Literally the worst experience. 15 minutes a car. Then the speaker is so quiet, you can barely hear. The person won't let me give my insurance, says I need a pharmacy insurance card?!?! I don't have one. I say can I go in and talk to someone, he says I can just pay for it. My copay should be $5 but now I paid $50 because the guy didn't know how to put in the insurance. Never one to leave a review, especially for a Walgreens but it just seems a bit unprofessional & was not a good experience at all. Showed up to pick up my online order so went to the front & asked the cashier if I could get assistance at the photo counter since I was picking up an order. She responded with "I don't have anybody." So I offered, "no worries are you able to help me?" She looked up as if I had just asked for something out of normal & said "it's gonna be a minute" then proceeded to help 2 clients who had JUST walked up. I was picking up an order that was ready & had already checked in on the app. It would have taken 2 minutes. I stand in the check out line hoping that'll help & then she waits until I'm up front to ask another girl to help me at the counter & mentioned "I had just gotten in line" overall just rude & unnecessary. Walgreens itself (convenience part of the store), is great. Never have to wait super long. All of the staff is smiling and friendly and helpful. However, the wait times for the pharmacy are ridiculous pretty much every time. When I call, it is even worse, waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes just to check on a prescription. There was one time where I called to make sure a prescription was ready, I went in later in the day to pick it up and they said it had not been filled and I would have to come back in 30 minutes to an hour. There was another time, when I called to find out what the price of a prescription was and it was $500 ish dollars and I could afford that, so I politely asked the lady to put it back and she was very rude to me and explained that it takes them forever to fills scripts and made me feel bad about it. I was furious as I can't help that I could not afford it. I have now switched to Walmart pharmacy after being a loyal customer for years. Never again. read more

I'm so fed up with this place there's constantly more than 3 people working the pharmacy I don't understand why it takes 30 minutes to pickup a prescription when there is only 1 person in line. After being promised that my prescriptions would be ready at a certain time, I went to pick them up only to find out that they weren't ready and had to go back a few hours later! The pharmacy has gotten worse each month for the past 2 years and I am at the point that I am now just finding a new pharmacy. It never fails that each month, my prescription is never ready on time and I wait several days for them to fill a prescription that is time sensitive. I submitted a refill last Monday on the app and it said it would be ready by 11am Tuesday. On Wednesday it was still not filled so I called in and they said it was in stock and I could pick it up the next day. Sure enough, it was not ready Thursday and did not get it in my hands until Friday. Additionally, their pharmacy hours are incredibly inconvenient and short for people that work and have to pick up before or after their job. Time to go elsewhere! read more

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! I have been going here for years and the service has become so bad I've finally had enough. The wait at the drive-thru is beyond ridiculous when you wait more than 20 minutes for one car to move up. They usually have four or five waiting and after going inside the store to pick up instead, I found out why. It appears they fill your prescription when you come to pick it up and make everyone behind you wait. Every time I order a refill their system says it's out of stock and will be ready days later. When that time comes, it's still not ready. Last night was the last straw. My doctor ordered me pain medication after dental work. I called when it had not been filled after a hour and a half, was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When it still wasn't ready 45 minutes later, I went into the pharmacy and they had no one to work the counter. After calling out to them loudly, I hear a soft voice from the pharmacist hiding behind the wall, that they will be with us in a few minutes, as I was not the only one waiting. When it was my turn, my prescription was still not ready. I watched in their mirror while the clerk pulled the drug from the shelf, handed it to the pharmacist and told her to let her know when it was filled, and then went back to help the drive-thru customers even though there were 4 people behind me. Finally got my medication and it was the last time I will use them. Really, what is their problem? read more

Walgreens is Walgreens. I did score a few free items while waiting for my pictures to develop. So I had to run and get my good old coupon book out of my vehicle. Walgreens now has a cool app which lets you choose pictures from your phone and send them to the photo lab to be developed. You can choose them while you are at home or wherever you are. This is very nice. I do have to say the young lady in the photo lab was really helpful and so nice. I really wish there were more nice people like her working here. I have run into a few really grouchy ladies working here that put stuff away on the shelves and they seem to upset me every time. read more

My family and I are always at this Walgreens. The employees there are great! Very nice and helpful folks. They have a very low turnover rate with their employees too. There are awesome toy deals from time to time that one may want to take advantage of if you are collecting for xmas. I get my vitamins there when its buy one get one half off; stocking up saves later. The pharmacy is very busy, but I like the techs; they are polite when even under pressure. The only negative thing I can say is that someone needs to make sure the photo computer area is cleaned well before closing each night and get maintenance to peel that gum off the sidewalks...those two areas do not fit well with such a classy staff. read more

I utilize this Walgreens because of the close proximity to my home. The person at the front checkout always greets me when I enter. Great customer service on their behalf. Now to less than desirable experiences. 1. Pharmacy drive thru line...30+minute weight time Unacceptable!!! Very slow on multiple occasions I have had to get out the line go in and wait or come back! 2. I visited Walgreens to pick up pictures from photo. I waited 5 minutes no one showed. I asked the front cashier to page someone. I wanted another 10min. No one showed. I asked again for someone to be paged. I'm watching as customers are coming in and leaving and I'm still waiting. 30min later Sandy strolls over to photo NEVER acknowledges that I have been waiting and no apology of any sort. Sandy was rude and nonchalant. Sandy should be remediated in customer service. read more

Cashiers are slow, have a bad attitude and rude. I will never shop in this store again. Cashier missed a coupon and made up every kinds of imaginary rule in the book. Instead of returning the item then selling it back which would have taken 2 minuets supervisor too 30 minuets starring at the recipe and taking her sweet time with the return. Horrible customer service Ghetto and hostile service. When I asked for the name of the general managers name she said, I don't know anyone's name besides I am the manager. Just moved to Goodyear and wanted my prescription switched to this Walgreens. The lady told me that all the Walgreens are connected so there's no need. Came back a few days later to refill and the guy this time couldn't find anything under my name. The guy was new and was sweet and was able to help me out, but the girl before him was clearly stupid or something. Another thing quit asking customers "can I help you" like once is enough but 7 times within 15 min are you serious right now! Leave me alone. This is ridiculous. I have never had an issue with anyone at Walgreens until yesterday. I went there to drop off a prescription in the morning. The pharmacist and the tech were very nice and personable. They were very nice about the insurance and the prescription. They contacted the doctor to make sure that the prescription could be changed so that the baby could have the right medicine since they didn't have it. After I drop off the prescription, I get a call saying that there was an issue with my insurance. I spoke to the people that I needed to and then received another call saying that my insurance was fine and taken care of so that I can come down to pick up the prescription. I arrive at the drive through and I don't get a pharmacist, I don't even get a tech. I get some random woman named Susy (Suzy or Susie) in a blue tee shirt that was beyond rude. She spoke down to me like I was less than. She did this in front of my children and I am not happy with it. I thought Walgreens had a reputation to uphold by treating their customers with respect and dignity., not talk down to them for the type of insurance that she may think that I have. I do not appreciate this at all. You don't treat people trying to get medicine in this. I am so disappointed. To top it all off, I tried to leave a message on the Walgreens website. They ask for the store number but there is no place to input it. Then they will not accept the message without the store number. It is like they don't want you to talk to them to make sure that they are held accountable for their actions. Disappointing. read more

As I read this is a common occurrence. They really need to clean house with all their unprofessional rude employees at the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy to get a status update on a medication I had at 2 pm and they said it will be ready in a hour and a half. So I drive to the drive through at 7 pm to pick it up gave them more than enough time. They said they were just about done getting it ready and told me to pull around so they can help other people while they get mine ready. Possible racial discrimination as they helped someone not of color for 15 minutes while they spoke to me for less than 10 seconds and told me to wait even longer. They definitely neglect people of color. I will be contacting the better business bureaus regarding my interaction. I will request them to pull their security footage of the tech at the window who had a attitude with me as I just drove away with out saying anything to her. read more

Second time unlucky for this place. We have had 2 different prescriptions messed up with this location. It is convenient for us because it is located close to our family Dr, but the pharmacy staff here are just incapable of communicating with my Dr's office and taking any sort of initiative. Instead, I had to take out an hour of my day (with sick kids) to go back and forth between the Dr's office and Walgreens. Never again. read more

Horrible customer service. Called the pharmacy to get specific info on a medication. Was told they had it no backorder. Even gave me the count of how many they had. Got a call today from a rude woman stating they did not have the medication I needed and that it was backordered. I explained her to her is didn't know how that was possible as i just confirmed yesterday. She proceeded to speak over me every time I tried to talk. Then told me anytime you call you get a call center and that next time I need to ensure they connect me with the pharmacy. Finally after being constantly interrupted and told what I needed to do to ensure the person on the phone was giving me the right information, I hung up. Called back the same exact way I called yesterday and confirmed I DID in fact talk to the pharmacy. So basically she was full of BS and just trying to get me off the phone. How about an apologist instead of yelling at your customers for YOUR mistakes. read more

I only go here becasue its closer to my home but need to switch pharmacy. They input my insurance wrong many many times. They are constantly out of stock and have long waits. I've seen a customer come back with medication that was for someone else. They do not communicate what is going with you or your drs office on medication that they cant process. You find out that YOU need to call your physician after you go back in and are told they couldnt process your prescription. read more
