Kiss Beauty wasn't a great shopping experience to me and I doubt that I will shop there again. On the plus side, it's in the shopping center where Albertsons, Panda Express and Sonic are located so there's plenty of parking. When I entered the store I wasn't greeted, instead I was commanded to use one of their moist towelettes on a table in the entryway to wash my hands. It's big inside but still manages to be cramped. I was only looking for one specific item which I was able to locate with no assistance at all offered from either of the 2 employees who were working. I don't wear weave, wigs or any other type of fictitious hair but for ladies who do there seemed to be a big selection.They carry a lot of beauty care lines but I don't like the cramped store design, the lackluster customer experience and the gazillion security cameras watching customers like dangerous criminals instead of shoppers.

During the transaction the supervisor behind the counter repeatedly interrupted her to push a credit card on me and all guests at other registers. I had a card but it was expired. When I said I didn't want one she replied LOuDLY from 2 PoS terminals away, "why not? You don't like saving money?" Which was meant to be funny but was actually off putting. The cashier helping me was new and needed assistance and called for that supervisor to help. The supervisor brought over another trainee to watch her help my cashier. She made comments about both of them needing to learn. The supervisor then took great pride in loudly stating "yeah they all get nervous when I come around and they make mistakes". She repeated this more than once. She frequently called the cashier helping me "girl" & said "calm Down girl" despite the woman clearly being an adult. She then relayed the comment about her making them nervous like it was a badge of honor. I finally interjected and told the supervisor that it was possible they were nervous because she was condescending and referee to grown women as "girl". She laughed and continued on making the cashier and the trainee visibly uncomfortable. To that supervisor: from my experience as a multi business leader, if your presence intimidates your team, causing them to become visibly nervous the problem is YOU not the employee. To the cashier, you deserve to be treated with dignity & respect. I will never shop at or recommend this location.

They are located in Southwest Fort Worth in a old shopping center. The shopping center is quite desolate. A few businesses are no longer there. CICis is gone. Bamboo Garden is gone. Sack in Save has been gone for years. I noticed the cops were parked outside the old abandoned grocery store. Austin Driving School is right next door to them. They have quite a few students lined up in the cars. This makes me so nervous. Im afraid they will hit my ride. I would recommend this store. The owner is attentive and goes the extra mile for his customers. They have good prices with a variety of hair supplies. They are having a special on weaves.I think, it was like 70 percent off.
