The clerks here are always miserable. They are understaffed. No one is helpful in the photo department, they act like you are bothering them. Very rude. Most of the time there are boxes and carts blocking aisles as clerks stock shelves instead of assisting customers. read more

They do not care about patients. I've been without critical medication for 20+ days due to this pharmacy's repeated failures. Every time I call, I get a different excuse -- first they said it shipped, then that it didn't, then they claimed I picked it up (I didn't). recently my son has been sick this past week, after two trips the hospital we were prescribed an antibiotic, my wife went to pick up the antibiotic, arrived prior to the pharmacy closing, the pharmacy started to work on the prescription and payment. for what ever reason the pharmacy could not validate the Insurance, my wife offered to just pay out of pocket, but the pharmacy said we would have to come back tomorrow, because they were closing... The retail store is great, just like any Walgreens. They usually have things in stock and it's great to have this store in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lines are long sometimes. I'm not sure how people can fill a grocery shopping cart at a Walgreens but that's not a problem with the store, just a fyi. I did drop an old disposable camera off to be developed 6+months ago and haven't heard back. They said it would take a while so maybe it's still coming. The pharmacy on the other hand is shockingly terrible. On multiple occasions, I get a message in the app that my prescription is delayed and I've waited up to 1 week and then called for an update. I've been told that: they don't use the app, they don't know how the app works, that reasons for my prescriptions being delayed are it isn't covered by my insurance (not true), it needs a preauth (not true), then that it is covered but it's not FDA approved (?? These are basic scripts), also just the general "oh idk what happened or why it was delayed". You could be waiting on important meds for over a week for no reason. It ...is baffling. I love Walgreens but I switched to a local pharmacy in the area for my prescriptions. I don't have any problems at other pharmacies so I don't think any of the issues I've seen with Walgreens are valid. read more

The pharmacy is terrible compared to the other Walgreens I have been to. Very slow and also do not seem to care about customer service. I have used their services three times and they either have not filled the prescription when promised or could not locate it in the bin. Only use when I have no other options. read more

This rating is specifically for the pharmacy. Service is super slow and I agree with another review that they do not seem to care about the customer. Additionally, on two occasions they have misplaced the hard copy of my prescription. When I come here to get my medication, I also get a majority of my toiletries and love their selection. Unfortunately, I have been asking others for referrals in hopes to find a new pharmacy that can fulfill my needs. read more

The associates went above and beyond to fix an insurance issue I had, they really seemed to care about me as a person. There are times I go there and it is very busy but they still do the best they can to make sure I am taken care of even with little amount of staff they have. read more

Things have really gone down hill at Hamilton, Walgreens. Plan to switch my pharmacy and front of store business elsewhere. Today's frustration relates to a question I needed answered in the photo department. Five requests for someone to come there to help me went unanswered. The best the single check out lady could say was that they would be there when they could. Apparently they never could. Pharmacy service and turn around time has also dropped off significantly. read more
