For the second week in a row, this place has failed. I had this happen a few years ago and called…read morethe pharmacist to let her know I was not happy not being able to pick my meds on the way home from the doctor office. Sick people do not want to run extra errands!!!!! Last week I was bringing a family member home from the hospital and they said it would be 2 more days before it was filled!!!! People discharged from the hospital need their meds!!!!! Today, I asked my healthcare provider to please mark, to pick up in one hour' on the order. Well, in one hour it was another 90 minutes or so....or so! People in pain need their meds!!!! I called and spoke to the pharmacist and he told me, 'well, it didn't say urgent.'!!!!! oh and to check my text before I come! Yeah, still doesn't explain the communication issue or total lack of compassion I feel at this pharmacy. Too bad, I like the groceries at Meijer. I just need to find a new pharmacy. Be informed and plan to not get your meds when you need them here, more of a refill kinda place.

worst experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. the technicians are unhelpful and won't do anything…read moreto help you out. there was an issue with my prescription that I was told needed to be verified. so instead of calling my doctors office, they sent a fax. then told me at 11am on Thursday that they wouldn't be filling it til Monday for an antibiotic that needed to be started ASAP. so they told me that I needed to call my doctor because they had done everything that they needed to do. no offer of a few tabs to get me started until the issue could be resolved and no offer to call the doctor themselves. it was my problem and I needed to be the one that fixed it. even though I was sick. horrible customer service. the technicians at Whiteland CVS are nasty and hateful.
