I understand they are suprise toys, but this was a total bait and switch. I know it's just a toy, but it was a special gift, I am sad and furious. While I understand this more than likely wouldn't have been an authentic one, I also know putting a used toy in a box and selling it as new is wrong and probably illegal. When confronted the business denied selling them ever, calling us liars. Other people saw them for sale as well. This says so much about this business. Lying about a child's toy is cruel and I hope to prevent someone else from falling for their scam. They have several items for sale in this store, I would be skeptical of all of it. This was straight up fraud and they refuse to even acknowledge it. It wasn't a lot of money and I paid with a card so I can file a claim, but it's the principle.
