We stopped by to pick up a bottle of Casamigos Tequila. It was $44.99 here vs $59-65 in Miami. Our salesman was very nice . Their store is clean and well-stocked. The liquor is located inside to the left at the regular Walgreens store here in Key Largo. Parking is free in front of the store. This will be convenient for future visits to the Keys. read more

Ordered some photo prints (4x6) online from my vacation. I received the notification they were finished and I could pick them up via text. Drove to the Walgreens and there was a woman behind the photo counter who spoke almost no English. I told her I had received the notification my prints were finished. She didn't understand. I repeated myself. She started looking through big boxes. I said "no," and gestured with my hands the small size. She continued to look through big boxes and then shook her head. She asked my name again in Spanish. Then she started looking in the alphabetical photo bins. If this wasn't taking forever, I would have laughed out loud. She was looking at the wrong letter! Mind you I have an easy, 2 syllable common Anglo last name. Finally, she pulled out that photo bin and it was the small envelope on top. Not sure how/why you hire folks with no English to deal with the public. read more

This was like a super Walgreens because it has a liquor store attached to it!!... other than that there is nothing special about it.

Sunday 10:25 may 19th/ 2024.. I walked into the liquor department grab a single beer brought it to the counter, I then had the most likely illegal Cuban attempt to utter the words "ID" I then walked out the door to my vehicle which was parked right there in front took me all of 30 seconds to grab my ID and as I was walking back I saw him carrying and shaking the beer to the back of the store and putting it back in the refrigerator, As I walked in and said what are you doing he said he was putting it back and as he started to bring it back up, I said no I'll just grab another one because you shook that one up then he stated that he's not going to sell it to me so I left and went next door and bought my beer there. Do not shop it places that diversity higher illegals. read more

The pharmacy has really poor service. Would suggest not even bothering coming here. Needed to get a prescription transferred and they said it would take 48hrs. Called after two days and they put me on hold for half an hour then hung up on me. Had to have my previous pharmacy call them and they also got hung up on after being on hold for over an hour. Third try got a hold of this places pharmacist and turns out they never even bothered to transfer it. Finally got it filled after all of that and when I went in they didn't even acknowledge me when I came up to the counter and said hello. Guy just stood there shuffling receipts while the lady typed on her computer next to him. These people clearly hate their job and don't care enough to even do it correctly. read more

After waiting ten minutes at drive thru to pick up a prescription and not being acknowledged. I ask if someone could help me and was told one moment. I waited a little longer then I drove around and went in. The women at the window then acknowledged me and I said oh you can help me now. She started to argue with me and was so unprofessional I could not believe it. The manager came over and was kind and helped me but I have been treated rudely here before and normally do not ever say anything. This time I have just had enough of the unprofessionalism and rudeness. I cant believe a large corporation as Walgreens would tolerate such behavior. I feel it is time for people to get respect especially when they are there to pick up medicine they need and not because they are just shopping. The women that checked me out was kind and very professional and I really haven't gone into everything that was said from the women at the window. I think it is time for change and I hope no one else has to endure this type of behavior that I experienced tonight. read more

There's always a bit more variety with cosmetics in Walgreens along with weird beach items and plenty of travel-sized products. I find that the travel-sized hairspray or mousse fits perfectly inside a small bag and comes in handy right when you need it. Depending on the season, you'll see the place flooded with holiday stuff and that's both normal and convenient. Who doesn't love discounted candy right after valentines? I like the maybelline powder because I finally found the perfect color after searching through many palettes and it's light so I like the finish. All the aspirin you need is an aisle away and comes in handy for those late night headaches. Do pick up a bottle of wine on your way out because it's convenient and they're very cheap. Use your card to get points because you get discounts all the time for it. read more

I went to this Walgreens this morning and purchased an item for $27 upon returning home I realized that it was the wrong item. Immediately returned to the store to return ànd exchange it for the correct item and was told I could not get a credit for returning it because I didn't have my ID with me ( I was riding my bike and therefore didn't have ID with me) I returned several hours later with the receipt and my ID and was given a refund which was only $23. The receipt showed that I had paid $27. for it just several hours earlier and when I questioned it I was told that because it was a buy 2 and get a third free item and I only bought 1 it wouldn't refund the full price which I paid. After the cashier called her supervisor over and she told me that that's just the way it works I requested to speak to the manager and was told she just left and would be back tomorrow morning. You can bet I'll be there tomorrow and won't leave until I get a full refund for the amount I paid. read more

Lololol - look at me reviewing a walgreen's, but I have a good reason: BUY YOUR FLIP FLOPS HERE!! I searched and searched to buy a cheap, and even just reasonably priced flip flops, and this placebeing Key Largo, alas - all I can find are expensive!! So, I went to walgreens and found some okay beach flip flops for under 10 bucks -- otherwise, you may be forced to fork over $50 for some simple flippy-flappers. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been a loyal customer for the last 15 years. For the last two months every time I go in there is no pharmacist to even fill my prescriptions. The tech tells me to come to back, when I do they are still not filled. Just this weekend I was back and forth 4 times for one prescription. Finally came in today when they said it was supposed to be ready to then be told it won't be ready until 12:30- when I asked her to be sure about this she then told me they were out of stock. This is by far the WORST pharmacy ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix or Winn Dixie -with GoodRX their prices will save you FAR more money. I've switched to Publix and had to just toss the money I had with the Walgreen's prescription saving plan. I will never be back to this location EVER. 0 stars. 10/10 do NOT recommend. read more

Every time I visit I find exactly what I need- from household items to baby stuff Galore making it so much more convenient to get necessities for home and baby-- convenience is the main reason I shop at Walgreens there's usually a sale going on and you get every points on items that you were going to buy already- location is a factor as well as usually I search for a Walgreens that's close to my residence- distance really matters when I need something asap for the baby- I'm so happy that Walgreens carries diapers, bottles, formula, bibs, diaper rash creams, baby shampoo, baby body wash, baby lotion, teething ointments, bedtime lotions/body butter, purified drinking water, every essential I could ever need for my baby is available--and for that it makes Walgreens the number store for me read more

Better place to buy liquor and beer than Dennys. They have ice and Red Bull. Denny doesn't carry ice and ram out of Red Bull. Just know get everything by ten pm. Most everything shuts down. read more

They fill prescriptions without authorization.....deliver them to you and won't take them back......very difficult to deal with ...the manager specifically said "he could care less" if we took our business elsewhere! read more

Dear Walgreen's, While my receipt says your address is 99501, this is close enough (and probably the address of the Liquor store of Pharmacy). What a life saver! On the morning of our second day of boating, we needed some additional supplies and hassle-free. We first stopped across the street at the CVS, thinking we could grab some quick beer. What a fail, there was no beer there, so we made the maneuvers to get to you. Not only do you have beer, but you have a full blown liquor store, which satisfied everyone's desires. While the guys roamed the liquor store, I went over to the main store and scored a 4-pack of some good water guns for $5! Can't beat that. There were also some Panama Jack hats here for $20, which I saw later on at the boating rental store for $26 (same hat). Walgreen's, you never fail me. Thank you for that. I don't get my scripts filled here but I do use it for buying day to day items. The staff have always been friendly and efficient and the store is always clean. There is plenty of parking and a drive up window. Because it's Florida, they have a seperate but attached liquor store, propane exchange and a red box. They may even have bike parking, I thought I remembered seeing the rack. Overall a good walgreens! read more

Wow!!!! I want to thank GARY for his help today.. I live in California and was visiting Florida this past week.. On our way home from the beach we stop at this Walgreens..99501 Overseas Hwy Key Largo, FL 33037 I was looking for a Tshirt for my grandson.. I found a great towel with a big alligator on it and decided to buy that instead.. When I got back to CA I was wishing I had purchased more towels and decided to call the store to see if by chance they could send me some.. Working with Gary he made it happen.. he went over and above for customer satisfaction... I shop walgreens at home all the time and get great service..
