This Walgreens has some of the laziest, most incompetent employees you will ever deal with!! My daughter since she lives out of state had ordered me some things including a helium filled balloon for my birthday. When the door dash driver arrived for the pickup the order was just kinda thrown at him and when he asked where the balloon was the woman snapped "It's in the bag." When he asked why it wasn't inflated, she snapped at him again in a rude tone of voice " I don't know how to use the machine and I'm busy and don't have time to do it" Really?? WTF!! When the Door Dash driver arrived at our house and explained what had happened you could tell he was kind of embarrassed having to tell us this but we let him know it wasn't his fault. We called our daughter to let her know what had happened which upset her and she filed a complaint with Door Dash on this Walgreens and they refunded her the cost of the balloon because she ordered and paid for a helium filled balloon not one thrown a bag unfilled because of a rude, lazy ass Walgreens employee! My wife and I went down here to speak to a manager and she made me stay in the car because she didn't want me to go to jail on my birthday! When she came out the balloon was filled and she said the manager was very apologetic and said the employee would be dealt with as she would not have been that busy at the time Door Dash came for the pickup and that no customer should have ever been treated that way. She gave us a $10 reward to use on our next purchase to make up for this incident, that we let our daughter have to make up for what had happened because we haven't shopped at a Walgreens in years because of their sorry assed of customer service. This is also why we left Walgreens pharmacy years ago and why we will never shop at any Walgreens for anything ever again!! read more

First time visitor and going to take a bit to understand the store Walked in and could not find what I was looking for. Asked and they gave directions. Still could not find it. Wife walks it, got the same directions and found it immediately . Must be a man thing and I've never going to live this one down read more

Needing a Flu shot and Pneumonia Shot I went in for a visit so see if I could get them both. They not only could do both but had a private room to give it to me since I forgot to wear a short sleeve shirt. Everyone was polite, professional and kind in there care. read more

I would give this Walgreens a zero if I could. Every week I take my 71 year old mother in law to do her Errands because she doesn't drive anymore. Well she wanted to go to Walgreens for candy and cigarettes. She gets up to the counter and asks for a carton of her brand of ciggs and the cashier asks her for her ID. At first she thought she was joking because clearly at 71 years old you see she is more than old enough. She explains to the cashier she doesn't drive anymore and has no ID and no one has asked her for an ID in years and at that point the cashier tells her she can't sell her cigarettes. so I tell her I'll buy them because I have my ID and I had just bought mine right before her. The cashier tells us she will be right back walks over and gets her manager who at that point comes over and starts talking and treating us like we are scammers trying to pull a scam on them. The manager tells me I cannot buy the cigarettes even though I have an ID and just bought two packs right before this transaction. Her excuse was because my 71 year old mother in law asked first so therefore I can't buy them. This was the most insane and embarrassing situation I have ever encountered trying to buy cigarettes. To be treated and talked to like we were scumbags was beyond ridiculous and uncalled for!! If this is how Walgreens treats people over cigarettes I don't even want to know what you go thru trying to get your prescriptions my God! Thank God I go to CVS for mine!! I can see why Walgreens has a very low rating now!!! read more

Beware of an extremely unethical employee in the pharmacy. I went in for a flu shot for my 3 year old daughter and the employee came in with 3 syringes in her hand so I asked her to verify that my daughter was getting the correct medication and she refused, only saying "mm," and not making eye contact with me. When she gave the shot she DID NOT depress the plunger because she was inexperienced and clumsy and I guess got nervous, but she falsified giving the flu shot. My spouse witnessed this too. I reported it to the pharm manager but she failed to properly follow up with me. I have now reported this facility to the NC pharmacy board. The employee in question was very young, pregnant, and mixed race or black. read more

Moved my prescriptions here when they first opened. Since then customer service has fallen. Pharmacy technician was rude on more than one occasion and that seems to be ok with Walgreens..I won't be using Walgreens pharmacy any longer read more

Sad to see how far this place has fallen in the last year. This was an extraordinary pharmacy in 2017 and much of '18, to the point newcomers talked about how great the pharmacists were. Since the Rite-Aid closed in late '18, this pharmacy has been chronically unable to get the basics right. I'm in healthcare, and the signs of mismanagement and/or understaffing are clear, from inadequate stock reordering to confusion on prescriptions. This isn't a candy store; these are medications that people need. A clerk told me today that she realized a that not having a Rx ready that was ordered five days ago was "disappointing." There's another D word that applies, and that's dangerous. Something needs to change here, badly. Until it does, triple check every Rx. read more

HORRIBLE PHOTO processing. Twice they printed all of my photos with the heads of everyone cut off. These were wedding photos. They claim the machine " Auto Crops" I find this very difficult to believe I have never had any of my other photos cut the peoples heads off. Every time I sit in line I wonder " why am I back here " lines are horrible, there is always " a problem with my insurance " until I give them my insurance card AGAIN . One employee insisted I was on Medicaid which I am not ...if there was a negative star option I would select it ! read more

I have to say this place is horrible. Customer service is terrible. Cannot get routine monthly medications filled. They will expect the customer to track down insurance information, doctors approvals, etc... Have been out of my blood pressure medication for over two weeks and have no suggestions or recommendations as if I am supposed to be without blood pressure medication and that's not a problem. Was told that they received the medication today but because they had quite a few prople awaiting the medicine I would not be getting any of todays shipment. I suppose others have been waiting longer than two weeks if I didn't qualify to have mine filled. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere this afternoon. Since the merger/buyout of Rite Aid this pharmacy has been absolutely horrible. The folks are not customer focused and act as if they are doing you a favor to even ask if they can help you....Absolutely the worse service I have ever received anywhere. read more
