I asked if they possibly had something in stock, she said no without checking anything but her "no" seemed super uncertain and lazy. Then, i asked where a certain brand was and she didn't say anything, started walking a bit, and pointed. Weird ASF. I am a super nice and approachable person I've NEVER had an employee act this way towards me. She wasn't wearing a name tag so can't name her, or else i definitely would. She happened to be the one checking me out and the attitude was INSANEEE. Never once said thank you or made eye contact with me while talking to me. She walked me over to a couple different brands, explaining how them to me and how they fit with what I was looking for. She also said I was welcome to try the products on. Often, if the product can be dispensed into a container, they'll give you a sample to take with you, which is REALLY helpful! This employee, like all others I've been helped by in this store, was very knowledgeable about the brands and which ones would satisfy my needs. I'll be coming back to make my purchase!

I have no complaints with the office dentist whatsoever. I get that it's nice to be educated and aware of what might be going on but I felt a little upset as to like I'm not doing something right in my own dental hygiene. I also felt like I was being reprimanded on my teeth. Personally, I'd like to have the hygienist I had previously. Just saying! And yes, I'd recommend this office to anyone.
