Again, this pharmacy is the absolute worst!!!! Not only did they get my script wrong this week but their lack of detail and awful service caused my insurance to think I was trying to pick up the same d root twice and denied it. Then, 3 days later - yes, that's how long it took to sort it out, we sat in line for 30 minutes to pick it up and at 1 minute before closing time, we were finally up and they put the closed sign up right in from of us and closed! UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!! The people who work here are careless, rude and should find another job. Especially the guy with the long blond hair! He does not represent this company well! Get it together Walgreens. Train your staff better, pay better or figure out why it's so bad! Customers deserve better than this!!!!! read more

I really dislike coming here. But Hubby called & asked me to stop by and pick up his order. Saw the long drive thru line so I parked thinking inside line might be short. Inside line was long as well so I pulled into the drive thru line. 20 minutes later I pick up my husband's oder and they charge me $60 for a clean out kit. I thought that was odd and assumed they used his insurance. But I didn't want to hold up the line. Get home call my pharmacy plan only to find out insurance was never charged. It should have been free. Back to Walgreens with receipt in hand. 25 minutes later, I'm explaining that his insurance wasn't used and we shouldn't have been charged. No apology, no I'm sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Just got the sense that I'm annoying them. To the people still using Walgreens, please be careful. Double check what your cost should be after insurance. read more

Went to store to buy dermatologist cotton gloves. There was 3 young female workers, a girl attended me, scanned the item and said it was 9.13$ I handed her two 5 dollar bills. She said her manager has to check all the bills. Her manager was taking a long time so I said I'll pay with card, she said she couldn't because she pressed a button for cash payments already. Manager came and said they were fake and accused me of making fake dollar bills. I asked how is it fake? She said, "because I know" I told her to explain how does she assume they're fake. She lift the bills up to the light and said , they don't have a face, they're suppose to have a face when you put light behind them. I gave her a $50 dollar bill and she said she wasn't gonna give me my bills back. We started arguing and then she threw my $50 on the counter and said she wasn't gonna sell me anything. I felt so humiliated in front of a lot of people in line. I got out and went to store next door and changed a bill for $5s and none of them had a face. I asked the man in the store to check them with the pen to verify they're real. Went back to Walgreens and showed the manager that 5 dollar bills don't have a face. She said she didn't cared and wasn't gonna give me money back. I called the 911, police showed up explained what happened , officer went inside got the supposedly fake money and verified that my money was real. Cop did a report brought me back my money and said that the manager does not want me in the store. I don't know if this girl (manager) treated me like this because I was talking in Spanish at first or because she wanted to go home already but that is not the way to treat a frequent custom and I think you guys should do something about it, because nobody even apologized. . read more

Would give zero stars if possible, had an appointment this morning for covid vaccine and they waited to tell me until I spent money getting there that they didn't have it. Any professional human being would have called BARE MINIMUM 24 hours in advance, not waited for me to get there to tell me they couldn't honor my appointment. It's not like I was a walk in, I've had this appointment for at least a month and no one could be bothered to let me know?! Ridiculous. Walgreens, you have lost a very good customer and I hope you lose many more from this review!!!! read more

Second Walgreens with horrifying customer service. I've had 2x prescriptions waiting a week there that were automatically filled. I had until tomorrow to pick them up, and it took a while to get to them because of the holidays and work. Went to pick them up at the drive thru and the pharmacist says I only have one. I tell her I have been getting texts, emails, and automated phone calls daily for the past week telling me they're ready. She SCREAMS at me that they're not responsible for those messages. I pull out my Walgreens app and check the status and sure enough, one of the prescriptions is cancelled. I say "they said I have until tomorrow to pick-" and she clasps her hands in front of her, rests her head on her hands as if she is begging the lord for strength and she SCREAMS "let me finish! You're not listening to me!" I back way off (not that I was escalating this at all except for just telling her I'd been told what I was told) and I say "okay, go ahead". She seethes with pure hatred for a moment and then tells me she can get that prescription done if I can just give her five minutes. I say great, and she fills it. Ultimately she did get it done and quickly, but she first had to rail at me because I had the audacity to say "we'll, I was told...". She started the transaction with "no - you only have one prescription" when she could have started by saying "the other one has an issue, I will fix it". Instead, I had to insist there was another and offer evidence of it which she ultimately told me is not her problem despite her being the person with the Walgreens logo on their shirt in this interaction. Done with all Walgreens. Heading to King Soopers. Hopefully when they tell me my prescription is ready it is not some cruel mind game that corporate is playing to pit their employees against customers, as this charming pharmacist implied Walgreens was doing tonight. read more

f you need a prescription filled, DO NOT SEND IT TO THIS WALGREENS. I have been into the store 3 days in a row, multiple times a day to finally be told they do not have the prescription I need in stock. It took 3 days to be told that and they "guesstimate" that it will be ready tomorrow. On top of that, I made a purchase in store outside of the pharmacy, to have items I paid for left out of my bags. I called the store to tell them, they never apologized or offered a refund. They said I could return for the items. What a waste of gas money to have to return to the store for items i paid for. This Walgreens needs to be shut down because there is not a single employee working there that cares about their customers or someone in need of medicine. It's a shame. After I get my prescription.. I will never return to Walgreens again. read more

It's my favorite Walgreens ever. People that works there are just so nice and patient! They are also very helpful. The store management is great and employees are well trained. Very clean and tidy. You Wud always see people keeping everything well arranged and in right place. Attendants at the pharmacy are also very patient and helpful when you have questions about what you been looking. Been to other Walgreens but this one is by far the best! If there's 10star I'll definitely give it to them! read more

Awful service, consistently inconsistent. Never can get ahold of the pharmacy and when they do answer, they hang up erratically because they can't tell whether they are on the phone or using the intercom. It's happened multiple times and it's wild how over complicated they make routine refills. read more

If I could give this store no stars I would. My boyfriend and I had placed an order around 6pm for photo prints, before settling in for the night, we decided we would go pick them up. We arrived at 8pm, and left at 9:45pm, extremely unhappy for our poster prints. Kenzie, not only printed the first poster size incorrectly with a huge smear, the poster sizes are two different sizes due to her negligent cutting ability. extremely disappointed in the customer service, as well as the time in which we had to wait for our "hour prints" upon arriving, she had told us 5 minutes. we waited an hour, in which i assume the manager, explained we should continue to wait until she got off her break. HORRIBLE experience in general. read more

Would give no stars if I could. Stopped at this Walgreen's around 930p a few Wednesdays ago, what a mistake. I walked in, grabbed my items and headed to the cashier. I ended up waiting almost 10 min to be checked out. No, there was no line, there was just one woman in front of me who was returning a couple of things. The problem was the cashier who seemed to know the guest in front of me, as they proceeded to have a 5+ min conversation, after her returns were done. Honestly, I would have walked out but it was late and I needed to get home so didn't feel like going to another store. In the future, however, I will gladly go out of my way and will NEVER return to this store. Horrible customer service. read more

Good store, nice employees up front except when I went to get my first round of the vaccine (which I was pretty nervous about because I don't like needles), the pharmacist was rude and short and was talking down to a minor who was just confused. Seems like a bitter woman. Sad. read more

Would personally love if I could leave zero stars for the sheer lack of customer service and respect that is shown at this location. I submitted an important picture order at 10:30am, even received the email that the pictures were ready around Noon. I show up to pick up my order at 1:30pm and after waiting 15 minutes for the manager herself to complete a conversation with another person - I am told that my pictures aren't ready, and that they ran out of paper prior to my order being submitted. All the lady had to say was "well someone was supposed to call you". I asked her how can we make this right as most of the pictures were to be used at a funeral - and nothing! She stared at me and said "yeah" and walked away! I've actually had quite a few problems at this location in the past 6 months but always figured they are just having a bad day and would let it roll off - but at what point is it okay to just not give a shit about your job or customers anymore? If your too old to give a shit about your job, then don't have one! It reflects poorly on the store as a whole when there's such a huge lack of customer service or even people skills in general. jennifer the store manager helped me get my medication today because the incompetent male pharmacist (he's lucky i didn't get his name) told me that he can't give it to me even with a physical dr.note. i had to go through the hassle of calling my primary dr. for the last 3 days and she got all confused too. what a waste of everyone's time. i hope this won't happen to anyone it was so frustrating. but fortunately jennifer saved the day! thanks to her! give her a raise because she actually cares and has great customer service which is so rare nowadays. read more

Dealing with pharmacies is never fun, establishing yourself as a former out of state resident is even more tedious. The staff here was not only patient and polite during the process but resolved a previous issue a different pharmacy had with a prescription and insurance in the past. Totally went in expecting some disdain with having to get me set up and couldn't have been more pleasently surprised. Thank you, thank you!! read more

Went in for a specific item. Only one was left on shelf and sold in s set of 3. One of the items was damaged in the pack of three, when asking cashier if there were any in the back or if they could take of 1/3 of the price for the damaged item, I was told a manager would have to do it. The cashier then called s manager, which took 5 minutes of me waiting in line. The manager refused to take the price down for the damaged item, wanted to "unshelf" the last the set, and told me there were no more. I am disappointed in the customer service by the manager and did not feel like a valued customer. read more

This pharmacy here is the slowest pharmacy! Doesn't matter what time of day there is always a line and it takes forever to get your meds. They always have only one lady working to get all the prescriptions. Seriously stop being cheap and hire more people to help out!!!!! read more

This is a great location! I have been to this Walgreens for a variety of reasons Perscriptions, passport photo, late night candy and it is always great. They have a friendly staff regardless of who is working and they are always helpful. I never have to wait on my prescriptions and the drive through is great if you are in a hurry. Overall just the best for the things you dont think of! read more
