I started picking up one of my prescriptions at this CVS location during the pandemic as they have a convenient drive-thru. And my regular pharmacy did not carry the generic drug I needed but CVS had it. I call in my refill and pick it up the next day. I've never had any issues as my prescription has always been ready. It's a popular pharmacy, so be prepared as you may have a few cars in front of you requiring a little bit of a wait. I've been inside the store a few times and was able to find what I needed. I have had nothing but great service at this CVS location from both the front store staff and the pharmacy staff. I've been using this pharmacy since 2020 & am continually impressed by how kind and patient the staff is with other customers when I pickup inside. The drive thru can get busy at times, but I truly don't mind since the customer service is so good. read more

I believe the manager is middle aged guy, darker, somewhat curly hair, who wears glasses. Every store manager everywhere should be as helpful and cheerful as he is. I look forward toward to seeing him. The folks in pharmacy are really helpful and nice. Often you visit the pharmacy when not feeling your best. There are couple of Black Ladies that take and dispense the drugs, who really stand out. They should be recognized for outstanding service. Also - I recently switched back to CVS when I caught Publix pharmacy dispensing cheaper generics, now sourced in 3rd world counties. I threw out 90 supplies of 2 very questionable drugs I got at Publix. Final lesson - Publix is not the not the customer-oriented company they once were. CVS now proves to be - at least in Atlantic Beach. read more

Terrible service from the pharmacist, Prahlad PATEL. I went to the drive through and needed help with an RX. The woman could not help me, so I asked to speak to the pharmacist. He would not give me his name. Yikes! Not first name, not last name. I looked on my RX bottle and I think PRAHLAD PATEL is his name. Whoever he is, he needs some customer service education. I would ask him a question and he would slam the drive-through doors shut as hard as he could. I would wait in the car, and he would come back yelling and screaming at me through the window. I could not understand what he was trying to say mostly because he was screaming so loud at me. Then he would open the doors and slam them shut again. I think something is wrong with him and I am afraid to go back. I had all my RX's transferred to Costco. I am also calling CVS and making more complaints. read more

Sunday May 15th @ 7:30pm - pharmacy staff was SO unbelievably rude and unhelpful that I actually broke down crying while trying to get my prescriptions filled. Pharmacy needs to get there shit together. I spoke to a lady and had my prescription filled at 1:30 I was also waiting on another prescription the lady told me 10 mins and it would be out, she said wait here do not leave or you won't get your prescription. They they proceeded to close the window and go on their lunch break, I waited the full 30 mins for them to get back. Then this guy opens back up and ask me what I'm waiting for. I explain the situation then he says well it won't be ready for a couple hours. I asked him why the lady said to wait here and he said I DONT KNOW. At this point I'm furious not only did I waist 30 mins of my time I get told by a dumbass nothing I can't do. Neptune Beach CVS: If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I had a prescription called in for allergy medicine so I could use the GoodRx coupon and not pay over the counter prices. From the time I walked into the pharmacy, the pharmacist was rude AF. First complained that the Rx was called in under a diff name (lie). It was sent electronically under the name I gave her. She had me in her system under a diff name. 2nd, she seemed angry that I was trying to save a few bucks by getting an OTC medication from the pharmacy. She continued to be rude and said she didn't have the generic form, only brand...I decided I'd rather spend my money somewhere else and not CVS. I've never liked CVS anyway, it was the only pharmacy open this early. I'll just wait for Walgreens to open...with my red itchy eyes and snotty nose. Ugh, what a B! She needs to realize she is in the service industry and should be kinder to people. read more

I don't know how many times I've been to this location after a drunken stupor from partying at the beach. It is conveniently located from all of the bars and very brightly lit so I've always felt safe coming in here. This location is usually full of beach people grabbing something they need and it's a great place to go instead of paying too much for items that may be overpriced in some of the beach shops around the area. The staff that work in this location in the pharmacy department are all so kind and helpful. I've had to have back and forth communication with them over multiple prescriptions, medication questions, insurance etc over the past week due to an illness. I wish I would've thought to get names to mention but in dealing with about 5 different people there they were all extremely helpful, kind and professional. They all made me feel taken care of at a vulnerable time. I am so appreciative! read more

I know, it's a cvs... but this is the best cvs I've ever been to! All the staff is super friendly. As soon as you walk in they'll ask if you need help looking for something and they don't just tell you the isle number, they walk you to your product! Of course if there's customers in line they can't but theres never a line when I come. I'm always here for baby formula and I usually clear the shelf cause they don't carry boxes of the kind I like. Turns out they can order more so I won't have to run around the other locations! Not once have the other cvs told me that was possible. I came in town from out of state for work. My medications weren't due for a refill until a few days after I left home. When it finally came time to refill, being from out of state I thought there may be a few issues. Boy was I wrong. I literally drove to 20 plus different places to have my prescription filled. Twenty plus!!! This store was the only one that took the time to actually fill it instead of feeding me a line about not wanting to fill out the forms. Thank you for taking the time! I'm generally more of a Walgreen's person (there is one next door so that is my go-to if I can help it). However, my pharmaceutical insurance is only accepted at CVS (not Walgreen's), so I have been by this one a couple times. I'm giving this CVS 4 stars because I've been pleased with their pharmacy. Usually the bane of my existence, this pharmacy is quick, courteous and they genuinely do try to help you. I needed to refill a prescription of Zofran when I was super nauseas, and seeing the pain I was in, the cashier rushed to fill the order so I didn't need to wait the typical 30 mins. I also just got my flu shot there, and didn't have my insurance card so they tried hard to look it up in their systems. Overall, I'd say this CVS is a much more pleasurable experience than most. read more

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. My recommendation though will be sure to stop by at night. Not only is it not going to be as busy, but the gentleman who works the pharmacy most (late) nights is by far the most patient, attentive and kind person you could wish for to help you. I've never had to wait for any long length of time at any time during the day, and on more than one occasion I've had employees spend long amounts of time trying to help me get my medications as cheap as possible. From calling my insurance, to looking up discount cards for scripts, the people that work the pharmacy here go above and beyond for their customers. I recently moved further in town and continue to come to this location even though there are multiple pharmacies that are considerably closer to me. read more
