By Far. The Absolute Worse Pharmacy. Absolutely poor to no communication. Scripts that have been put on hold and never processed with no apparent reason. However if you go in person because using the phone is useless they just won't answer they will tell you it's still processing. Absolutely the worst pharmacy EVER! Med refills are ALWAYS late (either because they're understaffed and/or out of stock)! Drive-thru lane takes forever and it's almost impossible to reach them via phone unless you can hold for a minimum of 20 min only for them to tell you that they'll work on your prescription when they can. You would think they would have a system to keep meds that are filled monthly for years in stock... I miss the good old days when they would start filling my meds as soon as I leave my Dr's office so I can pick them up on my way home (pharmacist & staff used to be so much nicer too)! I get so nervous every time I go on a trip because I don't know if I would be able to have my meds. I had to cancel my recent trip because I wasn't able to get my meds in time. It's horrible...and it's been like this ever since Covid. In fact, it's been the absolute worst the past 6 months. I'm seriously going to switch as of today. read more

This place can be so challenging to work with. I got a call saying my prescription was ready and when I went to pick it up a woman named Tina lectured me for 10 minutes about why it wasn't ready and their internal corporate policies and how it was filled somewhere else at the end she told me "wait until you get the message that it's ready ready"??? I continue to be astounded by the lack of service, unstocked shelves and gross negligence of this store!! It took them over 24 hours to fill a prescription that was pre-bottled. I had to go to the prescription counter and BEG them to fill my prescription!!!! I will NEVER step foot in this store or any other Walgreens ever again!! Enjoy being verbally abused and having your disabilities violated? Then this is the place for you! The pharmacy team is beyond not helpful, they are unprofessional and speak very condescending to people, they'll violent your basic human needs to verbally make their point and the pharmacy manager there is argumentative and doesn't know how to properly manage her pharmacy team to answer phone calls but hangs up on customers to avoid interactions if they're "busy" which is always. They won't hire someone to properly answer the phones professionally or even at all. If you're trying to reach them, piss off they won't answer you. I spent 4 hours of my day trying to get in touch with them on the phone only to have them pickup and hold and pickup and not speak and hold and then hang up the call all together. Then forced to go in person and be abused by their staff. This store used to be amazing but has drastically gone downhill. Good luck filling any prescription at Walgreens. They make the customer make multiple follow up calls or visits to the store. WORST PHARMACY IN THE WORLD. Doctor sent in my prescription on a Friday morning. I received a voicemail saying the item was out of stock and would be available in a few days. Over the weekend I kept checking for an update but never received one. So I called and was told, unapologetically, that they " forgot" to order it. And instead of apologizing for the mistake, the girl told me they were short staffed because people were out with the flu. That's the difference between my generation and these worthless, lazy young people - I would have 1) actually ordered the item or 2) found out if another location had it and let the customer know they could get it faster if they went to another location. Not this horrible pharmacy. Nope, their employees just go " oh well we don't have it so I'm just not going to do anything with it." If I hadn't called them, I still wouldn't have my prescription. And if I hadn't asked if there was another location that had it in stock, that information wouldn't have been offered. NEVER using this worthless pharmacy again. All the employees should be replaced with robots because the robots would do a better job. read more

Continue to have less than enjoyable experiences at this Walgreens. Overall, this store feels out of date and grungy. If Walgreens corporate is reading this...please invest in cleaning this place and giving it a facelift! Additionally, the staff is always understaffed and not the most focused on customer service. Their standard services (i.e. photo, pharmacy, etc.) are always a struggle to get attention right away and for them to do the basics (I.e. print photos, fill prescriptions) properly. The parking lot is huge and makes it easy to get in and out, so that's a plus; however, outside of being close to where we live and the convenience factor this place is not a good option. read more

place is horrible. one car in line when i got there and i sat there for 30 minutes. got a text my prescription was ready. when i finally got to the window i asked wth? 5 cars behind me pulled out. i couldn't move. girl said she is only one there, and when i looked in window that was not true. was asked to turn my car off because they couldn't hear. anyway was then asked to come inside to wait because it wasn't ready. customer service brutal!!!!!!. gonna change from this location. do not go to this location. horrible!!! place feels like it's living in the 1970's. never again will i send my stuff here. what pisses me off is i still have to go back because after sittin in the drive through for 30 minutes with one car in front of me they asked me to come in and wait i pulled out and honked the horn. i'm saying i honked the horn so they know maybe who wrote this. completely horrible..been like this forever. screw me once shame on you. screw me more than twice shame on me!! zero stars!!!! read more

This pharmacy is unreal. I fill my rx every month and have been on my medication for years. Over the past few months the pharmacist decides to tell me that I cannot fill my rx due to being early After first telling me I am filling too earl. I has told her that I have my rx bottle in front of me showing the date I filled it. She then tries to explain that a refill is counted the day it's called in, not when you pick it up! I needed a RX on Monday 11/20/23 I called to see if my Rx could be filled because I needed to go to the airport I asked so if they were to busy I would have it transferred so I could make sure I could get it Chris in the pharmacy told me well you shouldn't be traveling your sick and I sure hope your wearing a mask I couldn't believe what I just heard first its not for sickness second its none of his business he was so rude . I am done giving this company my money for a year its always a problem to fill my Rx but Safeway has no problem filling it that day. read more

Cindy in the pharmacy is rude and needs to learn some customer service.   There was a problem with a refill I put in and she did explain on the phone what the situation was.   I had to go up there to see if I could get a couple of pills until my Dr. and Insurance worked this out.   She wouldn't even listen, just told me I could purchase the whole prescription and when I asked about reimbursement she said to take that up with my insurance.    I said I'll take the prescription, she then loudly asked another lady to help me because she was not going too.   I then had to explain again the situation to Lisa (who is very nice) and said to Cindy (she had her back to me) that I was going to pull all my prescriptions due to her rudeness - she just waved bye-bye to me.     Thought pharmacy's were supposed to help people with medications and questions not be inpatient and rude.   I have transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy and have written to corporate Walgreens.   Her manager unfortunately isn't in today but she will get an earful tomorrow! Haven't had to refill a prescription in ages and was told to call in with new insurance. First phone call I was hung up on. Called back and a different female employee answered and was so rude and told me that my insurance is in there and she didn't know what I was talking about and hung up. Assuming that was the only hold up and it had been more than 24 hours I went to pick up my prescription and was yelled at in the drive thru that it wasn't ready. One of the kind female employees said she would fill it. Next day was a holiday so it was important to get this prescription. The other female employee who is so shockingly rude yelled at me to go back around through the drive thru while waiting. No problem but is that really how you talk to people? This pharmacy has always been bad but it has reached a new level with this certain female employee. Next time I'll get her name and call corporate because I'm sure it's the same one everyone complains about. Makes me nervous that these are the same people who fill your potentially serious prescriptions? read more

On several occasions, I've been told my prescription was completed only to show up, wait in a 45 minute line to find out that they hadn't started it yet. Customer service is what steals the show though. It is the most unprofessional rude group of individuals I've ever dealt with in retail. I stopped going about six months ago and moved my business to wildcat. Brian, and Chris at the wildcat location are phenomenal. They exemplify customer service and make me feel welcome. The pharmacy lead at the Broadway location, however, constantly argues with me about my doctors prescription. It's just unnecessary. I would give this location negative stars if I could. read more

So many negative reviews for this pharmacy. I felt that way for a long time, however, a couple of weeks ago I found out that Walgreens is paying their pharmacy techs $14 an hour. i'm not saying that gives anyone the right to provide poor customer service, but everyone knows pharmacies are overrun these days. I'm not sure I would work for $14 an hour for such long hours especially when there's too much work and customers that are demanding, angry, in a hurry, or curt. maybe practice a little bit of grace and understand that these people could work almost anywhere else for more money. I know Ryan, and one other gal there, despite what they are dealing with, always do their job and seem to remain calm and caring despite the chaos and frustration around them. I would give zero stars if possible. I am extremely disappointed with the service my patients have received and also the service I received as a medical professional to include the lack of collaboration to help patients. As a provider, I've worked with many pharmacies and this is by far one of the worst. The staff is extremely unprofessional, unkind, unhelpful and honestly inappropriate with medical staff who are trying to help their patients. They have made it very difficult for my patients to obtain the medications needed to improve their health. I would not work with this pharmacy. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have had continuously terrible experiences with the Walgreens location #02641- Walgreens on Wildcat Reserve Parkway in Highlands Ranch Colorado. The people at the pharmacy 'Chris' the manager and Cindy one of the employees at the pharmacy are consistently rude, unwilling to help or answer questions and in general extremely unpleasant. Cindy is known for yelling at customers. When I spoke with Chris the pharmacy manager about it taking over 2 days to get my prescription filled he told me they're very busy, and that I should go find another pharmacy. He had no interest in actually helping me. Prescriptions regularly take DAYS to be filled at this pharmacy. When I spoke with the Asst Manager of this Walgreens - he told me that they get multiple complaints about the pharmacy folks; Cindy and Chris in particular and that there's not much he could do. He encouraged me to take my complaint to the corporate headquarters for assistance - which I have done, but am also writing reviews in as many places as possible to get some attention to this group of awful people in the pharmacy. Why should I have to drive out of my neighborhood to get medication just because the pharmacy people are terrible. read more
