She said to contact my dr. She said they were too busy and it was just her and a tech so they couldn't do it. Fine I can understand short staffed but I was asking her other questions and I'm the middle of me talking she just said "Thanks for calling and hung up on me" very rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers. I didn't get here name but she was working 2/4 at 4pm. Would not recommend this location.

When I went in, the restroom were nice and clean and looked like they had just been cleaned. Picked up my bottled water and checked out with very friendly staff.
