A manager named Alex came to assist us and explained that the points were not showing in the system and that we would need to contact customer service. That part was completely fine. However, English is not my first language Portuguese is and while I do speak English, sometimes I need a little help understanding certain details. My sister was simply trying to help translate and make sure we fully understood the situation. At that point, Alex became rude and said to my sister, "Is your sister understanding? Because she is back and forth to the same topic?" in a very dismissive tone. I had to explain that she was only trying to help me understand. As a loyal Diamond member who consistently spends money at this store, I expect to be treated with respect especially when there is a language barrier involved.
