly recommend you check it out! It is in the same plaza as Lolo's Boutique and Sei's 2nd location across from Mango Tango.

Over the past years the new pharmacy employees are people who barely give you the time of day, unfriendly, don't make eye contact, NEVER smile and look totally miserable. Who wants to see those people! Can't you hire people who don't look like they lost their best friend, or are totally miserable at their job. I love the Manager and Sean but really the other workers need to get new jobs or get fired for being borderline rude to customers. Try hiring people who know how to smile. Why should we have to deal with their bad heads. Jeesh. Life is tough enough when you are a senior without this. How about some customer service!

There are a number of locations within a stone's throw from my home and although they all seem to share a cookie cutter design both esthetically and inventory wise I tend to wonder into this location with more frequency than the others. I don't agree with the other reviews in whole but I do understand that some reviews are based solely on a single event - and if I'd experience either of the extremely events I'd probably escalated my issues with management verse punching the location in the eye with an extremely negative review. If these issues were addressed properly and then poorly handled I'd state this along with my less than positive review also. For me I'm high-fiving the staff here, the store was extremely clean and well organized and they were efficient and friendly. The shelves were well stocked and the prices are competitive, there are several options to enter and exit the parking lots making it convenient. I like this location and it's likely to remain my go to Walgreens....

I began getting e-receipts and notices of changes on my account from Ulta. I opened up my Ulta account to find my name changed to a man's name, my DOB changed to a completely different DOB, and my west coast address changed to an Orlando address! ALL WITHOUT CHECKING ID! In-store purchase history of 2 different transactions in this store for over $100 using Ulta points! I live on the complete opposite side of the country, so how did someone in this store even find my account? I don't even know anyone in Florida! I immediately called this store and spoke with a manager who gave me the 800 number to Ulta customer service. I called 5 times and nobody could help me! I then had to drive to my local Ulta and have them change my personal info back on my account and add check ID to my account name. I had to continue emailing Ulta customer service and calling multiple times before my points got returned. This location could not help me at all, yet it was this location that allowed someone to take over my account and spent my points! I have since spent all the points on my account and will no longer be shopping at Ulta!
