They will straight up look at you for 10-15 minutes before making their way to the counter to help you, the don't answer the questions you have, have attitude, walk slower than sloths, and every single month when I try to renew my prescription, there is always an issue on their end. The pharmacy worker there is the one that changed the test/appointment without my acknowledgment. I tested positive so I was very in/out of it. When she told me it was 25$ I was shocked but I thought maybe I read something wrong. It wasn't until I got home and looked at the 2 emails that showed 2 totally different bits of information. This is completely disingenuous by the stay there praying on people who may be on a fixed income. I went back to the other store in south KC and purchased the item with the gift card. Because of the rude behavior of the customer service person in forcing me to go back and forth. She has forced me to never go back to any target store.

When I worked there they had a process to call floor associates onto the registers to make sure customers didn't have to wait. Now they let customers check themselves out if they want to save time. When I worked there we were expected to ask any customers within 10 feet if we could help them find anything. Now you can't find anyone and on the rare occasion you do they misinform you that the store doesn't have what you want or they tell you they work in a different department and they don't know. I have been there twice this year, and I spent more time at the register than I did shopping. Tonight there were two people on the register and six Walmart associates milling around the front of the store not checking out customers. One CSM stopped by in the next register to pull money... not to help get customers out the door. While waiting in line tonight I mentioned many of these thoughts to those behind me while we waited. The gentleman behind me said, "You only go to Walmart when you have no other options." My father asked me what I was doing on the phone just now, and when I mentioned my plans to write a review of my poor experience he said, "They don't care." Don't bother to call them to let them know about this review... no one will answer the phone. This company is headed down the same path as K-Mart. Bankruptcy.

I kept asking to speak with a…read morepharmacist and she would not identify herself as a pharmacist (could barely understand her, anyway ) she wasn't wearing a name tag and repeatedly accused me of assuming that she was a tech. i simply wanted my question answered and she just needed desperately to have an argument; needed validation or wanted to assume I was racist. so, I will be switching to another Rx. life is way too short for that kind of unprofessional drama. There were some nice people there that I have had the pleasure of interacting with over the years, so, I'm switching because of her and nothing else.
