They have so many customers, but there are no open bathrooms. This is a health issue because if a customer needs to use the bathroom while shopping, or if an older person or a sick person has an emergency, they cannot use the bathroom. The staff just say it's out of order with no interest in serving the customer. The bathroom has been closed for months. Unacceptable! For this reason, they should not even receive one star. The health department should inspect the situation soon. read more

Very bad experience DO NOT COME HERE pharmacist Ngan was very unprofessional, rude. Told me to shut up, tore my mother's insulin prescription in the trash, raising her voice in front of other customers as well. She was using racial slurs against me, making fun of my mother's last name since she has two. She made comments like "I have five last names" and Store Manager did nothing. I am very disappointed in Walgreens staff, I have been a loyal customer for years, but unfortunately it has come to an end today. read more

Pharmacy-- This Walgreens staff has some great staff except one staff member named Cristina that my family and I have had poor interaction with on multiple occasions. She has poor knowledge of what she is doing. She does not explain anything clearly-whether it be the hours to pickup medicine, or explaining things in general. As a pharmaceutical associate I expect some kindness or patience when discussing or even paying for the medicine but I have not seen that. Everytime we come here it's very slow when she's here and she has a very snappy attitude toward customers and occasionally walks away to do something else for a good ten minutes. We are not coming to this pharmacy after several poor experiences with this. read more

Why is this Walgreens so badly organized? I was looking for a Snuggie. I found the "As Seen on TV" section, no cigar. I found the blanket section, no cigar. I found the clothing/slippers section, no cigar. I finally found an employee and asked the whereabouts of a Snuggie. Silly me, it was on a back isle end cap between the nail polish and lipstick. I was also looking for a humidifier or vaporizer -- which was also obscurely placed but I happened to spot it on my search for the Snuggie -- and the item I chose was marked $9.99. When it rang up $15.99, I informed the cashier that it was on sale. She asked a young employee nearby to run a price check, and after a few minutes even the employee cannot find the item, so she returns to ask me to show her where I found this item. I show her where it was and where the sticker says $9.99. She rips the sticker off and says "Sorry this was from last week," and then informs the cashier that the price stands at $15.99. Which annoyed me so much that I didn't buy it on principle alone. Because when a price is marked, even if incorrectly, the store should honor that price until they fix their price marking error. 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it's better than CVS. read more

This walgreens is an absolute joke. I have been here multiple times during the day their lines are crazy long they don't do anything about it the people that work there are all weird or bizarre. I had to go into that tonight to get some medicine for my daughter for nausea, I pulled up at exactly 11:42 pm the thing looked like it was closed but I see an open sign and people in there So look and it's the workers. I bang on the door they see me they just walk off like I am some crazy guy. I continue to knock to get someone's attention and they are closed locked up And about to leave at 11:57 pm and it says the are open until 12. The manager gave me a smart-aleck face with a go to hell grin and said we are closed, I said I still ha e 3 minutes plus, he said no we are closed, I told him it was very important and only needed a few minutes, he gave me a go to hell look. They are always un-organized, the lady reads my magazines and is just weird. They have list my business at that one forever. The smart faced manager that was appalling laughing at me while my daughter was sick. read more

This is a great location! The door stays open until their closing time, no early locking of the door like so many other locations.

Staff is flakey. The credit card machine wasn't picking up my mother in laws signature and the cashier didn't get it. He truly did not understand the something was wrong with the machine. He was very short tempered with us until the manager came around the corner and suddenly he was the nicest guy you have ever met. read more

The Walgreens in general is fine but the pharmacy is absolutely horrific. The new guy is on some other planet. . Blatant disrespect to customers and their time.No sense of time and/or urgency Sent in my prescription at 12:45 and came in at 2:45 to pick it up. He stated that they had just printed out my prescription and that it would take 10 minutes. 50 minutes later, I finally get my prescription. It was sitting in the bin after the pharmacist had finished filling it for a good 25-30 minutes. This is unacceptable. Horrible, horrible, horrible. read more

I have used this Walgreens pharmacy for years and haven't had any problems. The male pharmacist is awesome and has helped me on several different occasions with suggestions, coupons, etc to get my medications for cheaper. I really appreciate the pharmacy staff here and all that they do! read more

Unbelievable experience with the pharmist on Feb 6, 2019. Me and friend are still in shock. I have been using Walgreens for over 40yrs. The pharmist had such anger when I asked to take my friends blood pressure. She was not feeling well at all. The pharmist was rude from the beginning. But I chose to let that go. I asked a few questions. And after that , he would have scared anyone the way he responded. He was raising his voice at me, the became so evil, anger in his face. He was clinching his fist , so mad at me. I apologised to him because I could not believe what I was witnessing. He only got more angry, he told us just to leave. Mind u, I'm a care taker, I'm 53, disable adult. New on negative thing I said to him. I strongly suggest for the corporate office to review the video there In the store. And they will see what I experience. I would think before I use this pharmacy. Shocking video !!!! read more
