Unreliable pharmacy. Friendly but slow-moving service. They often do not have requested amounts of meds in stock and/or more often closed because they are understaffed. Good thing I don't need my meds! I am strongly considering moving my prescriptions to another, more reliable pharmacy. It understandable why the Walgreen's company is about to go under. read more

Awesome service. We were done at the doctor's at noon. They called in our script. We picked up the script on the way home via the drive-through. They have the generic form of the medication we need. If you drop of the script, usually if it isn't too busy, they have it ready within an hour an a half. read more

I like this location because they've always had what I've been looking for and seem to carry a little more specific products than what you might find at target or walmart. Also, I use their drive-thru pharmacy which I love because you can handle everything online or through your phone application and set up auto refills. Super convenient. Additionally, anytime you use the pharmacy you get 500 points on your rewards card. Their program is pretty nice, everything in the store has different points and the account is easy to manage. They always have some promotions going on. From now until march every beauty product you buy is 50 points on your rewards card. 1000 points=$1 and so on and so forth. read more

I visited this Walgreens lastnight and in front of me was a customer trying to do a return. The employee that was helping her was extremely rude and after the customer left, the employees proceeded to talk about her IN FRONT OF ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. The lady that was helping me was pretty rude as well but I didn't even care about that because they treated the lady before me way worse. Before I left I heard one employee (who I wish I got her name, wearing glasses) say "man, I hope she didn't get my name because that'll be another review and I'll get a write up". This is the WORST drive thru ever! Takes forever and there are not a lot of people here!

I went to the store only because it was closest to where I was picking up my youngest daughter from school. Came across a completely rude and aggressive cashier named Amy. In front of my daughter she was cursing seen extremely rude comments to myself and to my daughter when I advise a supervisor joyce of the situation she just blew it off. Amy had advised me she did me the favor of checking me out knowing that this was her job at that store. I did reach out to the corporate offices and have spoken with a regional supervisor and now I am waiting to hear back. read more

I just walked out of this location and I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the poor customer service. I walked in to pick up a prescription for my father, who literally had a 4 hour surgery to remove cancer from his large intestine, and I provided the woman behind the counter with the print out containing all necessary insurance information. I had been in there earlier that day to drop it off and another woman told me that was all they needed along with a photo ID. After getting there this evening, I was told they couldn't find the insurance information and I would have to pay for the medicine out of pocket. As I was being assisted by one woman, another woman named FELICIA stepped in to "assist". She was extremely rude, condescending and in no way had ANY customer service training. She got on the phone with the insurance and said there was nothing they could do. As I got on the phone to speak to my father, she continued to interject into my conversation. I will NEVER go back there. The people working in the pharmacy should be helpful and kind....not rude and giving attitude like they have better things to do. FELICIA IS THE WORST WALGREENS EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Do yourself a favor and go to a different pharmacy. I will be filing a formal complaint in the morning. read more

I would like to commend an employee in the pharmacy, her name is Annabel, she assisted me transferring my prescriptions effortlessly when others, as my doctors office and previous pharmacy, made it seem so difficult. It's nice to know we have courteous service still out there to public. read more

Horriable customer service!! Walked into this store with few items to return, within the return policy time frame and receipt after scanning the items I was told I need the rewards number, which I had put in the system and after scanning, figuring the items on there ( mind you not every item was in the bag and was to be returned) I was told I need the credit card which my boyfriend purchased and even after I asked for a store credit since I shop there.. the response was " we are only the people behind the register and have to follow policy" I would expect that from a minimum wage employee who is working behind the register instead it was a store manager... what a great response and great customer service! Walgreens should be out of business with all their false advertisement and sales that don't match the stores items and uneducated employees who don't know how to read coupons or scan and identify items and know NOTHING about customer service! Take your business and money and go to CVS!!! read more

I received spectacular service at this Walgreens. I had taken my pictures in to be developed, knowing nothing about what I was doing and a man named Joey couldn't have been more helpful! He managed to help my sister and I while still helping the customers around him. He seemed as if he loved what he was doing and it surprised me when I found out that he wasn't the manager. He not only helped me figure out the Walgreens App, but he also helped me re-size each one of my pictures to improve the quality. If it wasn't for Joey's wonderful service, I wouldn't be taking the time to write this review. I will now go out of my way and return to this Walgreens every chance I get.
