Very bad service, the attention of the people who work there in the mornings are very rude.

I came here to check out their Mother's Day cards and they had a good selection. I noticed that they have more organic/natural skincare and makeup products. The prices for the card went from $4 and I found a beautiful card for Mother's Day. When I was checking out my purchase, the cashier barely looked at my direction, didn't greet me and handed me my receipt while looking away. Needless to say the customer service, needs work. While looking at the reviews, I noticed that this location has a history of poor customer service. read more

Went to the pharmacy for a tetanus booster, and the staff there was SO helpful and gracious. The girl at the counter (I think her name was AJ) was so friendly and attentive, and very patient in helping me fill out the paperwork. The pharmacist (Jim, I think?) was likewise very kind and informative, and did a great job with the booster (barely even felt it!). Will definitely be back for any pharmacy needs in the future! read more

There have been a few instances over the years that have caused a slight inconvenience but overall, I think they do a good job. They are helpful, friendly, and patient. Do not come here for a Covid test. We arrived in time for our appointments and called the pharmacy to let them know we were in the line of cars. When we finally got to the front of the line, the pharmacist said that since they were going to lunch in 15 mins., they couldn't do our Covid tests and that we had to come back. She had us leave so she could help the car behind us. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! Terrible communication, I went thru the drive thru to grab my husband scripts after being hospitalized for 3 days and she told me ten minutes so I pulled around and just came inside. I check in again and they say it isn't ready the pharmacist is working on it right now. So I sit down and wait, 20 mins later the pharmacist asks me who I am I tell her and she says they already cashed you out what insurance do you have. Tricare... which we don't have insurance cards for, I explain all of this to her. After over an hour waiting and my husband suffering in the car with a massive headache and probably rising temperature... I'm still waiting. I understand being busy but at least communicate with your coworkers it shouldn't take an hour of me sitting here waiting for a medication for it to be filled. read more

Do NOT get a covid vaccine here! Staff was rude and disrespectful! I was nervous and the staff gave me a partial dose because it hurt and another person came in to "help", I tried looking at the syringe to see how much was given to me and they shoved it in my face to where I couldn't see it was so close and then they told me if I was that nervous I should just leave. They wouldn't give me a managers number to talk to and refused to give me a number with corporate to talk to. I have a medical right to know how much was injected into my body which they refused to give. Goes against my legal rights! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I stopped by Walgreens to check on the cost of the flu shot. Totally surprised at the fact that they were charging over $29. Somewhere in the back of my mind I thought that I read or someone told me it was only $10. Maybe due to the economy and everything else in order to fight a bug it's going to cost you more to do that too. "But damn! A bug....what the hell!! For real though, I just couldn't see myself paying for someone that is outside of a medical establishment injectiing anything in me! Maybe this is a convience for some, like I thought it would be for me since my doctor is over 20 miles from me but I'd rather make the drive for the safety of my health. read more

How does a walk in clinic, recommended by major insurance companies NOT have flu tests in the middle of the worst flu season we've ever had. First the provider comes running in 5 minutes after my appointment time(after I arrived 15 minutes early as requested by the online scheduling system) but after getting in the room she told me that they have the strips for the flu test but not the machine. Isn't that kind of am important part of testing for the flu? I had never used the walk in clinic and was leery of it this time and this sealed the deal to stay away from them. read more

My 90 yo mom's watch battery was not working. I went to the store and ONLY 1 person, Brian helped me. It was a tedious task, yet Brian helped me to open the watch back and replace the battery!. I asked 2 other people to help me, especially a young man and he did not even attempt to try. He was a jerk! This occurred on 11-28-2014. Brian is a god send, despite me giving him a hard time about the Cow girls, on the previous day. Walgreens needs more people like Brian. read more

The first time I went here, they did not bother to tell me my insurance was not contracted. Even though they had my phone number, they didn't call me. I came to pick up my prescriptions and after waiting 15 minutes in the "speedy" drive thru, was told my prescriptions would be $300! I asked why no one had called to tell me and he just said rudely "I don't know." Usually, if the drive thru lines are long they will have people come back instead of waiting and taking up time. I was very sick and needed to start the medication that day. After wasting the 3 hours waiting, I had to run to CVS. They were very helpful and checked to make sure my insurance was contracted. I would not go back to this Walgreens even if my insurance was contracted. read more
