I am new to the area and needed to use this Walgreens pharmacy to have several prescriptions filled for my husband's pain meds for a recent surgery. Because the surgery ran late and it was a far drive back home, I called the pharmacy to let them know that I was on my way but would be there right at 7:00 pm when they close. I asked them to please stay open for me and they generously complied. Needed a prescription for my daughters ear infection. Waited from 830 until 9 for the pharmacy to open. I was the first one in line, she told me there were 30 prescriptions ahead of me. Our flight leaves at 11. I asked for a rush as I don't want my daughters ear to rupture. Stephanie said she was sorry. I went back and asked for a manager. She finally said she will work it, but the pharmacist said another 25-30 minutes to fulfill the drops. We couldn't wait. I had to buy over the counter drops and hope that nothing happens. The lack of empathy was top notch. Thank you for not fulfilling my daughters prescription. I don't understand how it would take another 30 minutes to pull some ear drops for her. So bogus. Do not depend on this pharmacy to communicate with you at all. My doctor sent my Rx to this Walgreens and they were not going to fill it for 2 weeks. They could not call me and tell me this. The Rx was out of stock and the computer generated message just kept telling me it would be ready "tomorrow". I finally had my doctor send the Rx to a different pharmacy. So had a Covid Test scheduled for a flight to Hawaii. Walgreens employee would not answer questions, did not confirm if I got correct test. No help at all. 3rd time requesting an RX, as they delay it fir days, then they cancel it b/c suddenly I need a new RX after only 6 months since last dr. Prescribed the MEF's. I go back to the doctor to get a refill on Thursday. It's Monday afternoon and no word at all from Walgreens after I've been checking all weekend. I now am covered in hives waiting fir this prescription. I call Walgreens again to find out what the delay is. Now they need a copy of my RX Card, WHY could they not have notified me??? I see many negative reviews but our experiences have always been very positive. We are in this pharmacy at least once a week for something. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The store is always well stocked and clean. A pleasure to shop in. Much much better than the Walgreens we use to use. read more

My daughter's insurance is difficult and they're ALWAYS making things as easy as possible for me to eliminate as much stress as they can. This has got to be the worst drugstore. I just brought in a prescription that included pain Med for post surgery. I was told in a rude voice 1 hour. And that I would get a call when ready. Seems to me when someone comes in for pain meds for surgery they could accommodate with a fast track. I'm still waiting on my phone call for my meds from yesterday. Time to change. I came in with my Daughter to get help printing poster pictures (not cheap so i wasn't doing from home) I was trying to do 3 or them. I asked for help she came over showed me then the computer deleted everything. So funny how there was 3 managers in the store and All of a sudden everyone disappeared!! I might live down the street but i promise i will never ever come here again!! You have 6 employees and when a customer is asking for help you all went in the back room!! Do not trust them with your pictures. I turned in a disposable camera for them to develop. I waited for a call or email to tell me they were ready and i NEVER received anything. Then after going in and ASKING if they were ready, they gave me back SIX pictures. The camera i turned in had 27 pictures. Walgreens lost TWENTY ONE pictures. It is absolutely BS and im am beyond furious. read more

Don't shop with their Pharmacy if you don't want to get ripped off. Much cheaper at most all other drug stores with or without insurance. I checked their prices after I left because the cost seemed high and found a coupon for their own store that's half the price. Went back and they said tough. The pharmacy techs are incredibly rude. The only one who is tolerable is totally incompetent. Though this location is most convenient, I'm taking my business somewhere else. Having to argue to get prescriptions that I should be getting is old.
