Grateful is the word I would use for this location and staff. After an awful experience at the Walgreens Washington street location, I randomly saw this location open. By chance, I parked to see if they would take a walk in for vaccinations and they did (they did not have to). I know not all Walgreens are the same but this one has a new and grateful customer!! Thank you to the pharmacy tech and pharmacist who showed kindness tonight. The pharmacist acknowledged how hard it is for patients to book appointments and plan for the side effects. The absolute slowest pharmacy in the metro area. Thought I would raise the review, nope, they held true to form. Long lines, probably due to the shorter hours, 9am to 6pm and they are closed 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch. Leaves a small window to pick up your scrips. Probably why the lines are the entire width of the store. Was told scrip was received but would be 20-30 minutes. Left for 30, came back, was told I wasn't on the board as waiting because she didn't know that I was returning, she would put me on the board, it would be 20-30 minutes. Please have your employees check photo orders. I came across town to get a photo on wood for my grandmothers birthday. I had conformation the order was in. I drive over to find out they don't even have the wood. This is after another Walgreens accepted the order then turned around and canceled it. I chose this location because it said it would be ready this afternoon. I'm super disappointed and recommend folks avoid using this Walgreens for photos. Btw the staff was very nice. Today I picked one up earlier and upon pick up I mentioned an equal employment opportunity commission and Americans with disabilities act lawsuit I had with the manager at Washington and 88th Avenue in Thornton... Today they returned a separate package later the same day and the temporary manager said I cannot have packages delivered there anymore..... if you look to further reviews about the store on Pecos and 84th and you will see another disabled man having problems that I just read... I had to send my prescription for two daily medications to this store after my normal one had temporarily closed. Was told they would be ready by midday yesterday, five days after initially submitting the order, which while annoying, I understood due to them not having the medications on site. I called yesterday morning for the second time to double check as my app was telling me there was still "action needed" on the most important prescription. They told me that everything had been printed, but by 5:00pm they still weren't filled. Hoping the app just wasn't updating properly, I went in today at 4:45 to pick them up, and they still weren't filled. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes for them to be finished. The team doesn't seem to have any care about how detrimental it is for daily medications to remain being taken daily, and the negative impacts they can have if not being taken as prescribed. read more

My roommate is having awful symptoms and she couldn't have mentioned that a pharmacist could actually prescribe it now under and FDA release. This is why our healthcare system is fucked. REVIEW FOR THE TAKE CARE CLINIC ONLY I came here about a month ago for a biometric screening for my work's insurance plan. The wait took FOREVER even though I had made an appointment. My appointment was set for 6pm. I didn't get seen until 6:45pm. I later learned that this is because they only have one staff member at all times. This is a questionable place. The lady that was doing my tests was hacking and sniffing the entire time and never covered her mouth. When it came time for my finger prick blood test she did not use any gloves! I was mortified. To make matters worse, when I started bleeding everywhere due to lack of a bandaid, she grabbed my hand and got my blood all over her hand and wrapped a tissue FROM HER POCKET around my finger! Their service is super slow! Every time you go expect to wait 20-30 minutes just to get served. I don't understand why! I spend about 30 minutes in there, and they couldn't fill my prescription right away and told me to come back later for it, and so I decided to call the 120th location. Randi and Peggy are the most unprofessional childish pair I've came across at ANY Walgreens. They wouldn't honor a coupon that I had from purchasing items at another WALGREENS. Walgreens Catalina printed this coupon and they wouldn't honor it. Not only did they refuse my coupon but they were extremely rude. Peggy loed about scanning the coupon, she said it work when she scanned it. When she never even scanned it. The "manager" Randi... pulled the phone out so I could call a district manager. The pharmacist named Darrick Nguyen went ABOVE and BEYOND to do what felt like moving Heaven and Earth to get my child who is G-tube fed with multiple complex health issues the antibiotic that he needed after being diagnosed with C-Diff which is a life threatening illness for a child like mine ! The antibiotic cost $960.00 and Medicaid was refusing to cover it as a single mom there was no way I had that amount of money with such short notice,my child was vomiting with fever and having bloody stools yet no pharmacy was able to get Medicaid to cover it most didn't even have such a rare antibodic in stock ? I called this Walgreens and explained my situation to Darrick who called Children's hospital to get the prescription code number needed to transfer the antibiotics to his pharmacy and he was able to get Medicaid to cover the antibiotic after 4 hours of fear and crying that my child wouldn't be able to receive the only antibiotic made specifically to kill C-Diff I felt complete relief and gratitude because of Derrick going above and being his call of duty ~ Words can't describe how kind and compassionate this pharmacist was it took alot of his time do this for us he didn't have to but he treated my situation as if it was his own child he was trying to help, he DIDN'T stop until he got it done ! Browsed through 4600 photos on my phone on the Walgreens photo app and ordered prints to send to my family in Florida. They all end up having a 1/4 inch of blank white space on the side and I didn't find out until I walked outside. Teenage White girl with curly hair stated matter of factory if you ordered these through the Walgreens app then it automatically cropped them and that's just the way they come out. I asked if that's the way they're suppose to be and she said no. Offered no solution just acted like she was annoyed because she's a know it all then was going to take them back to shred them. Well, my picture our my precious memories and that's not satisfactory for me. Her customer service skills sucked- probably her first job. Then she told me to go to kiosk to order prints. I sat at the kiosk then realized I needed a cord plug in my phone. After 5 min she finally got me a cord. Well, let me tell you what- that kiosk was going to take forever to upload my 4600 photos. I asked for my photos back and told her I'd cut them myself. Photos weren't expensive but their photo app certainly sucks and if I were hiring for a store, it wouldn't be a zit face, curly haired blonde teen who thinks she knows it all but offers no solution. I can only imagine when she grows up and works in a real job setting, ya know- she's gonna be "that one" annoying co-worker lmfao. Damn it, I wish I would've looked at her name tag. I'm notorious for looking at names tags so I can leave credit where credit is due or leave a shitty review. Lawd, please, I hope I don't ever have to work with one of these teens. I had to switch back to King Soopers for my prescriptions simply because service here is so slow. It doesn't matter if you go to the counter or use the drive-through, this Walgreens pharmacy is obviously understaffed because there is always a wait, even if there aren't that many people in line. It's way too frustrating to keep dealing with. However, I do have to be honest in that the actual employees are helpful and courteous. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited forever. They then filled the wrong prescription. Never apologized. Then did not even have the right one. These pharmacists are idiots. My son had surgery this morning and was told to fill his prescription right away so he is comfortable. I had taken his prescription in at 9am they said 11:30 it would be done. That was fine because the nurse said start his medicine around 11 so he could eat something. I get an automated call saying it was going to be delayed because insurance and they would call me when they get it straightened out. Never received a call or anything and my 8 year old son is crying because he hurts. I finally call at around 1pm and get the automated answering machine which I kept having to say pharmacist a hundred times. Finally some answers and says there was a glitch in the system and they ran his insurance again and it went thru. Idiots could of done that in the first place. Having 5 people working and chatting while one lady handled the drive up window and the 5 people in line. Finally someone came back or just clocked in I don't know but he started helping the one lady with the line. Thought Walmart was bad. This is really close to my place thought it would be faster. When I made the appointment over the phone, not only did I spell my last name, each letter at a time, but I never got the confirmation email I had requested to receive (they got they right email because I later got an email from them telling me I missed my appointment... keep reading). I got to my appointment at 12 o'clock, went to check in, and read that my appointment was not found. I called the 855-Walgreens phone number again and was told that they did not see my appointment either, even though I gave them my name, phone number, DOB, time and location of my appointment, etc. But yet, even with all of that information, they couldn't find an appointment for someone who matches that description (they mis-spelled my last name, 1 letter off, I later found out) I had a temperature of almost 103, I could not see straight, I was light headed, had to drive myself 25 mins to this location, just to be told that there was no appointment for me and that there was nothing they could do! I ended up driving myself to a different Walgreens location (Broomfield, CO) just to set up a walk-in appointment, then wait for an hour and 1/2 for the lunch hour to end (lying in the back seat of my car, in the heat, waiting, trying not to pass out). I was finally seen 2 hours after I had originally set up an appointment at the Federal Heights, CO location, where I ended up being sent to the ER. I was dehydrated, diagnosed with pneumonia, had low potassium levels, and was put on an IV. I am beyond angry with how Walgreens Healthcare Clinic messed up this SIMPLE TASK of scheduling an appointment for me, and just because of a spelling mistake on my last name when I clearly spelled it for the woman on the phone, and then the fact that they couldn't make it right!? And not ever receiving the confirmation email in the first place??? I also can not believe it that when I called the second time, they could not find my appointment in their system even after giving them my DOB, phone number, time and location of my appointment. Don't you think they'd be able to see that someone by the same name, just 1 letter off, has the same DOB, same phone number, and same time and location of this person that is calling on the phone, complaining how their appointment can not be found?? Even if they can't see that information, being put through this whole ordeal was absolutely and beyond ridiculous and outrageous! I am SO GLAD this location is permanently shut down! read more
