Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.

They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go.
