If I have any issues I call in leave a message, receive text to confirmed call, and then get a callback at a decent time. It's a popular pharmacy/location so it's always busy, so I always bear that in mind. If I'm picking up in store I'll have the barcode ready and skip the line to the left, love it! I was nervous at first but then I seen a woman do it and I was like that was fast and easy! If I have questions or concerns and have to wait at the drop-off window, I'm always acknowledged and if waiting than no longer than 5 minutes. I also got my TDAP shot here, quick and easy, love their bandaids. Jeff the pharmacist is really kind and always ask about my day, it's the little things. When walking in, was very simple to go straight to pharmacy. Was assisted very quickly and was able to request a history of my medication list. Was in and out within 5 minutes!!
