Where to start. Switched from Safeway so I could go through the drive through. Big mistake. I haven't been through the drive though in less than 30 minutes, sometimes around 45 minutes for a couple cars (2-3 ahead of me). Rx gets sent in, give it a day, call no Rx received. Contact doctor, refill was sent a week prior. So call back, fight auto phone teller, oh they do have it, but they haven't filled it yet. Check back next day, sure we can fill that for you, give us a few hours. Every time, no exceptions. Then they are snippy and rude with you. They close at 1:30pm for lunch, got there at 1:15, a little close but I couldn't break away from work sooner. They put the closed for lunch sign up while I was talking to them, in between our faces and said my Rx wasn't in yet. I'm going back to Safeway. read more

If I could give a "0" star review, I would. We recently moved here from the west side. I guess I was used to stellar customer service at our other Walgreens and expected the same at this one in East Wentachee, boy was I wrong! My first encounter with one of your employees there who was incredibly rude just set me off. I told her "do NOT be rude to me! You are incredibly disrespectful and I do not appreciate that." I think she was shocked that someone actually said something to her. She immediately apologized and stopped acting the way she was acting. Anytime I need to call them with a question, the phone is answered and then immediately hung up. They just don't have the time to deal with customers and their customer service is HORRIBLE! I work in customer service and have for 11+ years, they give customer service a bad name. I am disgusted by them! I wish they were not the only option in town that offered drive through prescription re-fill. Shame on you Walgreens for employing such horrible people to work for you. I actually live here and I believe most of these reviews should come from people who actually use this pharmacy on the regular. This has been a great pharmacy. I switched here from Safeway. Some differences is that I love using the drive up window. I've been able to use coupons Walgreens has given me. I have never been treated rude by any employee and everyone has always been kind. I also noticed that not only were some of my medications more affordable than Safeway, Walgreens puts the maker of the medication on the bottle most Safeway meds are not like that. The quality of the medication was better at Walgreens. One day I happened to drive up just before their lunch and they stayed open for me. Then another day I waited in line for a while and there was a problem with my prescription they worked to help me so that we could fill it. I appreciated that so much! They do answer the phone nobody is hanging up but there is a voice message that sounds like the phone being answered when it hasn't been yet. This place has no clue how to do prescriptions they've cut their hours. They're one of the only places left that will fill a prescription in town and you get to sit here for 30 minutes in a pick up line in your car to pick up a prescription and it's not any better to go inside because there's at least 12 people standing inside waiting to pick up prescriptions and the people that are helping folks to do this barely speak English and move at the same pace as a fucking two toed sloth. If there was a way to give a no star review on the pharmacy, I would have. The fact that you have turned to Yelp for your pharmacy needs, buyer beware, you have been duly warned. Their customer services is very poor, they appear to be auditioning for a job at the DMV... They have a habit of calling you when your prescription is ready for pickup when in fact it is not ready. Whatever you do, don't get covid tested here if you need the results in a timely fashion (going on a trip for example). They only offer the 72hr test. (Which in reality means that they will be available in 3-7 days). In addition, they will not test you themselves. They will instruct you through the drive-through window on how to test yourself. And once the results are back/available, you will get zero automatic notification. You will have to call and request the results to be emailed to you. Since the price tag for this is over $100, a person would expect to get a bit more product. Very misleading and laughable to say the least. The staff at this store is polite, so they get 1 star. Otherwise, Walgreens would get zero stars. read more

Yesterday I had the displeasure of coming in contact with one of your rudest employees - at the Grant St location of Walgreens. First she cut me off as I turned with my shopping cart down an isle as if what she was doing dead more important than my business and I called her on it. She became extremely confrontational when I said that her actions were rude. Her name on her tag was Ana - she has no customer service skills what so ever - even other customers commented that she was the person who was causing all the ruckus. I have been a long time Walgreens customer and have never been treated as I was yesterday - your employee literally was screaming at my sister. If I Could give them zero stars I would. Made an appointment on their site to get covid tested and got the confirmation code and time. When I got there they looked at my email confirmation and said they don't have anything on their system and that they can't see us cause their internet may not work even though they just used the credit card machine and they were making transactions with other customers. They said well usually they can't get someone tested until two days after they made the appointment. Why did the appointment go through that day and confirm I can be tested. They had no answers and told me they can't do anything. read more

Horrible place. Bad customer service. I went to get my curbside pickup I get there and they said no curbside. Today we went to get insulin needles and they now they said we can't refill all but one box. Why is that we need them to stay alive? Answer... someone else may need needles. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy to be filled on Friday. I went to the pharmacy the following Tuesday to pick up my prescriptions and were told they'd be ready in 15 minutes. I come back an hour later and they don't even have my prescriptions in stock. They told me to come back in two weeks. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this pharmacy ever. If I could give no stars I would.Having surgery 5:45 Monday morning so,I wanted to have my pain meds filled on sat.I waited 3 hours and than they handed me my perscription back and said they could not fill It! 3 hours I wasted.I went over to Fred Meyers and they filled it in 20 minutes. They asked me why I was filling it in Wenatchee when I lived in cle elum,I explained I was there to pick up my gas fireplace place.Walgreens has done this to me before 4 years ago .I later found out that they do this to alot of people.While I was at Walgreens I noticed alot of frustrated customers. Citizens of Wenatchee do yourselves a favor, USE FRED MEYER PHARMACY. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe my experience. I was quoted a price of $1500 for a medication that must be taken and IS a life or death situation. When I went in to pick up the prescription I was charged $1,963.09 which made my co-pay $616.02! When I questioned the price they told me that "oh well, that's the price and basically take it or leave it". Since it was urgent I did not have time to find an alternate pharmacy. To make matters worse the girl working in the pharmacy was beyond rude and not helpful in anyway. I called and spoke with the store manager and after researching the problem she called back and told me that even though it wasn't right, it was store policy that they could not help me with the difference in what I was quoted and what I was forced, yes forced, to pay!! I had no alternative but to pay the co-pay so I could get the prescription. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!! Horrible customer service. read more
