The pharmacy is the worst. Do not use it. I am weeks over due for 2 of my meds because of Walgreens. At one point, after verifying the prescription and insurance (on my 4th month of taking it so WHY???), they decided to deny it. No reason. Walgreens just denied it. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get through to their pharmacy. I've been passed around, hung up on. I had to go in to get one of them straightened out. It was quicker to drive there, wait in line, get help, and drive home than it is to wait on the phone. Every phone call is a minimum hour long. And this is just my most recent experience. This will also be my last if I can help it. As far as wasting my time, I should bill them. The other prescription, they just can't get it. No recourse. Nothing. They can't get it. When you try to complain to management, they don't care. They don't want to hear it. And then they put you back in the terminal queue to wait for someone at the pharmacy to take the call. read more

The best Walgreens employees ever at this location! They are so friendly and everytime I place a pick up order here they fulfill right away and always offer excellent substitutes. Sometimes they have my order ready within 10 minutes, while other Walgreens locations either cancel my order or take a long time to fulfill. The pharmacy is a real mess. First, the pharmacy hours listed in their own app are wrong. They close it an hour earlier than posted. That was not fun to discover. More importantly, though, they are always back logged. They may be understaffed, and I can understand how hard that is. But when their automated system says that they expect the prescription to be ready at 5:02pm, what am I supposed to expect? It's always at least an hour late. And I mean always. I've had almost a dozen different prescriptions filled over the last two weeks. I don't mind waiting. I get it. But it is extremely frustrating when I plan to be there to pick it up, only to discover it's late. Again. I can't do this any more. I have to switch. read more

Worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with. They notify you prescriptions are ready for pick-up and when you arrive they are not ready, and in some cases they are not even in stock! They tell you they will have to order your medication and it will be in the following day and they will call you, days later they still have not received the medication and have no idea when it will arrive. They accept prescriptions, e.g., inhaler, tell you it will be ready the next day and then when you call to find out if it is ready they tell you they cannot fill it and you should try another Walgreens. These are not rare occurrences, they happen consistently! This place could not provide life support to a rock! read more

We had appointments for COVID booster shots at specified times and found ourselves in a line that stretched to the center of the store. There did not seem to be a separate line for people with appointments. It took forever. At least three people ahead of us left in disgust. Why offer appointments when you have no intention of honoring them? No social distancing. Many people not wearing masks. I really didn't want to hang around this place for this long. read more

The employees at this Walgreens were incredibly helpful. I stopped in to pick up some forgotten toiletries and walked away with more than I intended to buy, so that makes them good salespeople, too! When the line started to get long, they opened up the cosmetics checkout and the girl working the register informed me that some of the items I was purchasing would be discounted if I picked up another. I may not use that second pack of face wipes soon, but when I do I will remember I got them for half off. Score! read more

I have been to nicer Walgreens ---this one seems drab and a little messy compared to others. It is one of the few stores by my work that I can get a variety of items at. Health and Beauty supplies, light groceries, gifts, cards, items for your car and home. It really is a one-stop shop. They typically always have some seasonal merchandise. The prices are fair and you can save more by signing up for the frequent shopper program. I just enter my phone number upon checkout. read more

Twice I have used their online scheduling and both times a mess. The first was for a flu vaccine and the staff seemed not to even know that Walgreen's were doing online scheduling. Now, I scheduled a Covid Test 24hr ago online and when I show for the schedule appointment I was told their system is down and cannot do the testing and did not know when they could. Told to call back to check and all I get is the automated system. read more

I don't write reviews, but this has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever worked with. One month I can get a prescription fine the next they tell me they need to call the doctors to get approval for a generic. My doctor sends in 3 months worth of pre authorizations that are the exact same. Today I talked to the pharmacist and naturally I was upset because this is a hassle and she is yelling telling me I don't know the law. I will never ever do business with this pharmacy Again and will make sure that my family and friends do not as well!!!!! read more

Hometown pharmacy is pleasant, clean and has friendly employees. Cashiers offer to help find coupons for your items without me asking. Pharmacy has two drive through windows but only manage one at a time. read more
