I've left messages in their voicemail because now you can't speak with anyone and sent messages through the app. Within a couple of minutes they say the have completed my request, it nothing has been done. Good Customer Service I went into CVS because I thought I might be coming down with a bug and thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. The pharmacist took the time to answer all my questions even suggested a medicine that would work best. I normally do not go to CVS for my prescriptions or over-the-counter drugs. However this will be the place I come in the future. You can't beat this type of customer service. In fact the customer service is so good and fast I didn't have time to walk the aisles looking at the random items you find in drug stores. read more

All I needed was some false eyelashes and I knew I would have to ask a worker for help with that since they usually behind some kind of lock. I saw only one worker standing around, no name tag, LV headband, blackish/blonde braids, and as soon as I made eye contact with her she started walking away. Of course I followed her because I need these for work so I stopped her and politely asked her if she could unlock the lashes for me. She said nothing and walked away, I assumed she went to grab the keys so I walked back to the lashes and waited. She came back with a stinky face and attitude. She unlocked them and yanked them from the shelf and handed them to me without saying a word and walked away. I still said thanks. I normally don't have bad experiences at this CVS but this was very disappointing, the least she could've said was you're welcome but I got absolutely nothing from this girl. I needed to get cash since everything fell out of my wallet at home. I asked the cashier how much cash back I could get on a purchase and the max was $40 so I had to use their atm machine. HATE those things. A big fee upfront and then an additional fee that your bank charges you. Such b.s. for a convenience. Figured I best take the max since they change the same fee regardless of what you withdraw. Hope the heck they didn't charge for that initial transaction where it asked if I wanted to see a balance and then it was transaction over, reinsert your card and begin again if you want money. :-p read more

My husband has been trying to find a knee brace for about a month now. He finally finds one at a different store at a better price. When he goes to return the previous one to CVS with the receipt and box and receipt. They wouldn't give him cash for his return..he paid with his debit card..(same as cash when you use your pin) keep in mind this purchase was made 15 days ago. He asked for a manger or a district manager the cashier said that there was nobody to help him. ..call tomorrow. The lady was rude..now I have to wait at least 7-10 days. Seriously...no money no knee brace no receipt . She refused to give me a number to someone higher then her.. This review is for the Minute Clinic. I got sick in February. I'm a temp and have no health insurance. I had heard that the Minute Clinic was a good option for uninsured people to get care, so I dragged my feverish self to the clinic. I was given an in-office strep test, and when the test came back negative, I was told it was viral and to go home and sleep. I paid for the office visit and the rapid strep test and went home. The first problem was that I was misdiagnosed. The negative strep test was accurate, but it wasn't viral. I had a bacterial ear infection that I discovered 3 weeks later when I was still sick and went to the Walgreens clinic instead. I was prescribed antibiotics and got better in a few days. If the practitioner at the Minute Clinic had diagnosed me correctly, I would have been spared weeks of suffering. The second problem, which is the one that has me so upsed that I'm writing this review, was that after the practitioner gave me the in-office strep test, she sent it off to a laboratory without telling me that she was going to do it and without obtaining my consent. Then the laboratory, several months later, sent me a bill for a test I didn't know about or request and wouldn't have allowed if I had known. Save your money and go to Walgreens instead. The Minute Clinic can't diagnose a simple ear infection and extorts money from poor people. read more

Cool staff, very clean and well run. I've had a good experience anytime I've been here so no complaints from me. Just wish they carried liquor. On the other hand, no worried cuz I can just go to Luke AFB and get all the liquor I want, tax free and 24 hours a day! read more

This place takes FOREVER!! Always has our prescriptions ready so there's no reason to take 20 minutes to just give it to us.

I just love the CVS Pharmacy at Camelback Rd., and 107th Ave., Phoenix, AZ. They are the BEST ever!! The Pharmacist, Rachel, is top-notch, very professional, friendly, polite, kind and caring!! Her pharmacy staffers are also great - Mark, Dawn, Sydney, and any, and all staffers, working there on occasion!! I can't imagine going anywhere else for my pharmaceuticals. Another CVS employee, Esther, who usually works in the front of the store, is fantastic too!! I can describe her with every good adjective I've stated above, along with her being so very welcoming!! WORST CVS I have EVER walked into. My son has a double ear infection and came here to get his antibiotic filled. CLEARLY, it's more important to be on your phone texting than helping your customers. What's even sadder is that the pharmacist made eye contact with me then turned her back. Looks like I'll have to take my business back to Walgreens. Learn some basic customer service skills. Why pay all that money for a sad excuse of a pharmacist and a pharmacist assistant. PATHETIC. read more

So unwittingly I became committed to taking three doses of terrible medication before the store reopened and I could return to have the issue fixed. I pulled into the parking lot to pull off the road and make a phone call. A lady pulled into the parking lot and pulled up beside me. She rolled down her window and asked if I was waiting for the store to open. I said no. so then she said I was parked in employee parking. This parking lot will never get even halfway close to full. It's huge. And there were no signs indicating that a certain space belonged to an employee, let alone an area. She wasn't completely rude but was far from nice. If you are coming in at 7am then it's not like you are just feeling safer to park closer. I don't know. I have no review for inside the store. We use to go to the Walgreens on 107 and McDowell Rd. The CVS is a little our of our way but worth the drive. The Pharmacy staff is always so wonderful and every one of them make sure to say hello to us by our names (except the newbies of course but they get it eventually). Recently we have been going through a lot with my 13 year old son. Tracy, a pharmacist has really gone out of her way to help us understand what is going on with the medications and it illness, more so then the doctors have. After getting the run around from other pharmacies for days and my prescription getting lost along the way the pharmacist at this location located it and got it refilled for me!!!
