I would normally never give a QT 4 stars, because let's face it. I'm in love with QT!! But this one is brand new and for some really strange reason, the builders of this one decided to go against the grain and change the set up. It is one of the most obnoxious QTs I've ever been in! The drink stations are split up. The snacks are spread out in a strange way. The registers are facing away from the doors. Even the condiments are in a weird spot. Why did they have to mess with something that ain't broke?! Ugh. read more

After not having stopped at this QT in months because of the poor, unfriendly, rude, and very confrontational staff in the kitchen I decided to give them another try. I used to stop at least 3 days out of the week for protein bowls however one of the girls who works in the kitchen would repeatedly make it wrong and put peppers in it that I did not request. One time she had to make it over 3 times and insisted every time that was how I ordered it when my receipt definitely said otherwise. She argued with me in attempt to prove me wrong. I complained to the manager on this particular occasions was offered a refund, was sent with the mistakes, along with some vouchers for soda in the future. Was not expected but appreciated considering the girl did not know when to keep her mouth shut. This had already occurred on multiple other occasions but I never complained until that day. Fast forward to today. Stopped in ordered my bowl, went and grabbed a fountain drink along with some random snacks for a long day at work came to the back and was waiting for the bowl but also for the line to go down as it was about 10 people deep. The girl then says to me "Do you have the protein bowl" and I replied yes she then says "Did you pay already" and I said no I'm waiting for the line to go down and she then proceeds to inform me that I am required to pay prior to receiving my bowl. I looked at her dumbfounded and said "Are you serious right now" she said yes I am "Ma'am if you read the screen it clearly says you must pay first" and I responded to her by saying I have never been asked to pay first and it does not say on the screen you must pay first AGAIN the girl has a need to be right and wanted to argue with me, however by blood was boiling at her lack of customer service skills. I told her that I would not be taking the bowl or the other items for that matter and proceeded to leave. Her response was no problem!!!!!! I will never step foot in that QT again and will drive out of my way if I have to, which I did. I stopped at another QT to see if the screen actually does say you must pay first and it does NOT it says exactly this. Way to go QT. read more

The employees that work at this store are exceptional. The store is always busy but the wait in line when there is one is very minimal. The employees are very efficient always multi tasking and taking care of multiple customers at once. There was a time that the manager of this location let me use the screwdriver they had to tighten the screws of my rear tail light of my Harley. I was appreciative for the excellent service from these folks. read more

Love this location it is very busy though. Well I guess all QTs are. I wonder why they don't just build an extra island of pumps when they build. I also wonder why they don't add extra registers. Overall this location is clean and convenient. I love the many choices of drinks and ice, There is something for everyones type of munchies. They also have this area in the back where they make smoothies or concrete mixers. I have not yet tried anything from the back of the store. Oh this location does have a little sitting area if you have a minute to just sit I guess. I do like that you can drive behind the store to exit north or south. read more

Just had a horrible experience with a worker from there that was a shorter girl with curly hair. I swiped my card and started pumping gas and walked inside to buy a few drinks I then walk outside and noticed my pump stopped at only $10 and my car was almost on empty this female employee then comes out with a very rude tone saying that I had pretty much stole someone else's $10 in gas and I said how is that when I'm parked here swiped my card started pumping and walked inside. She said done guy paid inside and gave wrong stall number which I don't know how that's me stealing or not wanting me to pay for whatever I pumped. She then made me go inside pay the difference because of the other guys mistake and then had to go repump and pay again for what I really needed. She made it seem like she was gonna call the the authorities on me I hope this isn't how you treat customers because some other idiot doesn't know what pump he's on because she was rude and unapologetic for me being inconvenienced. read more

Just got stuck with a Dead battery... Went inside and asked if anyone could give me a jump, and they were at the ready! This is by far, my favorite gas station. I've been to 2 other QT's, and they weren't very good. How do I start on this... SLUSHIES FOR DAYS; There are about 10 slushie machines, and all are incredibly good. Usually, there are only about 1 or 2 not working, but it doesn't bother me. NICE STAFF; Staff here are always really nice and helpful. When my sister spilled her slushie on the ground, they said it was OK and cleaned it up really quick. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING; Chips, Hot dogs, Soda, Candy, and much much more. You need something? QT probably has it. Not impressed, perhaps I have been too spoiled by the newer QT on Dysart and Thomas but I've stopped here several times in the morning and it is so dirty. It's also not especially fast because it is super busy. Not sure what everyone else sees in this place or when and it makes me wish I was there when it's actually as good as everyone else says. There was one morning last week when HALF of the pumps were out of service, usually I have to make at least a couple laps around in the a.m. just to find an open/decent pump. Floors outside are always super sticky, trash on the floors by the outside seating area all the time. They don't stock things fully or quickly OR often, several occasions there are missing items, again probably because it's so so busy. The inside from what I can tell is clean though and it is a convenient location for me at least when I'm heading to work and need something or forgot to get gas the day before. read more

We order the croissant blt a couple times a week here. They are always fresh and delicious. We stopped at the qt on Dysart south of I 10 . the bread was really dry and the bacon was cold. We'll continue to stop at the at the QT on Estrella every week. Thank you for taking pride in the food you serve. And for always being so friendly. And having such a clean store. read more

Love this location. It's on the way to the interstate and a great spot for a iced tea and possible snack. At first I didn't like all the new Tea selections. Now I have a new favorite from the original. I like the green tea and then I put a splash of the lemon lime Gatorade in it from the other side of the store where the soda fountain is; it so good! The restrooms are checked regularly and every time I've been in there they're clean. read more

Awesome QT! The morning crew is the best. The store is clean and the employees get on it if it's not. If you have any problems or questions about the drink dispenser they are there to fix it. They make the tea fresh constantly. Can't find something just grab an employee and ask. They are fast friendly and efficient. It's my favorite gas station by far. read more
