Zachary Wallace went above and beyond to get my prescription filled and I am so appreciative of his efforts. My vacation and mental health are saved - and quite possibly my life. I've never skipped it more than a day and even one day is enough to affect me. My refill was "in process" for a week until I waited a half hour on hold to finally speak with a pharmacy technician. Walgreens is no better. We visited the pharmacy at a large discount store, saw about a dozen workers and NO line, spoke with one of the employees there and moved our prescriptions to that pharmacy. The pharmacy tech at CVS was so stressed she had no time to answer any questions about the sudden downturn in service, and I had no need to delay the ten people in line behind me with my questions.
