She quickly responded yes I have that prescription and I'll get it ready for you. I was sooo happy. I thanked her for her quick response. She stated she'd try and get it ready for today but would it be okay for tomorrow? It was 30 mins to closing I said no problem. But she actually did get it ready for today and sent me a notification! Conveniently, I was able to get in the very next day. Once I arrived, I was able to check in with their kiosk and I was taken back for my vaccines after waiting less than five minutes. The NP that helped me was Teresa and she was wonderful. I didn't even feel one of the vaccines and the other one was pretty close to painless as well. In addition to being great at giving the shots, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I am typically a Walgreens gal but this experience may have just converted me over to CVS! On top of my insurance covering the vaccines with no hassle, I was even given a $10 off $20 coupon to use in the store!

Good Customer Service…read more I went into CVS because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to CVS for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores.
