Walgreens online at this location offered same day delivery by 8pm of my medication. I ordered it and it never came. When I called the next day (as they close at 6pm) they said 5 business days for med delivery. This is very dangerous for a patient who needs to take a med daily! read more

A 24-hour Walgreens, located about 30 seconds from my doorstep, what more could you ask for? Well, let's see... I would like the cashiers to me more friendly, sometimes I think they're plotting my death every time I visit. I would like the duty cop positioned outside to not give my boyfriend and I dirty stares and then yell at us to leave as we read the boxes on whatever we bought while still in the parking lot. I can't take off too many stars though, because at least this location is well stocked and always open. That's not something easy to find in this area, and for that, I give you four stars. Reminder: Two hours before a holiday officially begins is not the time to stop by Walgreens and try to buy gifts. I have learned this lesson far too many times. You will be disappointed. read more

Do not try to park here overnight. I have watched numerous cars being on towed, if your going to risk it this not the place. It's open 24 hours but that is not a huge draw for me. Maybe if the food selection was better it would be, but if you are looking for actual food and not just processed snack foods you are not going to find it. If I need pharmacy items this the closest place for me to get them and that is it's draw. The people working the registers are not friendly, I am not sure why but I am not going to think about it to hard. read more

Worst worst worst walgreens EVER! The cashiers are either young and clueless or old and wretchedly angry at the world. The customers (including those who hang around the parking lot) are usually loud or sketchy, and there's always a huge line where those two worlds meet. My first experience there was actually wonderful in terms of sales, product selection, and customer service but it turned out to be a sham. The clearance section is measley and disorganized, as well as their pet section. Most of the time the products that are on sale aren't stocked or are extremely hard to find, as specials will be hidden in other aisles. The manager helps sometimes, but there seems to always be an issue with their coupon policy or printing registar rewards. Although the location is very convenient for me, I dread shopping there. read more

Since I still don't really know my new neighborhood very well, I decided Walgreen's was the place to go to take a walk and pick up some food. Gross, I know, but I was jonesing for some convenience store type food. The store is very large and seems to be well-stocked, but it still has that sort of dirty feel. Like you're not sure you really want to buy anything that isn't in the freezers or in a can. But it suits its purpose to pick up a few things, and the prices seemed very fair if not cheap. Beware of checking out for if you do not have a carriage you will be strong armed out of the way by those who do. While attempting to get line I got slammed by at least 3 different shopping carts by people who very clearly could see me. And I'm in total agreement with Dale that the cashiers could definitely be more friendly. C'mon, I know working at Walgreens isn't exactly glamorous, but responding to a "hi how are ya" would be nice. Sidenote: Do not for any reason buy Dwight Yoakam's Chicken Rings Afire. Even though they're $1. Well, actually, because they are $1, I should've already known not to buy them. But they're Afire! Which means sort of spicy, soggily breaded, probably non-chicken. read more

I hate this store it's like the kids hang out and everyone working here has no idea what they are doing one night I went there at 2 aM from the hospital with my sick child and the girl behind the counter who was doing nothing tries to tell me I had to wait over a her for the medicine that was a already prefilled bottle. Needless to say when you have a 5 year old crying in pain and the lady behind the counter is to lazy to hurry up and get you the medicine it's not a pleasent experience never going back in all set with this place read more

This is thee most unprofessional pharmacy I have EVER been to in my entire life !!!! Poor customer Service ! Foul Language , slow service , long wait time ! And then to top it off my son had a fever( he's 6 months ) I went to pick up his RX antibiotic , they told me my insurance wasn't on file to pay cash and bring back the receipt and his insurance card . I did that and still didn't get a refund . The icing on the cake is I got all the way home and the antibiotic was not mixed ! They gave me powder for an infant when I opened it it was in a bag with HUGE letters that said MIX ! Long story short go somewhere else if you can !!!!! This place needs to be shut down and fully restaffed. read more

This is like the worst walgreens store in the entire USA. It doesn't deserve any stars for the rating at all. Not only the cashiers are unfriendly and slow, some of them are even rude and racist... There was this old man at the pharmacy register who refused to help my boyfriend pay for our grocery items, just because he thought his accent didn't sound american enough to him. He rudely said: "No. Go to the front register". Obviously, if we asked him to help, it's mainly because it takes forever to stand in the line. So my boyfriend acted like a true gentleman...He just put all the items on the counter and we left. We went to CVS. From now on, we are going to shop at CVS. Moved nearby, moved scripts to their pharmacy, went to pick them up, weren't ready, shopped around for a bit. Food was scary, moved far away to cosmetics. I found a nail painting set that required two other purchases; when I asked a manager if they carried the additional items she told me they don't carry either. I pointed out that they were necessary to the product use. She said people buy the available item alone, and as long as they did, Walgreens would carry the item. Back to the pharmacy. Total clusterphuque. Go to front register for gum. Clerk assaulted me without moving or even shouting, could swear she chanted a demonic curse on me, but her lips never moved. Not even to say "I'm good, how are you?" I left confused and a little afraid of that clerk-chick. Now I call from the parking lot to ask if my scripts are ready and try to avoid buying anything up front. Yeah, it's big and carries a lot of stuff, but meh. read more

I think if I wrote my review two months ago it would be a two star, but the last couple of times I went in there its gotten better. I lived out in the middle of no where USA for grad school, where the main Walgreen right in downtown closed at 9 pm. Having a 24 hours Walgreen is just awesome. That said, it is one of the worst Walgreens in the area, simply because they can't handle an influx of people and the lines get ridiculous. That's what knocks it down two stars for me. read more

My experience at this Walgreens is almost always horrible. Most (not all) of the cashiers are slow and rude. The merchandise is all over the place, expired food is rampant, and it's dirty (e.g. fecal matter on the walls of the men's room). The store is also understaffed--so you'll have service clerks trying to check out customers, but then another customer will come up to one of them and ask for help in the photo department because nobody is there. Then you have the shift leads (supervisors) being rude to customers when they're trying to return items; and sometimes you'll even catch the shift leads being rude to their own coworkers! I think I've met maybe one or two managers here who do not have an attitude problem. There's one guy there with a name that starts with A. I think it was Andrew. I saw him chew out a coworker right in front of a line of customers for apparently no good reason. He was very degrading. And on another occasion I saw him give a customer attitude for returning an item. I don't know what this guy's problem is or how he still has a job. Avoid if you can, but go if you have a morbid curiosity for train wrecks. read more
