The woman's complaints were out of her control and she was misdirecting to her anger onto the woman working the cash register whose name tag said Verna. Please please please fix the pharmacy extension line. Every month I call to refill a prescription and every single time no matter what time of the day I am immediately put on hold. The automated message always says there is 1 caller ahead of me. Leaves me on hold for 6 minutes then cuts off. Every. Single. Time. I call 3 times in a row and get the exact same message and cut off after 6 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous read more

I was down at Jax Beach for a business meeting and ended up accidentally leaving my phone with a friend before he left. I had no clue how to navigate the area without GPS, the Walgreens staff allowed me to use the phone to contact someone who could help me. Shout out to John Marc and Oliphant, they initially got in trouble from management for helping me initially, but eventually things got smoothed over and I'm incredible thankful! This pharmacy is without a doubt the worst pharmacy that I've ever been to!! Slow, rude and they act like they're doing you a favor every time it takes less than 72 hours to fill an Rx. Qeyona and the other tech there are in ZERO hurry to help anyone. The people at the DMV perform like rockstars when compared to these people! Note to management: Fire these people! They're lousy with zero respect for customers. The only reason I use your pharmacy is because my insurance mandates I use Walgreens. I am really thankful for being able to get tested for Covid for free. However, even with appointments and arriving at this location with 30 minutes of time we waited over an hour to be tested!! The pharmacy was NOT busy - no one in their lobby- the lady helping us in the drive through couldn't even get our appointment confirmation numbers correctly. It was truly painful!! When she talked to us it was with an attitude like if she was mad at us!! I have also been to the same store many times and their service is not good. read more

This is your average 24/7/365 Walgreens. It's like 2 blocks from my job. So I like to run in and get drinks or some type of medicine before or after work. Having a Walgreens Card is a plus on items they have on sale. They keep the shelves stock and the store mostly stays pretty clean. Customer service is pretty decent. read more

Since being sensitive about racial interactions seems to be the go-to reaction, I have to share my experience. Go there yesterday around 7pm and wait in line and see how cordial the sales clerk was to the prior three separate groups of black customers but the rudeness I experienced surprised me. Staff was wildly unhelpful and incredibly rude. Bought an item, got to car and realized I had picked up the wrong one. Went inside and asked for a refund with my receipt two minutes after purchase. Staff member tried to tell me that the item was not even purchased here despite the fact the rang me up two minutes prior. Attempted to convince us that she had not sold us the item and that the in opened packaging being "warm" meant we had stolen it. I think it's the only 24hr shop on the area so kudos to that. However, I was buying a diet supplement the other day and as I was purchasing it the cashier said, "You don't need that!" Which sounds like a compliment but consider the fact that working at a drug store an employee should NEVER comment on what the person is purchasing. So my trip there was kind of embarrassing. I've had bad experiences with this pharmacy in the past but thought I would give it another shot. Dropped my rx off at 1230, was told it would be ready by 3. So I came back at 5:30 on my way to a formal event and IT WAS STILL NOT READY!!!!! I wish I could come back tomorrow but I am getting on a 7am flight in the morning...which is why I dropped it off with plenty of time to get it filled!! If they told me ahead of time it would take over 5 hours I would have gone somewhere else. AND the guy at the window was super rude. Never coming here again. read more
