WARNING!!! Read the negative reviews for authenticity. They gave me the WRONG MEDICINE! OMG thank god I noticed it! When I let them know they didn't even apologize. I filed a report to the pharmacy board. The girls always act like you're an inconvenience. The pharmacist aims for money at any cost. Despite living in a 4 million dollar home in Irvine she still wants to lie and scam you for money. They will lie about having shipped the medicine to you without providing tracking number. They don't have certain meds In stock but will lie about having it or lie about the shipping time, so you won't go else where for it. She does not care about your health risks or sufferings as long as she gets to make money. Their meds price is also 3x more expensive than other chain pharmacies. The copay is higher with them. I recommend getting it from Walmart nearby. They don't call your doctor office for substitution. When you have enough and want to transfer out. They won't transfer your prescriptions out!!! read more

I had my prescription sent to Jurupa Valley Pharmacy last month. I had no problem... My provider sent a script for this month. I called them a day later than when the script should've been filled. I was told they didn't have it available due to a shortage. I feel they should've reached me to let me know. Due to the medication being a controlled substance, the pharmacy cannot be transferred. I had to call my provider so they could send a new prescription to another pharmacy. They have a 24 hour window to finalize my request. A simple phone call or text would've been appreciated. With that being said, I would not recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacy I've used for years is always in communication with me, they are friendly and efficient. Jurupa Valley Pharmacy lacks these quapitied. read more

They provide free covid tests but you have to print out the voucher confirming your test. If you don't have your voucher printed out they'll charge you a $2 printing fee. They catches you off guard that's for sure. They should at least let you know that in advance. read more

Went into the UPS store right next to the pharmacy and saw a sign for Flu shots available I didn't have an appt spoke with pharmacist and she said sure no problem got my info and got my Flu shot and took care of my business at the UPS store too less than 30minutes in and out super friendly super nice. Highly recommend. read more

With all the craziness going on this place has been fantastic. Never had to wait longer than a few people. Staff is friendly. I joke you can get your vax and mail out UPS boxes in one trip. Very clean. The walk up aspect has been great considering it has been difficult to get appointments. Very grateful for this facility. read more

They are holding my medications hostage.they hang up on me.keep me on hold .I'm a disabled widow.i don't drive lost my hubby of 30yrs and I get nothing but disrespect and lies from this pharmacy! Told my medications are mailed out when in fact they are not.i go without medications and I'm told rudely to go to walgreens. I can't I'm disabled and why they refuse to send me my much needed prescriptions is just a lack of care as I can tell I'm speaking to young girls one named Erica mostly and they just aren't interested. So unprofessional! Drove 1 hr for covid test appointment and I was asked to come back Monday because apparently they don't have test well then why are they allowing appointments! And she insisted they recommend the one that they charge $99 of course they just want to make money! read more

This place is awful, the owners are super rude and will treat you so bad especially if you're the only one in the pharmacy they honestly don't know customer service. This place is close to my house so I wanted to use them to support our local businesses but I would rather drive 20 miles then go here, they make so many mistakes on monthly medications that haven't changed, they have so much pride that they will not apologize or own up to their mistakes. This Pharmacy is horrible do not go here they are rude very unprofessional I had to threaten them to file a complaint against them with the California State Board of Pharmacy because they would not transfer my medications to my new Pharmacy after failing to get my prescriptions filled on time they try to force me to take my prescriptions from them after I had advised them that I no longer needed their services. I had to wait 3 weeks for them to fill one of my medications. I wish I could give them zero stars because they don't deserve to have not even one star !! read more

Such an amazing pharmacy!! This pharmacy treats you like a human and not another number like the big pharmacies do! When I go in there to pick up my prescritpions they already know who I am and great me with a smile (try getting that from walgreens or CVS). They always have my perscriptions ready to go and make sure they get them cleared up with my doctor before the prescriton runs out! I have used Walgreens, rite Aid, CVS and Savon and non of these pharmacys come close to Jurupa Valley Pharmacy and I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone. read more

Family owned not many people working there so they tend to rush with monthly medications, and you would think they wouldn't when it's only done once a month. Not on top of medications changes, when they've been in contact with all the doctors. The pharmacist are so rude when they make mistakes, they want act like its your fault and never own up to it. SOOOOOO RUDE middle eastern lady would not tell me anything about my mediation and refused to give me a script for pain if I didn't get the antibiotics due to thee fact it cost 40 dollars! I didn't have enough I had just got a root canal so I said I'll get the pain ones today and the other in the morning she said NO,!!!!! After dealing with Rite Aid and Walgreen's I had a very low regard for them and the people that work there. Lack of people skills, lack of knowledge of how to properly use a telephone, long lines and poor service. My daughter suggested this new independent pharmacy. I was blown away, no long lines,they call to let you know your prescription is ready. They automatically refill prescriptions, they know me by name and are very friendly.
