I've actually patronized this Walgreens for a very long time and it's usually when summertime hits or a night out. I would probably take a guess as to why it's not favored by so many. I've been a witness to much here. Smh I know the employees have to deal with the beach crowds in the summer with random (and often nasty AND intoxicated) people coming in and out grabbing whatever they may have forgotten to bring with them to the beach. There ya' go. It's the beach lifestyle. Yes, the service can be slow here most of the time and in my experience, there's never a good reason. But hey. I'm pretty patient and remind myself, "you're at the beach." I never have high expectations when it comes to any type of customer service at the beaches. Walgreens included. I accept it and move on. I'm a fan of this Walgreens location because it's a necessary means for some of us beachgoers who do not live in the area to pick up snacks, cold beverages, beach accessories and sun protection at decent prices. It's usually organized and stocked sufficiently. The selection is usually very good for those things and it's so close and convenient to the sand. read more

Courteous, friendly, nice people. Store is always clean and well stocked. This is where I get my scripts and everyone has always been helpful. Great prices on variety items too when you're ins pinch. Love my neighborhood Walgreens!!! read more

This is a very large Walgreens. It was stocked extremely well. The parking lot was filthy, although nicely landscaped. The main reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that when I checked out, one of the items scanned at a different price than marked and when I pointed it out, got quite the attitude from the cashier. The attitude definitely wasn't deserved because the item and it's price was next to him on the counter. Sigh... read more

This location is the same as all the rest. They even have the same employee that refuses to sell you more than one gallon of milk that is on sale. They quote the one gallon per household policy. They ignore the fact you have other people with you buying for their family. Kind of weird policy. read more

This store doesn't even get a one! One bad apple spoiled the whole bunch. The manager with dark hair up in a bun and NO NAME TAG (what is with that?) needs fired! I had a letter that my med was recalled and was due to receive my money back for meds that I had left in bottle/bottles. She would NOT refund my money. I went to the Walgreens 2 days in a row to get what was due me. She wouldn't comply. IF her superior is reading this, SHE IS NOT MANAGER material... FIRE her. I had to go to another Walgreens to get my money back. OH, and the letter was from Walgreens headquarters. read more

This was the Single worst Pharmacy I have ever visited. I waited one hour in the drive only to be told inside was faster. Got inside waited over 45 minutes for the snooty Pharmacist to tell me she had to wait What a joke. CVS is much Friendlier and convenient. read more

Is it possible to give them negative 5 stars? This is by far the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with for prescriptions. You wait in the line outside forever, they never answer their phone, they're constantly out of some medications, and overall have the worst customer experience of any business I've ever dealt with in my life. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

When ever I go into this store I am always greeted by Kelly in them makekup department. She always helps me find what I am looking for and if i am frustrated with the pharmacy, she is always there to listen to me with my complaints. She is so helpful and one of the best employees there. Also I think they should move the deodorant into the soap and shampoo isle. read more

Every time I come here I buy something that rings at the wrong price. Be careful. I use to think it was the crazy coupon clippers fault for holding the line up and being ridiculous arguing about price but they are right! This store always advertises the wrong price even on the shelf displays it will ring in a completely different total at the check out. Also the photos never come out well. In the pictures I had developed Peoples heads were cut off, pictures are blurry, just don't do it trust me.I attempted twice now shame on me. read more

The pharmacist on duty today spends all his time complaining about how busy and short staffed he is. Less complaining/talking and more actual work probably works better. Over and over complaining!!! Not first time with this guy. The lady pharmacist is wonderful, to bad she's off. read more

Five stars to the pharmacy staff. The head pharmacist will even give you local restaurant recommendations. Decent prices on household items. I wish the seating area was a little better for the clinic. Overall a good store. read more

I will never come here again. The woman who helped me could not speak english, everything was done ridiculously slow. I was told after waiting 40 minutes for medicine that they do not take my type of insurance. Which is ridiculous bc I use Empire and easily could have been told that before I sat there all that time. Just very unhappy with the type of service I received today. read more

Literally stood in line for 20 minutes for the pharmacy before leaving without my medicine. Worst pharmacy service I've ever encountered.

This pharmacy is always a disaster. Even after receiving a phone call that my prescription was ready... It wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. And the pharmacy tech was NOT polite when she told us we could come back later. Given that she could hear my infant crying in the background when I asked to wait, I found her response that I would have to come inside if I wanted to wait pretty poor customer service. It got even worse when she told me that I couldn't block traffic in the totally empty drive through. I did ultimately wait because she told me it would take 15 minutes and we circled around the one time a car came up behind us. The fact that it took over 25 minutes to ultimately get my prescription was the last straw. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to Publix immediately. read more
