I bought three 5 packs of Game Leaf Dark cigars which by the way were $1 more per pack here than my go to store. When I got back to the car, I opened a pack to smoke one on the way home and these cigars were beyond dried out! I immediately went back in to get a refund and he said there was no refunds on tobacco products. I explained how dry they were and told him he wasn't going to cheat me out of my money! He then said I should have felt the package before buying. Really?? There would be no need for that if you didn't try to sell outdated, dried out products!! After a somewhat heated back and forth he finally gave me a refund and said he wouldn't do it next time to which I replied he didn't have to ever worry about a next time!! When it opened the seal was completely busted open.
