I kid you not- I had not been sick whatsoever in two straight years. However, the streak ended…read moreone fateful Friday (March 3rd). I got up around 9 A.M. and headed for the Minute Clinic. The kiosk to sign in was a bit difficult to deal with (I believe the focus shifted to unanticipated parts of the screen). It also could have been because I am not a frequent user. After finishing with that, I sat down. Less than a minute later the nurse practioner came out and greeted me. Through my exam she was personable and kind- I found out she did not have a home store (which explained things she needed for my particular visit were not found easily). At one point she had to go to the other Minute Clinic room. When she did so, she left the door open. I did not care too much, but it would be best practice to shut it. Shortly after returning, she concluded that I had strep. I was provided a sheet that listed the medicines I could take to help with the symptoms. I walked out and headed for the consultation window. The pharmacist (Craig) and intern (Charles) not only helped me find the section for the products that I needed from the visit, but suggested products they knew would help. They saved me MAJORLY on TIME and MONEY. I proceeded to the pharmacy registers for a prescription unrelated to the visit. A new (to me), friendly technician soon met me there. Not only was I helped there, but was greeted from afar by a technician (Jordan). From my time here at this pharmacy, she seems to be really good with names and does well with having patients feel like they matter when she works with them. Even though I have worked at this pharmacy consistently (for 6+ years), until recently, I can still write a positive review about them. They do not have to be genuinely nice to me solely because I have worked with them. And I'll explain- When I worked, I focused on patients and getting most of the work done that I could in between rushes. Due to this there was little time to socialize (I only hung out with two co-workers regularly outside of work and they left way before March 3). The pharmacy staff treated me the way they did because they 1) are genuinely nice people and 2) enjoy healthcare.

If I could rate this store less I would. The pharmacy is garbage and never open on their hours…read more Sunday I went to get my kids medication 10 minutes before the pharmacy closed but they refused to help me because they already closed down their drawers. Will be in search of a new pharmacy immediately.

Yesterday I had gone into this store to pay my rent at the money services counter. There was a long…read moreline. It wouldn't have been a big deal if the manager had helped check people out after most of them had been waiting for over 30 minutes in line. Two people were in front of me and wanted to buy alcohol and a bag of dog food I think? They wound up leaving because the manager told them "we can't check you out here." I would like to say, that is entirely false because I have been checked out at that counter a couple of times. They just didn't want to. And the people in front of me were understandably upset and left without their cart of items. It was after the upset customer left that this manager finally came to help. She walked off several times. She kept yelling at people to back up because the line started at the corner. This whole situation could have been avoided if they had two people at this counter from the start. There were 4 other people taking care of online orders back there. In response to Tara J.: As someone that used to work at walmart, I can tell you they do drug test BUT ONLY in the hiring process. Once you work there, they don't care unless it inhibits your ability to perform tasks. I had pneumonia and they fired me because I didn't make it into work. I was stopped across the street from Walmart by a lady because I was in uniform, about to walk across but I was actively throwing up and they didn't care that I was sick. Ended up in the ER.

Never any carts, they have no hand baskets anywhere, the layout is trash, and I've been standing in…read moreline at guest services for 8 minutes and haven't moved once
