Stopped at a different Walgreens first which was a total waste of my time. Stood in line to get a prescription filled and was told I would receive a text when it was ready. Walked around the store then sat for a while. Checked my phone and had not received a text that my prescription was ready. I went to the counter to check the status and was told that they did not have the medicine in stock. Mind you, an hour and thirty-four minutes had passed. Stopped by this Walgreens and asked Angela, the Pharmacy Technician if they had the medicine in stock. She checked and came back and let me know that it was in stock. She said it would take about an hour. I told her that I was feeling horrible and couldn't wait that long. She asked me to have a seat and said she would take care of me. Not even fifteen minutes passed before Angela called my name. I am truly grateful for my angel of the day. A woman who was kind, caring and empathetic. I had just left Urgent Care with a fever of 103.7, body aches, chills and feeling weak. Tested positive for the flu strain A. Took a pill as soon as I got into my car with some water I had earlier. Drove myself home and have been in bed ever since. Feeling a little better. Thank you again, Angela. read more

Workers are often nice and pleasant. But....the waits for pharmacy service can be maddening. Lines outside and you go in only wait most likely longer. You cannot win. read more

I have been waiting for 8 days for my perscription of Mounjaro required for diabetes control. The pharmacy tells me each day it has come in and are packaging it for me, but apparently give it away to someone else every day . This medication should take precedence for those who require it a on-label for diabetes before it's distributed for weight loss. It's a different creatively excuse by the pharmacy everyday. read more

This is a review of the photo department at my nearest Walgreen's, within walking distance right up the block. I placed an order on Sunday at about 8:43 a.m. after seeing an offer for 2 free 5 x 7 printed photos -- I'm glad that my pictures came out perfectly, and there weren't any strings attached. Can't believe I paid nothing for it, it's like Walgreen's gave us a little gift a physical copy of our wedding photo. They were also extremely efficient, and I was blown away when I got an email the next minute saying it's ready for pick up even though they predicted an hour later. I can appreciate an overpromise! read more

I try not to write negative reviews but this Walgreens is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. I've been coming here for over five years and it was fine until about a year and a half ago and progressively gets worse every day. I receive the wrong prescriptions, wait in line literally for over an hour at a time inside or in the drive-through it doesn't matter. Today waited for 40 minutes, got home and they gave me the wrong rx! It seems the staff doesn't knows what they're doing at all. I am transferring my whole families prescriptions TODAY!! read more

So I was addicted to pain killers because my doctor just fed me to mask pain and I have to see a specialist doctor every month because I decided I do not want to be on pain killers anymore for the rest of my life. I made a plan and been sticking to it. I drop off my prescription they tell me I'm 2 days early I explain to Joshua that 5 of my doses got damaged due to being wet his response was that's not our problem! Your insurance won't cover it til the 21st today is the 19th I contacted my insurance stating that 5 of my doses were damaged and they said have the pharmacist contact us at the help desk and we will file a damaged/lost prescription and we do that for a 30 day supply once per year but Joshua wasn't wanting to hear any of that and thus I'm gonna go get my prescription from somewhere else and they can forget about getting my business ever again read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy anywhere. Make sure you have at least 45 minutes anytime you come in. My prescriptions are constantly delayed for insurance issues, and when I call they answer but put you on hold until the auto system hangs up on you. I am currently in the process of transferring my prescriptions so that I do not have to deal with them. read more

The Pharmacy department has really gone down. I have been coming there for years and have recognized a significant lack of care for the customers. Medications were bagged on the floor and cashier was looking all over for medications. The wait tonight in the store was nearly an hour. It saddens me to see the decline in services at this location. Love this store but hate going in when the beauty section lady (the older one that calls people Ma'am so much it sounds rude) is on the register. She always tries to control the customers. You cant put the number in yourself she wants to put it! She must be able to see personal business on the register. She is so annoying....calm down and see if the customer wants your help! read more

This is my go to Walgreens. It's small and clean. Not too much traffic and the lines are never long. The service is great. I placed an online order for pick up today and there was a missing item. My card had already been charged the full amount listed on the order. When I arrived to Walgreens I parked curb side and a young man was out within 2 mins with my order. I went in to the store because there was a missing item. There was a young lady at the register that immediately asked if I needed assistance. After a few minutes, she could not help me with a refund for the missing item and she communicated that immediately. She took my name and phone number so that the day manager can give me a call next day. She was courteous and didn't respond when the other cashier said something about another customer that was waiting at photo. After a couple hours Walgreens sent a receipt with the total minus the charge for the missing item. Thank you Jameela for your patience and excellent customer service. I hope you're recognized for excellent customer service. read more

Bought some beer that had a rebate. I have done this before and know I get a coupon printed with a code with it. Coupon didn't come out, so I asked the attendant for it. The lazy manager tells her over the radio that I don't need it, but I know from past experience that I do. So he comes from whatever it is he was doing and now tells me that the printers aren't working, but I can go to the website and take a picture of my receipt. That was not the case, so I call the store and he is unwilling to help or call me when the machines are working. He lied to me and is lazy. read more

There is nothing good to be said about the pharmacy. They think nothing of giving you a script that does not have the full amount of meds and do not inform you that there is less than ordered. When questioned about it the tech becomes quite defensive. I do not need 1 or 2 extra trips back to pick up the remainder of the script. I am in the process of changing all of my scripts to another pharmacy..which is another inconvience for me. read more

Stopped in for the third time to pick up Gram's pain med refill after it wasn't ready yesterday as expected. Today they said that it had not arrived in today's order as expected. When pressed, it turned out that it had arrived, but couldn't be found. After more than an hour of "looking for it" one of the techs, who was the only one who seemed interested, finally located it. The pharmacist didn't seem very interested in the problem. Very disappointed with the level of service received with the exception of that one pharmacy tech. Unmotivated staff with a few exceptions. Most of the time there are slow and/or long lines because there is only ONE cashier ringing people up. Eventually that cashier has to call for help, and the 'backup' takes another few minutes.. If you're going to put up a store for what seems to be every few miles, how about STAFFING them with employees who wish to participate here and there? Yeah, that would be great. read more
